If you're prepared to endure a minimum half-hour wait in line at the checkout counter, you have the option to visit this location. Unfortunately, several counters remain closed despite the lengthy queue. Many of the products' prices haven't been updated in the system, and the personnel at the billing counter exhibit a negative attitude when inquired about discounted prices listed on the shelves. The untrained staff often lack proper customer service etiquette. The store's manager is clueless on what's going on there. It's advisable to stay away for this store

Arrogant immature guys in billing. They are rude to customers. Today was the first visit to Smart Bazaar Navalur. Never again

Dear Team, I have come to buy an Idhayam gingley oil in your stores at Navalur branch. As per the display which showed as Rs 478/- from MRP Rs 503/-. During the billing process which counted as Rs 503 only and telling like there is no discount and all. Also, they( billing staffs and immediate officials) never bother about customer needs and even if we waited in the queue more than 15 minutes they are not even considering to open the another counter and bill the products. So please be careful and make sure before you buy and billing the product in the counter because they are using their marketing ideas to deceive the customers to buy the products. Though you could get good deals, the shopping experience with the store had always been bad . Long queue in the billing, wrong prices, no clear return policy, Rude staffs, cockroaches in veggies area, unorganised clothing section.. would not recommend shopping here as you would not come out happy...

I went smart Bazaar on last Friday 5th of January 2024, there was a rat roaming around all fruits...and I have taken video and informed to the staffs about this. Very worst experience which i faced ever.

Travel Scam is going inside this shop. There were people from Orchid hospitality company, they would get ur phone numbers and after a week, they would announce you have won a lucky draw. They would call every week and announce that we have won a prize and ask us to visit some hotel for dinner. I don't know how Reliance is allowing these scam people do marketing inside the shop. Never fill any form from anyone inside this shop.

Avoid, save ur self-respect. Came to share my bad experience.. But seems everyone here have had the same experience. Employ ppl with some manners or at least educate them. The replies we get is so rude, especially in billing. Seeing the comments here, it looks as if it's just another day a customer is been ill-treated in your outlet.

They have kept some irritating people there for promotion of cards and UNICEF, they dusturb a lot, you won't believe they dusturb to such an extent that I forgot what I had to buy. I have purchased many from this shop, but this thing is irritating. This has happened thrice. Won't be going again to this place. Disgusting.
