Poor
maintenance,
manager
and
receptionist
are
in
good
understanding
that
they
agreed
that
rooms
&
"TOILETS"
are
cleaned
and
pest
killed
only
every
50days
during
festive
season.
Be
aware,
room
was
filled
with
black
fungus,
pungent
fumes,
insects
and
yellowish
toilets.
Poor
things
is
that
management
is
not
aware
untill
i
shared
images
and
explanation.
The
images
in
reviews
are
might
taken
whenever
they
are
cleaned
for
the
first
time.
Its
upto
customers
to
adjust
or
check
out
but
the
money
is
not
refunded
rather
the
foul
speak
and
rude
behaviour
when
you
ask
for
it.
And
if
you
dont
speak
back
they
will
initially
gives
you
the
one
of
the
worst
rooms
for
huge
amount,
after
several
arguments
and
fights
they
will
react
and
think
about
customers
to
provide
good
rooms
which
are
blocked
to
sell
for
higher
amounts.
For
the
customers,
its
upto
you
to
stay
in
such
environment
and
spoil
you
health
or
its
upto
you
to
choose
a
better
stay
for
another
couple
more
100s
of
money.
The
black
fungus
and
its
fumes
are
well
know
to
you
all
by
this
pandemic.
So
choice
is
yours,.
Im
not
against
this
property
or
any
personals
of
this
property,
just
tour
guide
for
happy
stay.
By
the
MD
of
this
property
is
innocent
and
good
person
who
doesnt
know
what
the
managers
and
receptionist
are
maintaining
the
property.
Stayed
just
couple
of
hours
for
Christmas
2022.
They
showed
me
another
three
rooms
with
the
same
conditions
and
they
forced
to
convince
me,
but
its
upto
us
to
get
convinced
and
stay
in
unhygienic
place
or
to
move
out.
Every
room
is
same
condition
with
some
room
freshner
smell
which
last
for
few
mintues.
Rest
is
your
mindset.
