Finest vegetarian hotel in this locality. Large number of veg dishes are available. Atmosphere is good both in AC and non AC. The food quality is good. The price is bit high compared to the other restaurants im the prime locations of the city. Parking is available. Good for family and groups. Overall, if you like to have some decent vegetarian food, you can prefer this.

I ordered food and got it delivered in my room, The taste was good and the price was also reasonable, I also heard that tea tasted different and too good compared to all other places. Don't know about the ambience but people near this location said this was the best hotel in this region.

One stop destination for a party and dining hall need. Balaji towers has their Hotel Sri Balaji, Balaji Promoters, Mini Halls as well and also provide cheap and best catering service - food they serve is also nice.

Very worst service, Overall 16 members in the restaurant, but taken more than one-and-a-half hrs to serve our half of the orders.. even a road side shop is serve more better than this high class A/C restaurant. I don't know, how the management tried to manage single master and single server for a hole restaurant.

Everything was fine. The Vari hall...the stage...the seating for audience....lighting....sound system....lift....lunch......car.. parking....courtesy....everything fine

Quality food at better prices

Food quality was always good but the quantity is epic. For the price the quantity could have been somewhat better. Maintenance nowadays is not so good in this restaurant comparing to their initial days. Door delivery is good at the restaurant. We ordered food for 9 peoples and it got delivered in 35minutes which is way faster than swiggy/zomato delivery. The food taste was also good when we tried door delivery.

Earlier this place was good, now no longer.. Restaurant neatness is worst. Water glass is not cleaned properly. The chair in the function hall fully dusty... disappointed 😞.

For small fuction we can organise in this hall . It cable to minimum person only ….

Once a best hotel but now its d worst hotel in and around NGO Colony.we cant even see such a money minded management like this. Once the hotel was full but now its almost empty everyday.This hotel had lost its frequent visiting customers . I had a list of bad experience with this restaurant 1. Even today i went to the hotel (05.03.22) and ordered 2 idlies for my elderly grand parents with tomato chutney but the cashier just rudely replied that for 2 idlies they wont provide tomato chutney at all. I never ever experienced such a reply.The cost of the idly will be same irrespective of the quantity ordered or they should charge less since they didnt provide proper side dish .This s a kind of cheating to the customer . This is the way this guys run this hotel 2. This happened some 3 months ago. We need to wait for around 45min for a parcel of dosa 3. I booked the mini hall in the Balaji and they confirm it too but when i just visit the hall just a week before my function,I came to know that the hall has been booked for some other in a high rental. Money seems to be more important than the commitment. Guys dont visit this restaurant and hall .They may loot you .
