Client coordination: Until booking, things go well from their side. After booking, we get calls from the staffs for queries. The staffs will not be on same page and they dont keep track of what is informed. Often times, we had to repeat the same thing to different staffs. This gets really annoying and depicts lack of professionalism. Respected person leading the team, please look into this. Payment: Their charges are straightforward and no hidden charges were put on after booking. This is good 👍. Work output: My reception makeup done by kavitha mam was very neat and subtle💯. One negative thing faced by me and few people also told was that they book multiple events at a time and come very early to the venue and rush us. In such cases, they hire free-lancing saree drapist who is not always well experienced. In my case, reception makeup and saree draping was perfect but they dispappointed with muhurtham look. Saree draping was very worst because it was done by different saree drapist. This led to complete frustration on my big day:( Since they get the full amount before the event we could do nothing. They just askd sorry after the event and that's it. I was really frustrated and didn't return the hair extension they kept for muhurtham to compensate their lack of work but they kept calling for it..and so just returned 😅 If you are booking them for the big day, please do clarify these with them before the event so as to not spoil your event:)
