Customer service is appalling. I saw the guy at the till arguing with the customer before and i thought may be customer was bit mean. Then came my turn. I told him I brought my own bag and do not give me paper carry bag, to my shock he charged for the carry bag and argued that I didn't tell him. The manager was right beside him but of no use. I shared the review and requested a call back, still now no action. Just think abt their customer service....really appalling Further to the request, I have shared my details in the link. Still no response.... Just tells how well you treat your customers

This is located in the first floor of newly opened Marina Mall. Single floor has women's Men's and Kids sections. Collections are good and you get almost all the same varieties you get in Perungudi Store or in Express Avenue. A must visit for Max fans who are in OMR.

I felt a very bad experience today, they are displaying 70% off and while going for billing they are saying it as 40%. They are manipulating people like that. I asked the crew to check this offer. They are not responding correctly

A good place to buy relatively cheaper clothes for the whole family. Cheaper than lifestyle, Pantaloons etc. Don't expect premium quality but the clothes are perfect for everyday and weekend use.

Decent store not as big as many other Max stores. Charged 8 bucks for a non- reusable paper bag, agh that is not great customer service!

The guys at the billing counter(in Marina Mall Branch) are totally unprofessional and uncouth... While billing, the guy who handled us dropped down a hot pack that I got for my kid... When I asked him if there is any damage, he said no and quickly kept it in the carry bag... As it was crowded, we couldn't take it out from the bottom of the carry bag and check... When we came home and checked it, we noticed a huge crack... This kind of behaviour is appalling... And the AC effect in the shop is pathetic....

Reasonable price, in a empty store it seems everyone is busy. Ever time i have visited no on has ever come or offered assistance with selection.

Not much collection of clothing, only for emergency wear or gifts. Hopefully in near future they will have more decent collections. For returning the products taking longer time, they should do more efficiently. Thank you 🙏

Iam a Doctor by profession, regular customer of Max..I have less time to purchase usually.. This time in my busy schedule I came to purchase in max but very bad experiences i faced from the staffs of MAX Fashions in Marinamall.. I took my 8 dresses for trial, they said u can try only 3, so I asked I can't buy more than 3? But they are staring at me... then another staff came and she said me no problem mam u can take and try ..but 3 at a time... so as per her instruction I tried and selected and kept and said the first staff one was XL model i want to gift my friend that I dont want to try and iam keeping with this selected thing... but after the next trial and I came the dresses which I selected and the dresses which I want to trial all were missing. .. and no staff was present anywhere nearby at that point of time... while asking to a gents staff he also dont know who was there... Pls make sure all are busy especially me kind of people.. bcz of MAX product quality and price only people are coming. .. if such kind of behavior or experience we get from these staffs then no one wont visit again this MAX especially marinamall... people have lots of choices... pls consider this issue to make ur customers happy nd feel to comeback again....

To locate itself it took some time for me. As it was exactly on signal most of people will be more concerned on is it a green or red signal. Most importantly as it's in the sharp corner there is no parking for this. And I felt the collection was also very old.

No good collection. Only limited dresses. Too costly. No help we can get from the service persons. Trial room is neat. But sometimes we can find dress on the trial room......

1. Covered parking is available for free of cost. 2. Ladies collection are available but not upto the expected level, bit ok. 3. Too costly. 4. Materials are ok to buy, but costly. 5. Card and cash payments available, gpay please check it. 6. Kids collection are really good, but again the cost it's too high for kids. 7. Cloth material are really good for kids. 8. Floor 1 for ladies. 9. Floor 3 for kids. 10. Shop open till 10:00 pm , but in Google it's mentioned as close by 8:00pm. 11. 2star is for cost and collections. 12. Staffs are really good.

Go to shop for mens shorts and trouser collection. Wide range and well placed price range. Suits me much. Apart from casual wear, they got limited range on formal collection and is okay to go through for office needs. Their kids collections are good particularly for girls. Satisfied with their kids dress collection and kids accessories collection. Women's casual wear collection is great but can do better on ethnic and party wears. Very limited footwear collection.
