1800 rs with GST looks over priced, 1500 can be affordable , if late check out charges 300 rs after an hour. It's in prime location

This hotel is placed very near to Tirunelveli junction railway station (about 1 km, I guess. The management gives you very excellent room in very cheap price. You can't compare their room and the given price with anywhere in Tirunelveli. Hotel situated in very ambient place not hardly 200-300 meter inside from the main road. So, there is no more noise pollution, air pollution in and around the hotel. Their room service also in excellent state. When we ordered for breakfast, they brought the foods by hotbox.

I booked here only to get ready in the morning and leave, since this is near the railway junction. But got deceived by Google maps. It showed a short route by walk from junction to hotel. But there was not such route. I had to walk around again with the luggage. Rooms were good for the price. But bathroom doors couldn't be locked in the room. Other than that everything was good.

Full of cockroaches very worst hotel, velusamy floor supervisor rude behaviour, we booked 4rooms for 5days, he over heard our personal conversation and spoken rudely, I request the viewers not to stay in this hotel. Mr.Dinesh owner of this hotel to take action against him. He had behaved rudely with all persons stayed previously. So no safety here, hotel staffs will bang the door and enter without ur permission. Pls take action.

Location - just 750m from railway station and walkable if you are not carrying lot of luggage . Check in and check out time .. they are flexible. ... Room I had given was not cleaned... Used bedsheets were used to make beds. I complained and the same was changed later ... No water bottles provided and when asked they did send one... But charged for it.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The toilet was decent too. It's around 900m from the Tirunelveli junction. So, a good location. Cons: The money seems to be high when compared to the amenities provided. They don't even provide complimentary water bottles. The room price is ~1400/day. They do charge ₹100/hr early/late check-in/check out charge. The manager is cocky, unfriendly, and not so helpful.

Room Tariff for single occupancy is 1350, no breakfast, no complementary water bottle.

LOCTAED VERY INTERIOR AND ROOM COSTS IS VERY HIGH AND SERVICES OFFERED IS VERY BAD AND PATHETIC. Room charges or Tariffs are very high. wouldnt suggest to anyone.Besides Toilets are not clean Yellow every where and Top Ceilings leaking.

The rooms, cot, restrooms were neat. The coffee and Tea was the most liked as it was so good that we bought a parcel in our flask, Please keep up the good work. There is only outside parking available without shelter and it is too dark to access during the late evenings as there were no lights.

Its very near to railway station very calm and quite area mini parking available worth for money compact rooms. Restaurant also available. Service is good. Best for compact stay.

I stayed in this hotel for one days ,the room is no well cleaned, moisture-prone environments and lot of mosquito and Cockroaches was in room The only advantage of this hotel is that is is very close to railway station by walkable distance

Poor maintenance, manager and receptionist are in good understanding that they agreed that rooms & "TOILETS" are cleaned and pest killed only every 50days during festive season. Be aware, room was filled with black fungus, pungent fumes, insects and yellowish toilets. Poor things is that management is not aware untill i shared images and explanation. The images in reviews are might taken whenever they are cleaned for the first time. Its upto customers to adjust or check out but the money is not refunded rather the foul speak and rude behaviour when you ask for it. And if you dont speak back they will initially gives you the one of the worst rooms for huge amount, after several arguments and fights they will react and think about customers to provide good rooms which are blocked to sell for higher amounts. For the customers, its upto you to stay in such environment and spoil you health or its upto you to choose a better stay for another couple more 100s of money. The black fungus and its fumes are well know to you all by this pandemic. So choice is yours,. Im not against this property or any personals of this property, just tour guide for happy stay. By the MD of this property is innocent and good person who doesnt know what the managers and receptionist are maintaining the property. Stayed just couple of hours for Christmas 2022. They showed me another three rooms with the same conditions and they forced to convince me, but its upto us to get convinced and stay in unhygienic place or to move out. Every room is same condition with some room freshner smell which last for few mintues. Rest is your mindset.

The south Avenue hotel is good. There is lot of mosquitoes so be prepared with the anti mosquito creams or Good night coils or mosquito repellent bat. For food there was a restaurant attached and room service is very good. Hot water will be available all day.

Not at all 4 star!!!! Old rooms and felt dirty bathrooms. Road to the hotel is really pathetic... On the day I went, it was only a small rain, but was over flooded!! No way for the water to get drained.

Good budget friendly hotel , the manager Mr. Hari is very professional and friendly faced the issue of bugs with one room he helped to move to another room immediately, location is near old bustand and railway station , covered car parking is only for two cars but next to the hotel there is a big ground which is used as parking space, the restaurant in the premise serves very limited items only during night so need walk to the bustand to get some good food otherwise overall good stay.

The rooms are excellent and the quality of food is also very good. Breakfast and dinner are available at pocket friendly rates which are far less compared to other restaurants nearby. The customer service is also commendable. Enjoyed the stay very much. Also the stay is around 2 kms from Nellaiappar Temple which is one of the must visit places in Tirunelveli. The famous Iruttukadai Halwa Shop is also opposite to this temple.

Rooms were good, but there was a serious bug problem in a room that i stayed which the hotel staff need to fix. The other room when i enquired and checked was bug free. Location is good and silent away from the city traffic. Since it is located in a street and is a corner property. Good to stay for family as Alcohol and Smoking is not allowed.

Good Hotel to stay at Tirunelveli. Small but, clean rooms. Reasonable rates. It's not placed on main road. But easy to find with Google maps. Covered parking is available only for 2 cars. Otherwise parking is an open plot Adjacent to the hotel. No resturant available. Need to carry your own food or go out to main road to find restaurants.
