The worst lodge I've faced in my life. No maintenance fully old A. C. Units not working.leaking bath fittings. No proper response in reception. Even drinking water not provided. Lift not working properly, Finally to say don't even try this. Should be improved renovated or closed.

An old hotel. I landed here as all other places were booked as it was holidays time. Staff are friendly and Servuce minded. but many were old and long tenured folks with old mindset. They don't understand your requirements in the first go but duly service when you explain them. Ambience is poor. It is an old hotel which has not been renovated. Not so clean. Old facilities. No phone in rooms, old TV sets, old closets and bath fitting. Bed was okay. Budget friendly @ just Rs. 700 for a non-Ac room. Food is good. No guests were there in restaurant so we were thoughtful. But, it Tastes good. The food is prepared after your order and hence takes time. Coffee, tea is available from 6:30am-10pm. Hot water is available in bathroom 24 hours.

Totally disappointed.. worst hotel I have seen ever. The rooms smell badly and washroom also. If u ask the guys they tell just for one day na sir adjust.. worst people.. do u know even AC room looks like non AC bcz there is no difference in them. I prefer don't go to this worst place. The lift is also worst. They dont offer a water bottle too.

Happy stay. Room rent is affordable by middle classes, I.e., 850/- per day for two bedded room. Moderate hot water is supplied in the bathroom attached through Solar water heater.

Location is the only positive thing about this hotel. All age old furnishing and dusty rooms. Bathroom was not clean and there were blood stains in bed sheet.

Centrally located hotel at Tirunelveli junction, just less than 10 minutes from the famous Aravind Eye Hospital. Hotel is undergoing large scale renovation hence advised to avoid checking in for some time. Staff are very courteous including the ever smiling and affable "Bala" balasubramaniam at the reception. Ideally located near the railway station and good restaurants like Bharani & Nelkaippar. The nearby street from the hotel leading to the railway station abounds in sweet shops (Shanti Sweets) from where choice Tirunelveli halwa and savouries are available hot and fresh. The many small eateries on the street dish out a variety of veg and non veg hot dishes typical of Tirunelveli cuisine which is famous globally. The street offers choice food at reasonable prices. There are bakeries too for those with a sweet tooth and exotic tastes.
