    My vehicle tank panel has broke due to manufacturer defect when I raised the issue they said me to reach the customer care.After spoke to the customer care support the service centre technical team told them it was due to external force.The dealership is not ready to rectify the issue.They are just making me to pay for the damage which has not done due to my usage.Never dropped my vehicle once and also not even a single scratch on the body.Every time I ask for the service manager to escalate the issue he is on leave.

    I have service my bike on the date of may 24 to aug 18 2022.. I told some problems (unwanted noise, side cover and oil change) but he suggested General checkup so I accepted and told him check properly don't do mistakes anything.. He provided some list of issues I accepted and paid the amount 9500rs. Then I pickup my bike and used for 1 day facing same problem and contacted them they're replied it's engine head problem.. So again I had service my bike and paid 4500rs. Finally pickup my bike and outside of service center ride the bike second, 3rd.. gear movement is not working and asked suddenly they're simply said it's engine problem.. We will service entire engine and service amount 15000 to 18000 approximately. If I asked them what is the issue? Mehanic said, some parts needs to be change and I replied him last two weeks before only changed the parts your service center.. Now how to say same parts issue (nalla samalikaru, olathuraru customer ku ethum teeiyathu nu) Service person: amir Or nasir he is the senior mechanic but his behaviour it's very worst and rude 1. how to approach customer. 2. what they are need? 3. how to identify and resolve the issue? He doesn't know about this In the service center they're cheating and their mind set money minded.. Around 3 months bike is their place only still am facing same issue even I spent the money for waste only.. Don't go makkalaee their cheating fellows..

    very bad service experience.. i went for 4 days still my front wheel tightness was not resolved .. i changed all the spares they told..then also my issue not resolved.they wil ask for un necessary parts change..plz be ushar.. my dial also you guys made crack and returned.. worst inexperience service and I regret gaving to u.. no knowledge at all to many service team workers

    A well stocked and well mannered Yamaha two wheeler showroom and service centre. Beats other dealers in city by leaps and bounds in terms of service and customer service. Been there for the second service of my wife's Fascino today (23 Sep 2022). The same warmth and swift workmanship glitters. Noticed the load is high and it only goes to prove the strong patronage they enjoy from their clients. Way to go Hameedha Autos!

    Had my fz v2 serviced, rectified the issue, cleared minor defects too. Billing is also fine and the only thing is GST for spares & service which is high.

    Nice customer service and a good welcome by the staffs.. they explained clearly about the vehicle and they have ready stock of vehicles.. The service centre also has a good space and technicians are handling the vehicle service properly..

    I bought my bike here. The sales person had done a gud job and underwent many services. Nothing wrong with the service men over there too. They are hard workers. But I had a hectic encounter with the cashier once when I was about to take my bike after a service. He asked me to pay the money via UPI (scanner) only, bcos the showroom surcharges extra money for debit/credit card gateway I wonder why. According to RBI rules, it's the merchant's duty to pay 1 to 2% for POS transactions. One should complain about it to get this POS blacklisted. Okay, I scanned via UPI but my amount was debited already. And it was their side bank's problem to receive that. He raised his tone. I again showed my NetBanking statement that the money was debited. He thinks I'm the one who did the mistake. (I know it's a technical issue) but still that man didn't believe in me...after a minute he received. My issue here is why a man at the cash related things doesn't have any proper idea about the job he's doing(his transactions). Some people with their poor work knowledge ruins some reputed (Yamaha) brands. P.S. (reply for your (company) comment)... Oh my God!! Why you're lying? Second time transaction!!! I had never done a SECOND payment, also why to do a second transaction when my first transaction was successful?? Besides, I have my gpay proof and my bank statement... holy moly! So While arguing, I was logging into my net banking and was checking whether my money was debited/or not sent. But clearly its showed my transaction was successful. Okay I agree that it was a technical delay.. but you guys dare to underestimate by replying wrongly by a second transaction.? Wow!!! You may fool me, but the upcoming people will know about that. Haha.. Regards!

    Really disappointing.Innovative motors is the closest showroom for me since my friends suggested me that the service is better here. I took my bike for service and I have specifically instructed them that I have problem in the front tyre (no puncture but still the air pressure keeps dropping) and I want it to be sorted out. When I went for the delivery. They did only the general services they left the front tyre unattended. When I asked them if they had sorted the problem.They told me there was no problem on the front tyre since I wanted to verify it I asked them to check the pressure. The air pressure was low. When I asked them why haven't they sorted it out. They just told me to bring it again on Monday Why would I bring it again when u haven't sorted it in the first time? Why would I bring it there when someone other yamaha showroom is very close to me? Other than that. They did the general service pretty good

    Worst service experience when i gave my yamaha rayz for an battery slow charging issue on last nov 2022. They kept the vehicle for three days and said no problem with relay , coil or wuring. But stil after they cant fix this. It they asked me to change battery ..tgat was dambn new

    Really good services , good price for spares also good mechanic for r15, but one think there is tomuch tax .last time my bike service charge was 3000 but tax coming 860 total 3860....

    I gone to but fzx,g the payment facility is very bad, they are not accepting card payment, and compelling to pay through cash or upi, mostly upi has limit of one lakh, and they didn't inform you previously about the payment system, in the last moment of bike delivery you have to look for cash,

    The worst customer handling & zero responsibility. I will give 0 out of 100 for rating/customer services. I adviced to go to local mechanic shop. Don't go there. Few workers are not worthy to be there.

    I am always giving u 5star but this time i will give one star.. U guys dnt have punctuality i am always giving my bike 1st service each nd evry time u took 4hrs or extra hrs to complete the service..i will nevr complain abt Serivice bcz i feel service is good

    I purchased FZ in hameedha. Over 4 times I had complaint for the same issue and till now its not rectified. And also there is no responsible person in service. The way they talk is much rude. No intiate from service team. Much disappointed and felt bad for service. Better to go for any local service centre .
