Vishnu Nivasam is located just beside Tirupati Railway station. It's a good place where Pilgrims can take rest and we can also book rooms for stay. 1day stay is allowed and can renew based on public rush. This place is very clean and well maintained.

Nice room and room service.Near to railway station and escalator option is available So, No need to cross the road to board a train. We can also have an option to board a bus near by.Rooms are available in both online and offline mode. Waited for an hour to get the room.Per day cost is below 400 and budget friendly. Actually extension is not allowed. But if we request there might be a chance for room extension.

See overall its crowded outside if you don't get worry to see crowd then its fine Coming to rooms its just awesome good clean room proper working AC , geaser , 24*7electricity supporting staff We went around morning 4AM and staff were helpful and supportive thanks for that . Booked online. There is separate counter for online booked receipt verification. It is better if both of booked people to go to the counter. Some times they ask to see the second person and I'd of the both. After verification room will be allotted with in no time. Go to the mentioned floor and and get room key from the counter at the floor. Room was neat and tidy. For pilgrimage to tirumaa, it is more than enough. 4 people can stay comfortably. Geyser and ac working condition,. Bed and blankets neat and clean.

Just a good thing about this is rooms are in reasonable rates. There are shops at the ground floor and they will sell items more than MRP. Rooms are spacious... cleanliness is average... But one can get private rooms for the same price as well.

Not upto the mark. Can't even compared with Tirumala rooms. Old type rooms, even the AC suites too. No proper maintenance. Everything is leaking or damaged. TTD must take care about the renovation. Their hospitality is uttermost worst.

Basic Room RS.340/ only and payment can be done only through debit/credit card only and 24hours only can avail while book "current booking". Superb room clean and neatly maintain. Great service did by TTD. Appreciate. Note: Bachelors not allowed to book room. Only family persons. Can be stay 5-6 person in basic room.

Good for all. No money required for lockers. No rooms available for singles. Food serving time is 6 PM to 9 PM everyday. It is situated at the front of Tirupati railway station and a foot bridge is also connect it direct.

We book 800 room through online in July it was a great stay. Room was good with double bed with AC, and hot water. Rooms were clean and well maintained . The same room rate increased to rs904 when we booked it in December, but room was well maintained and worth the stay.

We have booked online successful before 1 month of stay. Trust me it's really hard to get single room and all rooms are booked. Main area and car parking available in underground, Lifts are available. But when you are going to extend room and/or get another room and we have to do it only by morning 05:30am. All room allotment counters closed at night time. Lift operators are available at night for assistance. We can inform them number of persons for occupancy and it won't be any issue. But we have to give data to them.

This is in front of the Railway station. There is no need to walk on the road. Direct connection is provided from Railway station to Vishnu nivas. We reserved 900 rupees AC rooms and they are good. There is a geyser available in bathrooms where we can get hot water 24*7. You can see the rooms in attached pictures. Con : only small con that is "there is vehicular noise daily starting from 4 am" except that everything is very good i will give 4.5 / 5 star

It is the best place to stay in tirupati just beside the tirupati railway station. The AC rooms are very clean and good. There is lift facility also .the bathroom also kept clean and there is also common toilets in 5th floor. The view from 5th floor is amazing.

AC rooms are nice with western toilets. There are common toilets and bathrooms too in the 5th floor. Basement parking is dark in the noon. Could not find a lift from the basement to ground floor. But lifts were available from ground floor. Very slow check in and check out formalities. Had to wait for a long time.

Because it is service oriented to poor and middle class we should not expect Star class facilities at this place. Located in a very very convenient place accessible to all means of transport makes conveyance very easy at low cost. Plus point is Annaprasadam is provided twice daily. Very much essential for the needy ones.

Rooms are awesome, nearby to Railway station and busstop. The only concern is there is no security , parking for 4wheelers you don't get a slot in the cellar there is no one to maintain the parking slot hence outsiders also park there vechiles and pilgrims won't get a slot. In the ground floor people who don't get rooms sleep and occupy the floor and you don't get place to walk otherwise it's awesome.

