Store
review:
Extremely
courteous
staff
and
the
purchase
experience
was
so
good.
They
only
keep
selected
models
at
display.
These
demo
models
can't
be
sold
anywhere.
Since
the
supply
chain
has
been
affected
by
Covid
19,
they
can't
keep
many
pieces
for
display.
I
can
understand
that.
Price:
This
laptop
was
listed
in
Flipkart
for
20-30k
less.
But
I
chose
to
buy
from
this
store.
If
I
order
from
e-commerce,
there
is
always
this
chance
of
getting
a
returned
item.
But
in
store,
since
it's
an
offline
one,
they
get
stock
directly
from
the
company
and
it's
untouched.
I
can
always
go
to
this
store
incase
of
any
issue.
In
the
case
of
Flipkart,
I
have
to
call
a
number
of
representatives
to
get
the
issue
fixed.
Laptop:
It's
a
beast.
I
play
Fifa
21
for
8
hours
straight
very
often
and
it
works
so
well.
Although
I
keep
the
fps
capped
to
30
because
there
is
this
issue
with
Fifa,
where
in
you
see
frame
rate
issues
even
in
ultra
high
laptop/desktop.
Also
played
F1
2020,
Moto
GP
etc.
The
performance
is
so
good.
Don't
give
too
much
work
to
the
laptop
by
setting
everything
on
ultra.
If
you
want
to
increase
your
laptop
life,
keep
optimal
graphic
settings.
Battery:
It
lasts
maximum
of
2
hours
on
a
single
charge
(provided
you
don't
play
games
during
that
time)
If
you
play
games
without
the
charger
plugged
in,
you'd
suffer
visible
frame
rate
issues.
Specs:
The
16
gigs
of
RAM
is
the
best
choice.
8GB
RAM
would
have
been
a
major
bottleneck.
1TB
SSD
is
a
huge
deal.
Every
single
application
starts
super
fast
and
runs
ultra
smooth.
1650ti
is
decent.
But
I
wouldn't
call
it
mind
blowing.
i7
10th
gen
allows
me
to
handle
multiple
apps
with
ease.
Hardware:
Keyboard
backlight
is
customizable
and
it
makes
the
laptop
look
super
beautiful.
The
keys
are
kinda
hard.
Sometimes,
it
doesn't
register
the
characters
you
enter.
That's
because,
in
all
other
laptops/keyboards,
with
just
a
soft
tap,
the
input
gets
registered.
But
here,
you
need
to
apply
that
extra
bit
of
pressure.
But
if
you
get
used
to
it,
it
wont
seem
like
a
problem.
Display
with
144hz
refresh
rate
is
super
crisp
and
bright.
ONLY
MAJOR
CON:
The
audio
output
sucks
so
bad.
Even
if
I
keep
the
system
volume
to
100,
and
youtube
player
volume
to
100,
the
output
is
not
at
all
loud.
I
haven't
troubleshooted
the
problem
yet
but
i'm
not
sure
whether
it
can
be
fixed.
Bought
this
lap
on
December
2020.
Its
April
2021.
I
haven't
encountered
a
single
issue
with
the
laptop.
Extremely
happy
with
my
purchase
from
this
store.
