Worst service. The person who served my table forced me take meals just to close our order and finish her shift. I was told that Chinese dishes will take minimum 30 minutes to prepare, since my entire family was very hungry. I had no choice other than ordering the meals. But people who came after me ordered everything they wanted and got it served very quickly. I was clearly able to see that we were treated that way because we belong to a different state. The food was really good, but because of this poor person who served us, the entire experience had went in vein. I hope you people treat everyone equally regardless of their language.

Old and famous hotel located in the prime location. Excellent Room's, Room Services and House keeping. Restaurant is also good with in affordable price. Excellent Room's, Room Services and House keeping. Restaurant is also good with in affordable price but needs an important South Indian Thali was awesome. As per my personal experience the management is taking care of renovation, bed sheets were new, Maintaining good hygiene in restrooms to prevent the spread of germs and harmful bacteria. making it necessary to keep them extra clean and hygienic. I'll prefer to Stay and recommend to others to.

Room was very spacious with small table and chairs and a nice big window. Lots of table space and a cupboard with safe to keep valuables. A huge problem was the stench of drainage water from somewhere that never went away! Curtains looked a bit unwashed. There's a sitting area at the landing on every floor. The ground floor reception is vast and beautiful. They also sell Etikopakka and Kondapalli toys there too! The restaurant downstairs was beautifully decorated, the buffet breakfast is very good quality. But manager said their Chef was on holiday and didn't have any decent lunch and dinner options when we went. The kitchen and restaurant needs some serious looking into! A decent stay but needs to do better!

The location of the hotel is a good place. Ample parking space is available. One dedicated EV charging slot is present. Reasonable shade is present otherwise the roof can get hot as shaded parking is not available. Reception staff and service staff are courteous. Two restaurants are present in the same premise a veg and a non-veg.

Rooms are poorly maintained Food is ok. And very high charged Bathroom is horrible. Smelling like public toilet. When I called him two days before check they said all sold but anyhow I am managing for one room. After coming here it was found that 75% rooms are vacant. Cheaters. High priced hotel with poorly maintained. It should be around 1100 to 1500 including bf and tax. Many good hotels around here. Not recommended.

Worst of restaurants. Wish we had never visited this restaurant. They showed us attitude like they are serving food for free. We had been carrying a baby in our hands for more than 15 mins and they couldn't find a chair for us even after getting a table for 5 PPL. They expected us to keep standing with a table and no chairs and have food.Worst experience. Your staff needs to be taught courtesy

This hotel is a relic and perhaps very little remains of what it was. Rooms need serious upgradation, bedsheets and pillows were dirty. In fact the pillows have become hard as a rock. Washroom: again needs upgrading, the door didn't close properly. The staff on the other hand are hardworking and eager to help but a little investment in room improvement will go a long way. It is a reputable hotel and it is a pity to see it go down that way..

Great stay with good food. The rooms size were good with clean sheets and washrooms. The service people at the restaurant were not too great especially the lady captains in the morning. They work too slow and were reluctant to take the order and did not entertain any small modifications for kids breakfast. The male captains in the evening were exact opposite. They were quite accommodating and quick in their services. The front desk personal were very helpful in arranging cab for tirumala darshan. They have an in house travel desk.

Excellent Value for Money. I have stayed with my family last week . It always excels in service, taste and quality of food. They also have an amazing range of traditional spices and powders to relish. Great location to access any part of Tirupathi. All the best for Management

Sub standard hotel! Bhimas was a good place to stay maybe four or five years back! They’ve failed to maintain, upgrade and clean their rooms, bathrooms, the bed sheets, or anything for that matter. The bathrooms have black fungus on their doors, windows, walls, taps and old used buckets. Their bed sheets have blood stains and we had to ask them to change the sheets. The rooms were not that great. Could have used an upgraded room. And to top it off, it does not have breakfast for the price that we pay for the substandard room. Not a great experience this time. Won’t recommend it and neither will I go back to staying at it. Only reason I am giving two stars is for the service boys who did a good job in helping us with our luggage and ensuring that it was safe in the storage room.

We usually go for this hotel, because of good food quality. But this time, Waiting time is too high like more than 45 min even crowd is not there. I ordered milk shake, quality was too poor. It's just like milk. Totally disappointed.

We had excellent dinner. Food is very nice. Service excellent, ambience nice. We visited once again today for dinner which is excellent. Spicy paneer is too good, for roti we ordered Kadai vegetable which is simply superb. After a heavy meal try their jaljeera drink, which is really fantastic

Went there for stay for 2 days.. The restaurant Mohiniβ€˜s taste was pathetic for lunch and dinner.. however breakfast was good.. The Room service was also quite ok.. The only thing that I felt was that the restaurant in the first floor was selling non veg food.. Being an Ardent devotee of Lord Balaji, I would prefer other places where they did not sell Non veg food and drinks.. The lunch meals (south Indian) costed β‚Ή280 and when asked for a cup of extra curd they said it would be charged extra!! I feel that was not ok !! But breakfast was very good for a price of β‚Ή315.. worth it !

