It was an amazing experience that this hotel has a wonderful Chef by name Anton and waiter Rajee and other who gave us wonderful courtesy and especially sumptuous food by Chef Anton at all times. Our happiness goes beyond limit. Thanks to othe staffs Esakki, Jeevanandam and Subramanian who also were very courteous to our expectations. Overall, a best hotel to stay. Kudos to the Management.

Had an worst experience when we went for dinner. Only guy was not able to manage three table and dunno how many were in kitchen each item they took 10-15 mins. If curry they bring not chapathi. Most of the time we were waiting with empty table . Only dish we enjoyed was brownie with ice cream. Even for water had to wait 5 mins. Person won't even stand and take order while he walks will have to order. Never waste your time and money here. Waste of everything

Excellent biryani. Hats off to Chef Mr. Senthilkumar, hostess abija and team. Cheese balls not cooked properly. Fish meals good. So nice of service.

Had a really worst experience ever with the food quality served for the banquet lunch as well as the buffet experience for dinner and the in room dine in service will never again come back or recommend. ☹️ my wedding reception function was ruined. I have lots to say if I go in detail.

Stayed for transit visit at Tirunelveli and happy to spent few hours in the restaurant. Reception is good and allotted room prior to our arrival. Food was good.

Awesome food and good Ambience. Especially Chef Senthil explaining how things are named and cooked, the way how he is recommending food is amazing.. Must try in Tirunelveli. We had buffet special on the weekend.

The front office staff was very helpful. They are knowledgeable about local areas. Arrangement for cabs etc can be made through the desk itself. Personally, I felt support staff like room service people can be a bit more staffed. Restaurant food , complementary breakfast etc was really good. Place is about ten min walk from tirunelveli railway station and less than that when you go by auto or taxi. Good veg and non veg restaurant s are also available nearby. Car parking is also available. Wifi was good.

We were clueless where to go for high tea. Ended up at Palmyra restaurant. The menu, service and the taste of food were more than pleasant surprise to us . It turned out to be a great choice!!!!

I have never ate like this worst grilled chicken, there is no spice, no salt nothing inside just the chicken colour was looking good, but chicken taste like yuk. but chicken cooked well. you have to just make more spicy to feel the food like eating, not like splitting out. somehow I ate and came out.
