    Highly recommended!!! I was suffering from acute ankle pain due to multiple fractures and ligament tears that had happened in the last two years. Though the fracture healed, I never fully recovered. When I came across Bio Cross-fitt, my foremost objective was to be pain-free (and of course weight loss). The best part about this place is that every individual gets personalised attention and training. I have been to other very popular strength training/ CrossFit studios in Omr and I will proudly say that Bio CrossFit is one of the best in all aspects like individual training, flexibility in timings, empathy towards clients, and value for money. When I started in April, I could barely even do a half squat and my balance was pathetic; 6 months down the line I’m toned overall and I can see how much my stability n strength have improved. A big shout out to all the coaches and a very special mention to Danny sir, who has always been kind, considerate, encouraging and motivating. P.S: Don’t judge the place by it’s simple setup. End of the day, it’s the quality of training that matters the most… not the shiny sophisticated environment. .

    It has been two months since I have joined Bio Cross-fitt. The trainers are extremely knowledgable and know when to stop and when to push your limits. Even if you join a gym, you have to specifically opt for a personal trainer to get motivation and personalized guidance. With Bio cross-fitt, you get the personal trainer experience just by joining. The trainers (Dhandapani and Srinivasan) ensure that the workouts are personalized for you. Once I had severe lower back pain and the trainer gave specific workouts for the next couple of days. After that, I never had any recurrence of lower back pain. After two months, I see great improvements in my flexibility and endurance. Even if you cannot join physically due to location constraints, please opt for the virtual training sessions. You will definitely reap the benefits. If we join here, the only thing we need to is to show up. They take care of the rest. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to improve their physical fitness.

    I’ve been training with Bio Cross - fitt studio for the past 6 months and I’ve had great results so far! Gopi / Danny / Srini are very knowledgeable, they properly evaluates your strengths and weaknesses to make you better and stronger. Additionally, pushes you beyond your limit to help you achieve your fitness goals. Training sessions are intense, fun, and always careful to respect your injuries and stress First question i get everyday “ Mam is it paining anywhere ? “:) Never pushes you too hard, but just to the brink as he takes the time understands your capabilities. Trainers will be always in this mode “ I am watching you “ , immediately corrects the positions so as to get max gain and no injuries. Always on time and their enthusiastic level even at night 8.00 PM is contagious and motivates us . Over the past 6 months my view about fitness completely changed .Training is not just for weightloss. It should focus to improve strength , endurance and the rest follows and falls in place automatically .

    A nice Cross Fit gym not like the typical one now a days we are having. The best thing about this is you will not get bore of the exercises as everyday there will be some new sort of exercises which are fun filled also. They have 2 personal trainers who are certified and also will be there always to guide you. The exercises will cover all the body muscles. Your first day will start with stretching of all your body muscles and then the trainers will give you further exercises based on your stamina, strength, etc and push you to achieve your goals. A highly recommended one if you want a fit and fat free body without getting bore of dumbells and iron-bars like in a typical gym.😉

    I joined Bio-cross fit 6 months back with numerous complications in my body. I had undergone several major surgeries in my stomach & lungs 5 years back. Last 5 years i was so hesitant to do any exercises fearing the complications i had undergone, hence use to protect myself against any strain to my body. Unfortunately i again landed with an other hormonal complication for which i was asked to undergo an other major surgery. I was very reluctant on surgery hence tried life style management techniques for which i had to change my lifestyle by altering my food habits & do some weight management . Was scared to join gym hearing many stating it will bump up on my weigh If i stop in between, hence gave up that option. Yoga being the other option but was rules out because of many abdominal stretches involved in it. Now the worry was on weight management. One of my friend benefited well for her frozen shoulder joining bio-cross fit and she did have good weight loss from that…She advised me to speak to MR. Gopi from Bio-cross fit. Explained him my issues in detail. He asked me to do a month trial class to see on how i feel. Trust me in my first class i could hardly lift my leg and my back was so stiff…i said I can’t do and gave up. We had a wonderful coach there MR. Thandapani who encouraged me so much and he used to give me workouts at my comfort levels slowly and steadily after 6 months i have stepped up to a level where i am able to do workouts equivalent to others and above all , my test reports are so normal that even my doctors are surprised seeing the change without any medications. Its just my diet and Bio-Cross fit takes the credit. Mr. Thandapani who keeps a regular watch on my health workouts to whom all the credits are for along with Mr. Srinivas an other coach who’s words “come on mam u can” his everyday saying encourages me to do more…Sincere thanks to Mr. Gopi who promised me that i will and can definitely become normal and now i am very much a normal women who was able to climb Kedarnath trek by walk and get down 5 hrs at a stretch in horse without any difficulty. The credit goes to Bio-cross fit team and with blessings of the lord i am leading a very normal life…TO STAY HEALTHY don’t say no to BIO-CROSS FIT