Negative review: Worst service. The doors of the washrooms doors and locks are broken. Only the exterior looks nice inside the stay are worthless. Not providing toiletry kits and not responding to the email requests even after booking rooms. The food was ok. Sometimes too salty. Quality of Bhimas has gone down. I have been a regular customer to Bhimas and didnt have this bad experience previously.

So far in our stay the best we got is here. Quality of the food is very superior. The best and very tasty south and North Indian food we get here. Roti was so soft, in thali ice cream was the star and best part is they given lots of ghee, a paradise for ghee lovers. A paradise for food lovers. Service is very good and on time. Prices are high but charged according to the quality. A must try food place. High budget

Very poor service in mohini restaurant.. We asked for some food for the 2 years old babies... They refused to mix food for babies in the kitchen and asked us to make it by ourselves.. We agreed and kept asking for rice dhal and rasam.. And nobody was bothered.. Finally they gave some rice and rasam was given in ration.. And we even agreed to pay for the extra cost. Food was not hot ... Old standard is not maintained.. Food was pathetic.. Was not hot.. Service was soo poor.. And we gustes we treatesd like some uneducated. Very very disappointed with the service and people and the employees

So called "3 star hotel" in Tirupati. Definitely it used to be one of best hotels as I knew this hotel from ages. But now, cannot call it even 1 star as there is no maintenance and for sure there is a renovation required. Two stars because of location, friendly staff and ample car parking available. Rooms are not tidy, stinking smell and good company of mosquitoes. Even restaurant has changed a lot in terms of food, quality and taste in wrong direction. Overall no point of staying at this hotel any longer as there are plenty of visible options around

One of the best places to stay. The behaviour and services of the staff are very professional. The food is awesome. Lunch is the big tummy filler here. Such delicious food is served during lunch. The ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comforting.

It's kind of a vintage hotel. Expect a few of the amenities not in working condition but the hotel staff is very helpful. The location and connectivity from the hotel is excellent. Note North Indian foods are not available in hotels so you will have to depend on other north indian restaurants nearby for foods.

I enjoyed my stay at Bhimas Residency. The location is great. Many important places are accessible from the hotel. The staff are polite and professional. Mohini Veg restaurant is also good. The breakfast spread is repetitive but tasty. Room are nice well maintained and large. The hotel needs a little renovation. Will come again. Keep up the good work.

Lunch was fabulous. Very tasty. Two vegetables, one kootu, sambar, Kara kuzhambu, rasam, rice. Unlimited. Curd, sweet and Pappad also was offered, limited to first serve. Rs. 150/- it's a steal.

The Rooms were neat and tidy, good room service response. A bit of a hassle to entry the Hotel due the Bridge Construction going on near the entrance of the Hotel. Divine & Authentic Quality and Tasty Foods provided.

We stopped here for lunch on the way to Kalahasti and we were shocked with the utter drop in standards and cleanliness. There were cockroaches roaming on the table and on the plate. This place is riding on its past glory and has no sense of duty to customers

Rooms are okay. The behaviour seems to little rood at check in desk. The breakfast team needs to be more customer friendly. They took around 30 mins to serve dosa. And chanting between them with out focusing on guests requirements like water, spoons etc.,

They exploit pilgrims by serving very poor quality food with health price. Food was too spicy and an ordinary south Indian thali costs 320rs without ice-cream and beeda. The beeda is kept inside and only when asked it is served. Their waiters behavior was also too rude. Horrible taste never will I visit nor recommend this place to anyone

Though the restaurant, food and rooms were good, I am really unhappy with the mattress and linen. They were horribly old, the linen and blanket were very rough and uncomfortable and it was something that's very easily noticeable by the service staff and they could have condemned it. Anyway we reached very late, just wanted to sleep immediately and didn't want to waste time and energy asking for a replacement.

Stayed during last week of Sep22. Rooms are pretty nice. Buffet breakfast is excellent. The food is tasty and sumptuous. Very friendly and helpful service. Bhimas Residency treats its guests very well. I had a great stay.

Went for lunch. The food was nice. We enjoyed it. Services will be better if u speak local tongue. Biriyani was way too spicy to our liking but the rest were nice. Enjoyed the ice cream as well.. Will visit next time..

This place is completely an overhyped place. I made a mistake choosing Bhimas Residency. The room was under average, for a 3 hours early check-in they have charged 2k(appx 70% of room tariff). No Freshners in the bathroom, Room was stinky(if you complain they will come and spray the room freshner and will go), No Sanitizers, No handwash in the washroom,Cheap quality Soap/ shampoo (at least OyO provides better quality), Food was costly, when I asked for tooth brushes they said hey are only providing whoever asks for it, due to covid concerns(definitely a gag), if that is the case why they don't have any sanitizers in the hotel? The reception staff were not welcoming/ very adamant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone 1 star for the tasty breakfast I had in their restaurant ( disclaimer: be prepared for a costly bill) and the other one for Air Conditioning they have in the room.

The property is very old, in dire need of renovation. The location is perfect and the room sizes are definitely worth the price. The bathrooms on the other hand are quite in need of renovation. The lifts are really dreadful, slow and sometimes they get stuck in some floor for a long time. Staff as usual were polite and helpful
