I am training in this gym for the last two months. It has all you need to be fit, build muscles, burn fat and keep yourself strong and healthy. The gym is maintained very well and the staff is friendly and cooperative. I have lost about 6 kg with significant improvement in body composition. You can look at my current body structure after two months work out. I used to be more fatty and looked less stronger. With a good diet and regular training, you can certainly make a good improvement here and achieve your fitness goals.