    I have been with Bio cross-fit for almost 8 months and I thoroughly enjoying everyday activities. The first thing is individual care they give according to the clients physical weakness or area to be strengthened. Next,the trainers Danny,Srini and Gopi sir ,their punctuality and sincerity. And overall they always motivate to stay strong rather than to focus on the shape. I am happy and satisfied by their service. Keep growing team and wish you all the very best.

    Online training was very efficient and I was always left feeling energised. My overall endurance and stamina increased greatly within a month and I could see great results. Gopi sir is professional and created a workout plan specific to my physical ability which worked out perfectly. He was also very understanding and worked around my schedule, so that I would not miss any class.

    This gym is amazing. Good facility, good equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional.     I joined Bio-CrossFit 6 months back…Trust me I tried gym for many years which used to give me temporary weight loss but used to gain double when I miss doing it during my travel times…but this bio-CrossFit did miracles helped me in weight loss along with good stamina building also my heart rate improved so very well and gives good overall proper weight loss that remains standard even if u miss doing it for a week. Hats off to Mr. Thandapani & Team as trainers who ensures you do the right exercise at right way and he ensures you do ur exercise conveniently and efficiently.

    Excellent personal trainers.. Danny master and Srini master takes lot of effort to give proper training to each individual.. They don't push you too much. They don't promise you immediate weight loss.. Whatever they teach you, if you do it consistently, it defenitely keeps you fit and healthy. I go with my wife. Good place for women too.. Best gym experience I've had..

    Good knowledgeable staff, great personal trainers- Danny master and Srini master. They have all the stuff you need for a perfect workout. The stretches routine in the start is very unique and best part when compared to other fitness centers. Everyday they give a different routine of workouts which makes us want to come to the gym. Such a friendly environment with amazing masters.👏🙌

    Please find my experience about Bio Cross-Fitt Studio: My Goal: Reduce 10 kg weight; I should not have tiredness and body pain. Why I have chosen this Center: Along with above goals, I was looking for a good gym with a personal trainer but it was so pricey when I verify most of the gym. At the same time, in Bio Cross-Fitt Studio I felt the trainers are always with us and they are having good knowledge in this field so this one of the main reason I have chosen this place. My Experience here: I have joined last July 2023 and still continuing my work out here. As per my expectation, I have reduced my 10 kg within 4 months time and the way they teach the workout is fabulous like every day I used to do different workouts so I won’t get bored. Also, before starting my exercise they teach me how to do and what are the benefits or changes happen in our body which made me interested to do workouts and within short period of time I won’t felt tiredness and body pain in my body and my stamina is also increased. In addition, we used to have weed end workouts in Beach and other places which were so funny but at the same time it was so effective for strengthening. Based on the body nature of each one of us they used to give workouts and make sure People should not get exhaust and some time I felt there exercises are simple to do but so effective. Overall my experience is great. Trainers: Danny and Srini are Gem for this center. They are having very good knowledge, friendly and motivated me to achieve my goal. Note: Also, I have followed diet which predominantly supported for my weight loss to achieve my goal quickly. Verdict: My experience here was so good and you can definitely consider Bio Cross-Fitt Studio.

    I have been to this place for last 2 months for weight loss and to increase my stamina. My trainers Danny and Srini are professional and dedicated. One on one trainings are provided after analyzing the individual goals and endurance. Danny has keen understanding of individuals endurance and limit and always provides unique exercises. I haven't had a repeated exercises throughout my tenure with them. Have reduced 6kgs in 2 months .Had I been more regular I would have reaped more benefits. Overall very satisfying service from the trainers.

