    You can go without any doubt..feel like your own place to do yoga without any hesitation. You can trust yourself too after doing yoga here. nowadays alll we need is positive vibe...here i can feel it... Brindha mam is very dedicated person. She helps u guide u to make yourself better. I'm impressed. I feel very grateful.. wholeheartedly posting this..

    Brindha is a friendly and good yoga teacher. Let her know your goals, she will help you workout towards them. I need to loose weight and she incorporated cardio to help me. I had pain due to disc problem, she helped me over come my pain and do my work with out fuss.I had PCOD problem after practising yoga I have got my period cycle regular. I have never done yoga before, I thought my body is not made for yoga, too stiff, but Brindha mam worked with me to help me relax and make all yoga. she's always on time and classes are flexible to our wish. Bridha listens and tailors your workout to your needs. She is really a good and pleasant yoga teacher. I highly recommend her as a good instructor.

    I have joined this center before a month ago. I'm so admired the way of teaching by brindha mam. Within a month I feel flexible & energetic 😍 she is very dedicated & so kind... Tq so much mam for ur yoga classes... especially ur zumba class also good & makes a whole day very enthusiastic & engertic 😍

    Within 3 months I've lost 7 kgs by following the diet prescribed by Mrs. Brindha properly and by doing yoga & exercise regularly. Mrs. Brindha makes sure that there is a friendly environment for all her clients. Both online and offline classes are equally effective. Her friendly approach really makes us feel comfortable and encourage us to get more involved.

    My name RADHIKA DEVI. I have joined mam class on 9th December 2022 . My sugar level was 323 .but now sugar is reduced to 190 . I had several medication, but there is no use. Only with yoga and exercise life became miracle. Brintha mam is kind, hardworking and excellent talented teacher.Thank you Mam

    I have been going to Sathya Sai yoga center since last three weeks for my pcod and thyroid problem. Our yoga mam teaches many kind of yoga and stretches.. she was very kind person. She was very energetic and jovial person too... When we do yoga with them, we can also be refreshed. For three weeks now I feel stress free. Brindha mam has prepared a excellent diet chart for us. It's very usefull for me.Yesterday I go to hospital & scan my uterus. The doctor said that the blood flow to your uterus is perfect. I am sure that my problem will be solved and I will be healthy. I feel that I have chosen a good yoga training center.

    I joined Brindha mam class last month(Jan 2024). I have been practicing yoga experience under her guidance.It's very effective and useful.By continuously practicing yoga and following custom made diet chart was able to loss 4kg in 6weeks

    Recently I have joined Sathya Sai yoga class. Brinda mam is Amazing coach. I had a periods problem, After joining yoga class. My problem has reduced. My mind also have very relaxed and happy. Nowadays I feel healthy. Brinda mam teaches very friendly and given individual care. I strongly recommend Sathya Sai yoga centre. Thank you mam.

    It's been only a month since I joined here to reduce my weight and some health issues. She is very dedicate and sincere. After joining this Centre and reduced my weight and also my nerve problem and ulcer problem to some extent. Her assistance is very helpful and friendly attitude is very grateful . Her diet plans are very helpful and I feel better than now, how I was before joining here. This is a place that I would definitely recommend.

    Hello I am Thangalakshmi My yoga class journey starts by having many health issues and weight gain. 1st it was tough to do yoga & i take quite a lot of time to understand what my body needs and its happening just because of one and only brinda mam she was the quite sweetest and caring person ever known.she is a person who can understand all your problems just by seeing yourself and give a right way to do exercise and proper diet chart and its only at your convenient time and your convenient place you can either come directly or via video call.I have started recently and i can understand what my body needs and i am healing step by step and i have long way to achieve a certain weight goal so i strongly i can achieve the goal along with her guidance and support.     I have joined for yoga class recently. The classes are Amazing! Brindha Mam is very understandable and supportive towards student given individual attention. Ensuring that I was properly doing each pose and that I was getting the maximum out of the class. This workout session is truly awesome which was customize according to their students needs.     I joined Sathya Sai Yoga Centre a week ago. Being an advocate, I was pre occupied mostly and found no time to take care of myself. I am struggling with PCOD. When I found this place (which is possible when time is in our favor I believe) I was really excited to start my weightloss journey. Brinda mam made sure to keep up that excitement. She is very brisk and positive throughout the session which boosts our energy as well. Looking forward to the moment where my dream comes true!!!!

    I have recently joined to this yoga centre. I really like the sessions with Brindha mam. she gives individual care to everyone according to there need . I could feel more flexible and lighter after each yoga session. Zumba sessions are very engaging and energetic. Kudos to your good work. Hoping to see much more improvement in me.. :)

    I have learning cardio and yoga from last month in Sathya Sai Yoga centre. Brindha Mam was very energetic and she motivate us she guide us and she give many ideas about the health and her diet chart was very effective and I have lost 3kgs and I am learning more new yoga from Mam it was very helpful to reduce my weight. I was in IT profession from learning yoga my stress was releive down slowly and now I am happy 😀

    It's been only 20 days since I joined here in satgya sai yoga centre and I've lost 5 kgs. As a 47 years old women, Brindha's assistance is very helpful. Her friendly attitude is helpful. Her diet plans are very helpful and I feel better than how I was before joining here. This is a place that I would definitely recommend.

    My 10 years old son suffering from anxiety problem for the past three months. And also he refuse to go to school and outside of the house. For the past 1and half month he is learning yoga from Sathya Sai hoge centre in palayamkottai. After learning yoga and meditation from the centre he is coming out of his problem and now he starts to go school. Brintha Mam taught yoga related to his problem. V thank Brintha Mam for the teaching, care and dedication. Yoga class make my son strong and feel him better. Thank you Brintha Mam .

    Dear mam, Thank you first of all. I have joined yoga class 2 weeks before, she is a good teacher, friend, guider. She make me wake up early morning, she taught yoga class very nicely.     This is a great place if u want to start a new and better lifestyle! Brindha ma’am always encourages me to go beyond the basics. This yoga centre knows about my level of comfort and adjusts the workouts🫶 I can see improvements in my lifestyle such as I get up on my own early morning without any alarms, I can run faster without too much trouble of breathing, I can see myself cutting out junk foods and sweets, I can see myself getting more active and I am more focused on my goal now. First I was not really interested and I would skip the classes but brindha ma’am always encourages me.🫡🫡 I am more confident and comfortable. And I really look forward to me learning new things and engaging in their workouts and yoga!     My wife is a student of Brindha mam, Sathya Sai yoga. My wife was suffering from severe lower back pain because of her over weight after c sections after joining class of Brindha mam she got relieved back pain and she lost almost 12 kgs in a healthier way.
