I'm a member who paid full year membership with personal training. I joined purely for weightloss. Personal Trainer Mani is friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. Cardio equipments are in shortage and not maintained properly. Daily I do 30 minutes cardio exercise along with other cross fit trainings. When asked why they're not servicing their bicycle and treadmill, owner replies their gym is only for bodybuilding and CrossFit, they don't bother on weightloss. Then why did they give me assurance on my weightloss training and regimen. Very lethargic and lousy attitude by the gym owner. Cardio is BASIC. On the whole - a pleasant playspace for regular workouts.