    Though it is my first time joining fitness class and today was the first day as well, i felt very comfortable and the workouts were not too heavy. I am glad i joined breakthrough studio.     I would like to share my experience with bios crossfit here because I firmly belive it might change the life of someone who have the same mindset as me. How I was before : I am usually not a morning person and will not love waking up early in the morning. Though sleeping 8 to 9 hours a day, I still felt tired and lazy for the entire day. I could not sleep early nor wake early. My sleep quality was poor. I was not active physically and mentally. How it started: Two of my friend were going to BIOS crossfit . They suggested me to give a try. I was hesitant at the start. I thought doing same exercise daily will make me feel bored and I may not continue more than a month. After repeated suggestion from my friends, I came to BIOS crossfit just to give a try. That is the day when I had made the perfect decision in my life. The workouts were very unique and not repetetive. Everyday every new set of trainings were given, which created eagerness to come to crossfit everyday. At saturday, they orgainsed special activities like beach workouts, trekking, boxing which kept us engaged. This made me to wakeup early in the morning and not miss the crossfit training. How am I now: I am feeling more flexible than before and my endurance has improved a lot. I am having a quality sleep now. I could feel myself active and more focused at work. I started recommending BIOS crossfit to my friends and family members now. Just give a try and thank me later. Special thanks to the trainers Danny and Srini who was taking utmost care and giving quality training. They are the pillars of the BIOS crossfit.

    This is the best place to gain fitness.They train you perfectly in all aspects.Value for money.I am going here from 3 months and I see a lot of results in me.I can see very good changes.They give you a perfect diet to follow which will be balanced by all proteins,nutrients etc. The trainers will explain all the benefits of exercises they make us to do.Its not like all the gym's.I use to not have more interest in doing exercises and going to gym and all.But after joining here I am so excited and motivated to be healthy and do exercises. I lost 8 and half kgs in three months.I am very happy for myself.Trainers are very talented and very understanding.They take individual care of everyone.Its highly recommended to join here. I rate them 5 stars in all aspects.

    This is a must place and my only regret is that I only came across it in my last 5 months in India. After a disc bulge (slipped disc), I found that the hospital physio was not helping and actually made it worse. So I visited Gopi and over the course of a few months he and his excellent team of Danny and Srinivasan not only helped in the disc realignment but taught me many exercises and stretches to further help and to prevent this happening again. These guys really do know their stuff. If I wasn’t leaving India today, then I would be using them forever more. For absolutely any sports injuries, especially prevention, then you must visit these guys. Great people, great banter. They really do care. Thanks

    With the help of excellent training and the diet chart, I have lost weight despite my PCOD. My cycles are getting better and regularised without medicines. Both Danny and Srini are very knowledgeable and Professional. They explain the benefits of each and every exercise patiently and correct the postures no matter how many times I forget or make mistakes. The guidance and support are really awesome.Very friendly and motivating during workouts sessions.Highly recommended place.

    Bio cross Fitt is one of the best gym you can go to around navalur. Bio cross Fitt is maintained in a very hygienic manner. There is a positive vibe that you'll feel as soon as you enter the gym. You will know this as soon as you meet gopi and Danny, who's so friendly and welcoming! The cross fit excercises that the trainers teach you are awesome especially coach Gopi and Danny ! Do ask them coz they can perfectly customise your workouts. I have very well benefited from this gym's subscription. 1- Good selection of exercise for body weight training 2-High quality cardio exercise 3- Functional training 4- Good parking space for two wheelers and four wheelers 5- Trainers are all down to earth and well trained 6-pot water and great music. 7 - Good vibes and overall excellent gym in comparison to what's around.

    I've been going to Bio crossfitt for more than 1.5 years. One thing that singles them out is the time and efforts they give to each one of their clients. The trainers explain the benefits of every exercise they give, technical info about the targeted muscles n potential risks that could happen if not done properly. They keep us motivated right throughout the exercise circuit. They maintain a good camaraderie even out of gym and it makes me stick to them though there are more sophisticated gyms in this area.