It's located near the railway station( walkable). Please book AC rooms preferably or Non-A/C with 340/- cost for the normal facility. It has both online/offline booking facilities. Preferred to have prior online booking to avoid queueing for offline rooms which can have a waiting period of 4-5 hours based on availability. We can always extend rooms for two days by paying an extra amount for a day and it's an easy process. Do carry ATM card as Cash or UPI is not acceptable during room booking.

The room was quite good. But for getting room we have wait for more than 2 hrs. It is located just opposite to railway station. So that it can east for peoples who come through train. Bus facility is available by near to the hotel.

Good place to settle and refreshment for FREE of cost, a hall type area with fans available and adjacent to railway station, a direct way out through steps can enter this place from railway station. Rooms can be booked only online mandatory, no rooms will be available if not booked

This opposite of tirupati rly station.it is organized by ttd.some of rooms are meant for online advance booking remaining rooms meant for current booking.rooms are comfort.but it very rush.

Pilgrims amenities complex situated very near to the railway station in Tirupati Pilgrims City. Mostly rooms are allotted both Online and Current booking in persons having I.D proof. Maintenance of the rooms also good. Nice to stay comfortably. 👍👍👍👍👍

Can't say much about rooms as I didn't stay there but visited to get tokens for Tirupati Darshan. The place is crowded and location wise it's near the railway station so you can expect the traffic and crowd during peak season. Police personnel are there to guide for the required things.

We didn't get any room or locker but We can rest besides of room and locker room areas Vaikunta ekadasi 10 days totally rush Without ticket no dharshanam in these 10 days So don't come From new year 01.01.24 normal dharshanam tockens will issue

This place is under TTD management and gor all facilities needed for pilgrims including food, darshanam tokens and rest rooms. If you need a room, you need to sit in the queue and wait for your turn to book your room subject to its availability. Luckily I booked ac room online and there was no need to wait. You can stay max for two nights at this place and from third day the tariff becomes double. Do not forget to extend the stay in advance, if not TTD staff will lock your room with an additional lock, and you can gain entry only after paying for the extension at the reception! I faced this in the night after a tiresome trip to Kanchipuram. I wonder why this extreme step for the second night as TTD collects one day extra tariff as caution deposit from which they can always deduct the tariff!

Situatated right outside, about 100 meters, railway station. IMP: You need to get your token for tirupati temple before you can book a room. Lines for occupancy are long. Booking counter opens at 6 but people start forming line at 4. Rooms are reasonably priced. Unmarried couples can not stay. Single person can not take a room. Only card or UPI payment accepted. You can make booking online as well. Because we did not get a room hence can not cement on quality of rooms and service, that's why rated it three.

Accommodation maintained and owned by TTD. Very good location just opposite to Tirupati Railway station and walkable from GovindaRaja Swamy Temple. Drinking water is available at free of cost. Saravana bhavan is there on the ground floor.

TTDs guest house...room was good...near railway station n bus stand...can get bus for tirumala at doorstep...having lot of restaurants in and around...especially Lakshmi narayana bhawan...so good dinner We had...and car parking was good, but, paid parking

This is for all the tourists and volunteers to stay for sometime. This place is always occupied with thousand of people that you can't even find any vacancy anytime. But you can stay on the floors if you insist. As it's very near to railway station and has its own bus stop the roads were completely occupied by people and moreover the roads were dirty with sewage water on some places and buses on other good places. But they somehow managing to run the things. This was my experience, it's better if you could dig up some more stuff and plan accordingly.

I felt it is super crowded and room are available and that needs a que to stand but doesn't run as you expect to be like 2-3hours. Parking has no pronlem apart the only impressing point is quite near to tirupati railway station not more that 1km from station. Super super busy on festive days and weekends as its budget friendly.

Best place which located near the Tirupati Railway Station If we booked online it will be more easy directly we can reach counter and directly check in and get room key. Room was need and clean. They will provide AC, Geyser, etc.

Best place for pilgrims to stay. It is very near to Railway station. Water, food and Toilets are available. Rooms are clean and free locker facility also there. Rooms booking in online is best to save our time.

I was given a room in the sixth floor. Everything was good here. But the lobby area was fully occupied by devotees and you dont get a space even to walk freely. Devotees sit/lie down in groups, eat there itself etc. Very noisy in the lobby area.
