We had to hunt for a room late in the night as there was some problem in our previous room. The person in charge was helpful and made arrangements for us at 1:00 am. We were provided with a junior suite. It had AC, a mini fridge, hot water, hair dryer and the room had an extra bed apart from the king size bed. It could easily accommodate our small family of 4( parents + 2 young boys).. He also spoke to us in Kannada which was an added advantage as we don't know Telugu.. Also a thank you to the person for helping us in time of need.. I really forgot to take his name, apologies...

Their prices are too high for the services they provide. We stayed here on 27th of September, 2022. And requested for a 24 hour check-in/check-out since our train was at 4pm the next day. We checked in at 4pm that day. So, we were not asking them for favours, we were asking them to be flexible. They did not oblige. This is despite most of their rooms being free since it was off season. We paid almost 6k for one room for one night. You are better off staying at Bheemas or even Orion across the street for half the price.

Very clean, standard and accessible Hotel. Neat and clean rooms with Hygiene toilets. Food was good. Service Staff are good and peace loving people. You can request for a silent room if required as its on busy main road with a big cross roads junction nearby which connects the foot hill of Tirumala and the city. They prepare baby food as well upon request.

Good hotel, friendly staff, helping in nature, receptionist lady was good and helpful because we arrived early there she given early check in for us. Our two day stay was wow. And restaurant is good tasty food. And the staff in hotel are good. And totally very clean hotel. Nice for couples stay and safety also. For out going taxi facility also available.

It was a great experience here. Food is awesome here. Service n hospitality top class. Also on the roof top there's a Cave Restaurant with exact jungle like ambience. It also has a kids play area, kids loved it. Overall highly recommend it.

The worst hotel ever visited. We had booked 4 rooms. None of the washrooms were having latches. No towels. No soap was provided on entry in the room. Complementary breakfast was just provided in some other hotel, which was far away. That too limited. Overall all it was waste of money. Travel agent fooled us.

Selected the hotel based on the review. 4 females and two children from my family visited this place, the person at the desk is highly uncooperative and horrible he did misbehave with all of them regarding the early check in even if we were ready to pay the difference, kindly avoid such nonsense places. He forced us to cancel the booking. Visitors who are from Other state shouldn’t ever face such issue. Kindly avoid booking this hotel if u want a peaceful stay.

Room was maintained clean and room service was prompt. Car parking was bit congested. Overall this hotel is located in good & safe location with bus and auto access. There are lot of good restaurants near by to this hotel to explore. Breakfast served in this hotel was really nice. But note that it is a pure veg breakfast and don’t omelette. Theme restaurant served tasty food. Bit costly but worth it. Staffs are so co-operative. Will stay again here during next visit too.

Rooms are neatly maintained, gives a 5 star hotel look. Near to tirumala entry gate. Service took long time to serve the request. There is a themed restaurant which you have to try out. First things first - filter coffee was excellent, thick and strong - one cup per day was sufficient to give that "coffee-satisfaction" for the entire day unlike other places where you may be tempted to have 2/3 cups per day. One of the best hotels out there. Recommended over any other nearby hotels. Neatly maintained new rooms, prompt housekeeping, good food though I didn't like one of them I ordered, friendly reception desk, appeared to be justifying 3-star hotel expectations for the money paid. Near to alipiri steps and tirupati-tirumala buses pass in front of the hotel. Overall I had a good experience when compared to my stay at other places nearby!

Beautiful to place to dine-in. Different type of atmosphere with forest theme and as well as nice 7 hills view and play area for children. Service is a bit slow but taste is above moderate. Definitely try it if u wanna have fun and to spend time well . Its very near to kapilateertham temple and in a nice located area with calmness and nature with great view .

First impression is that the rooms are small and the roof is low but our 2 days stay was great. Staff is wonderful, very kind and humble. Front desk lady was very helpful in sharing information. Breakfast was really really good. Room service was very good also. Best part was it is close to many things and taxis and autos are readily available, if you did not take your own vehicle. We will definitely return and also recommend to other relatives. So pleased to have found the place!

Jus cannot turn either way and it was like a project to finish the job in bathroom without ourselves hurting anywhere. Too small to accommodate. Ac vents are dirty. Based on my previous experiences, I've booked this hotel through their official website (I booked the same during Covid-19 time in 2020). As in website there is a 24 hrs.' check-in check-out availability, I've booked blindly and called the hotel about my booking and the time of arrival i.e., early morning 6'O Clock. They told me to come directly. I've waited 3 hours for check-in my room. No where in the website it was written as "Subjected to availability". I had a great breakfast and Lunch. I will give 4/5. In dinner the food was worst. When I asked the person for bill, they gave me a bill which was crushed and I'm barely able to see the amount, I've asked "what is this.?", he replied "sir, our person threw it in the dustbin, I got it from there". I said "what kind of answer is this, I need a bill and I need to claim from my company." he said "You'll get a new bill while you check-out sir." They even charged me Rs.60/- for the water bottle I've not used. I asked them to give me a modified bill. They refused to do it. Even while check-out they gave me the same crushed copy. I don't wanna shout on anybody and don't want to make a scene there. From that morning onwards they did the same thing. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family, friends, colleagues.

The location is extremely perfect. Located just before Alipiri entrance. View is great with mountain view for a half of the property, Rooms on the other half of the restaurant has poor view. Management should consider showing difference in pricing of these two types of rooms.

The restaurant on the ground floor was good. The breakfast is good in taste and the service is also good. 5. The restaurant on the top floor is named "Gufha", and is one of the most pathetic restaurants in terms of food and service. The taste of food is not good as well as they are too slow in serving.