    I have been suffering from severe pain in all the major joints (shoulders, knees, ankles, elbow) for the past many years. Could not make a proper diagnosis. No treatment could give me a permanent solution for this problem. The major cause was thought to be due to psoriasis in my hands and feet. I had to quit my job. Got stressed up, lost my sleep. I was having a minipharmacy and gulping the tablet when the pain becomes unbearable which led to acidity as well. Met Mr. Gopi, who has been well know to me and joined BioCross Fit for rehab workout. Mr. Dhandapani and Mr Sreenivasan has been taking a personal care on my well being...Suddenly developed costochondritis also due to psoriasis and could not breath for three weeks. When i got little better, again resumed my workout. Due to personal care of Danny and Sreeni, I feel like i am back to my routine. After a very long time, i am able to get a good sleep. If you are stressed out with poor sleep hygiene and body pain (whatever the reason may be), this is the right place. The team will ensure that you are out of stress, enjoy the daily workout and you are almost out of pain. The place has good aeration. Finally, after two months of regular workout, i have closed by minipharmacy at home...no more pain tablets after a very very long time....I have started the fitness workout and aiming to go for jogging. Biocross Fit has become one of my favorite places. All you need is you got to trust these people, listen to them and do the workout regularly with patience and a big bright smile...

    My experience with Gopi started 8 years back,when my wife and I joined his training centrei in DLF GARDEN CITY called Axis and Planes. I was a senior citizen but he put me through the paces and slowly guided me and my wife through a fitness regime so thoroughly and methodically that we can say that age is just a number and when you are fit nothing seems impossible We trained with him 1 year and that has converted both of us into fitness freaks. Thank you Gopi for all that you have given us.

    This is an amazing place. Danny and Srinivas give attention to each and every person walking in. They understand the nuances of how each exercise affect which part/muscle of the body and how to take it up gradually. They are committed, work with goals, plan your daily activities accordingly and then measure it periodically. The variety of exercises and rigour is really nice and keep you motivated.

    Best Gym I had been to so far. Whether it is pain management, fitness or weight loss, you cannot find a better place nor better trainers. It is rare to see a place where personal attention is offered to almost every one. The trainers exactly know what is needed for every individual, all that is expected from our side is commitment and time. This is not a Hi-Fi gym with fancy equipments, don't go by looks. I went there because of my chronic lower back pain and I feel so much better. My overall experience has been fantastic. Special thanks to Srini and Danny. These guys are the pillars of this place (trainers) and they are so composed, knowledgeableand approachable. Mr. Gopi who runs this place has excellent knowledge - be it fitness, diet or life style management. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for general fitness, weight loss, pain management or simply taking a step towards healthy life style.

    Bio Cross-Fitt Studio is my first gyming experience and surely has not been disappointing! I have been training here for the past 2 months and see that the workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The trainers are great who analyze and understand ur fitness goals and help u achive that accordingly. It’s a hard workout with happy people And I am seeing results for sure.     A place where you can find fitness knowledge, professional training, customised diet plan. All three trainers have knowledge on almost every muscle of the body. Trainers(Gopi, Dhanny and Srini) were ethical and follow up on clients each and every day. I have been training for 45days continuously and already started seeing amazing results. 10kgs lost in a very healthy way. No fancy or crash diets. Just lifestyle alterations and natural homemade food. Dhanny is my personal trainer. It took me almost a year after joining bio X fit to set my mind in right direction. Thanks to Gopi and Dhanny for their continuous follow up and motivation. Most of us would have heard the negative part of not having healthy life style in gyms but this one is different. They show results and always never tired of showing the positive side of taking a healthy lifestyle. Some days are off for me, those days I ask dhanny to give some interesting workouts. He understands the mindset of a client and very respectful. Still I have not started walking as trainers were very careful to not get me injured in the process of weight loss. If you had reached this point of my review then thanks for your patience. The best part of CrossFit is, the same workout will not be repeated in a week and this has kept my fitness journey interesting. My next review will be after 3 months with my transformation pics.     Initially I don't have any idea about Cross fits. Once I entered into Bio-cross fitt the trainers (Danny & gopi) explained everything briefly. The trainers used to teach each exercise step by step. They give healthy diet plans. I personally felt my stamina level is increased. Excellent place for overall fitness.

    I have been working with Gopi on my fitness routines since the beginning of 2021. I have had issues with my lower back and neck. Gopi and team initially helped me with my rehab and now I am part of the regular fitness routines. I feel definite improvement in my overall fitness and importantly started to understand my body a bit better than before. All this in the times of the pandemic where all the classes are conducted online. Gopi is very knowledgeable, sincere and caring person. In fact, their entire team is.
