Dr Praveen - cardiac specialist, suggested a blood test for RS. 1000 to diagnose heart stroke , without checking the result concluded as you have insure will do Angiogram then he suggested to go another hospital. Dr Lokesh suggested X ray , another 5 types blood tests and concluded all are good . If you have cough and breathing problem does this tests- necessary ? What kind of doctors they are.. Oh my god …

No one take care of patience in emergency Ward is charging 2500 but in that hall rats and cockroaches are there, when we ask for room the staff use to tell as that there is no nurse available in the floor if we take room also that will charge 2000 but no proper cleaning and no proper maintenance

I admitted my father with post PTCA , breathlessness and high grade fever . doctor lokesh was inexperienced and unable to diagnose the medical condition..doctors were unable to explain why there is recurrent pleral effusion. They are collecting huge amounts of money for simple reasons government hospital are far better...we had worst experience. They looted all our money till we are out of money...and asked us to discharge without getting well ..ordering unnecessary tests and procedures.avoid this hospital for better health of your patients

My dad was admitted to this hospital due to COVID. My dad suffered due to lack of proper food by hospital. Breakfast is given after 9.30AM, lunch after 2.30PM and dinner after 9.30PM. Patients who are already ill are suffering in more pain waiting for food. This is a serious matter and hospital management has to take immediate action otherwise people might die due to less energy and hunger. Staff nurses and helpers don't provide required support to the patients. Please educate staff how to care for patients and elderly people. Patients deserve caring, respect and dignity.

Fabulous. Really very caring hospital I hv ever seen. I personally experienced 2 treatments. Radiotherapy and dental. Both are excellent. Especially doctors and staff are very good. Unlike other hospitals doctors are available for patients anytime. U can choose this hospital undoubtedly.

Worst experience with this hospital. Admitted here for my brother in law for leg injury, doctors not even investigated about injury instead given treatment for normal injury. Now the infection has become serious and went for surgery.

Waste of time! Incorrect guidance and diagnosis. The director cum the gastro doctor doesn't encourage patients to ask questions unfortunately! Wants the patients to be dumb and uneducated. DBR Hospital with worst management. We recently had an worst experience with this hospital, and I must express my disappointment with the entire hospital management. Careless behaviour from nurses and doctors. We lost loved one, because of the negligence of the hospital management. I have never seen a hospital with unavailable doctors. Just got my father treated from the hospital the most genuine care and consultation was given. People here are not money minded, u get the right advice and they avoid patients from undergoing unnecessary surgeries. I personally thank Dr.Prasad gourineni and Dr.Ravi for their valuable consultation and also for the treatment. EXCELLENT Our experience has always been good with DBR. However this feedback is specific to our recent experience for cataract surgery of my father. Starting from doctor consultation to TPA guidance to surgery and post operative care is just excellent and you feel a personal touch and concern from all the staff members. Every thing is good but the persons who are coming for ICU patients to talk with doctors has to wait for a long time infront of ICU, no chairs to sit atleast for older people infront of ICU, few nurses are very rude on backward persons... Treat everyone in same manner... One black nurse with lipstick and one lady who was sitting in ICU are careless, not taking care of old patients who are unable to talk, they neglected my father.. Doctors are very good, some nurses behaves like doctors by showing attitude..

First preference for money and second one for medical representatives. They won't bother about the Out Patients, just need to wait for longer than expected. No hygienic during the the treatment. Overall experience is worst.

The worst hospital, due to its poor management and careless nurses, particularly in the ICU. There were no doctors available yesterday when my grandmother passed away. She had cancer, so we had no other option but to seek treatment there due to the peak of the coronavirus pandemic. Recently, my grandma suffered from leg pain (blood clot), and we thought they could cure her because they had all the reports. However, They kept her in the same pain, claiming that a doctor was not available for the entire day. The next day, they said they would perform an operation, but they didn't do it all day. Finally, they informed us that they couldn't do it. Please, at any cost, avoid visiting this hospital.

The cost of all above treatment & medication were most reasonable & I want to convey my appreciation for all the help given to my family & me and thank the wonderful hospital and staff enough for my excellent treatment. loved the service at the dental clinic in dbr Hospital, they were so professional and gentle with me. the dentist that attended to me. She was lovely, and so gentle and loved how carefully and in detail she explained all the procedures that she would do to me. Their space was extremely clean and the staff were really friendly. The procedures and the experience were painless, easy and manageable.