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Room was neat and clean with AC, TV, Shelf, Dressing table and chair, Single sofa chair and table, Hot water kettle etc. Bathroom was also neat and clean with hot water facility. Complimentary breakfast buffet was good. There is enough parking facility. A2B is directly opposite to the hotel. Good location as it's after the elevated flyover and on the Tirumala bypass road. Rooms are small. Prices can be little less. Food is slightly expensive.

In November, we stayed 2 times, and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are good, breakfast is second to none. Entire Staff are very cordial and very helpful. Our only concern was the thali which was very chilli hot. You should cater not only to andra people and also to all guests coming from different parts of India. Ala Carte food is very good. I forgot my small bag which they couriered to me at no cost to me which is a very good gesture. We will continue to stay there and recommend to my friends.

Bad experience during check out. Actually a good hotel offering neat stay but the low rating is due to check out experience and the aftermath. Even though we checked in at 15.30 hours , we were asked to check out latest by 13.00 hours which we did. Then we deposited luggage to go for lunch. Post lunch, we waited in the lobby for close to 2 hours and that's when the issue started. Despite being part of Pai group, there was no AC in the lobby, the front desk staff didn't heed to repeated requests to switch on AC. Very pathetic experience.

Stayed here for a day. It was good. Room was neat and clean. Location of the hotel is good, very near to Kapila Teertham. However their service in the restaurant is not upto mark. Not serving food on time or not even taking order on time. We had to wait 5-10mins to even give the order. This has to improve hence downgraded the rating. For meals not providing dal or curries again etc.

Had a charming 2 day stay at this easily accessible and affordable Inn, central to town. Good option when visiting temples in town. Staff were friendly and the ac rooms were a blessing in the heat.

Rooms are somewhat ok for families. Don't expect much comfort. Each and every services they asking additional prices. No sufficient hot water supply for bathing. And some basic needs are missing in this hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is situated right at the foothills of the temple. The rooms are nice, hill view rooms are amazing. The early morning view from the room is spectacular. Not giving 5-stats, because of the lazy service of the staff. Food is just ok, nothing great about it. Another good part is the overall hygiene. COVID protocols being followed by the hotel staff.

we liked the hotel, cleanliness and room service. Room size is little small if you wish to have 3rd additional bed else sufficient for 2 folks. We had meals at the hotel restaurant which was good and to our taste. We came late night post Darshan, onsite restaurant helped us with quick dinner post 1030 pm though they were almost closed. Will definitely stay again.

While enquiring for room availability on the previous day, they said its available and can come to check-in directly.. Next day morning at 4am I called them from Tirupati station but they never picked the call.. Went to the hotel directly and they said room not available.. The man at the reception was not even apologetic. Worst behaviour ever..

Checked in to 2 rooms with kids and elderly people around 12 am due to cancellation of room at Madhavam. Person in charge in the reception helped us to check in immediately. Support staff are also service oriented.

This is one of the finest hotels I've stayed in India in this budget. The rooms are luxurious and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and well mannered. They have a theme restaurant on the terrace that serves amazing food. Breakfast buffet was excellent too (the coffee could have been better though, considering we are in southern India). Loved our stay there.

Great hospitality and very neat rooms The location of this hotel is perfect. It hardly takes 45-50 mins to reach Tirumala This is on Tirumala highway. Staff here was very supportive.

All I had booked 2 rooms (406 & 407) ..we reached hotel by 8:30 am and conveyed to receptionist that we will back by evening after tirumala darshana...once we reached back room was not ready as well took close to 1 hr to get the room( after 8 pm) ...406 key was not working and 407 room was still cleaning. We complained but no use. Room was good in condition .. breakfast was also good but had same food past 3 days. Lot to improve .

One should not miss their buffet breakfast, specially their Dosas, Pongal, Kesari Bhaat and coffee. One should also try veg fried rice, dals and their Gobi Manchurian of Plaintain Leaf.. Guffa's Chicken Biryani, Tandoori Chicken and Andhra special Gungoor Chicken & Chettinad Chicken were awesome... A real value for money, quantity wise and quality wise... We will come back again and recommend Pai Viceroy, Tirupati to every visitor coming to stay in Tirupati....

Very worst experience. In the bathroom, tap was not working. Only hot water tap was functioning. Washbasin tap was also not working. Jet spray for the toilet too not working. Tv was not working. No drinking water was provided even after asking. No towels were provided. Don't go to this hotel.

One of the worst hotel and services which have seen, have been booked executive room through agoda site but I got the standard room during checkin when I asked they saying only standard availabile. For 7 members booking they provided 2 standard room. Due to rain we are not able to cancel and rooms are very worst. Completely conjusted. MAINTANCE IS SO POOR.

It was very poor.. they didnt allow to checkin after confirming the rooms were booked from MakeMyTrip. When we went there 3 AM in the morning,they said no rooms available. Just careless answers from the staff

I know this place since I from b'lore as soon as I found Pai viceroy I had no 2nd thought I straight away booked 2 superior rooms I would say rooms are bit congested for 3 adults yet it was only for a day so we had no issues. Washrooms are very clean . Mr. Naveen Kumar ( front office manager) was kind enough to listen to the suggestions and questions which I had to clear. Belboy subbu helped us in dropping , picking up with baggage. Also Ashok ( house keeping service) helped me overcome my morning sickness by serving the milk around 3am since we had to visit temple. Very much satisfied with my stay since I found such a lovely staff around who speak multiple languages so it helped me a lot. Thank you Pai viceroy for making my stay Awesome and made sure I would face any problem around 😇 🙏
