    Not just writing for the sake, its my present experience what i faced just few mins back, I WAS SAID THAT MY PAID BOOKING THROUGH #makemytrip will be cancelled and i need to get out of the hotel by the front desk in charge. i checked into the room at 8.30 pm, but got the keycard after requesting 5 times and demanding the final time at 12.04am, can verify the hotel CCTV for proof. rooms are very untidy, toilets are dirty, TV doesn't work. have shared photos in my previous post at #ginger website review, Pl be careful while booking.

    The AC only works when it feels like to work... There was no bucket in the bathroom and when we asked for one, they said today there are so many rooms booked, so we ran out of bucket. Flush was not working. Above all, the key they gave was not working, each time I have to call the room boy for his master key so that I can get in the room.

    Substandard to say the least. No towels/buckets or any other toiletries. We had booked 4rooms and none of them had telephone working. Staff response is poor.It was like a Government guest house. Even they are well maintained

    Poor service 1. Traffic rates were different in each websites 2. The rooms are not even worth for 1k per day but we were charged around 3k 3. Poor maintenance and basic amenities were not given (bathroom accessories, water glass, telephone not working etc. ) 4. No proper room service was available. They will take hours to give you something that you've requested for 5. Overall, it was not like a 3 star hotel

    A badly maintained Tata group hotel. Poor housekeeping. Cold limpy dos served as breakfast in the room . God knows what happened to the lobby restaurant. Probably still waiting for the COVID scare to get over. Well they are one of kind. All the restaurants outside are full. Would never visit again , nor recommend.

    Very sad rooms , not at all worth the price . Have paid 2900 for this room . No fridge , no proper chairs . No hand wash .

    For those on a tight budget, Ginger is great option for budget hotels in Tirupur. I stayed at one of the best budget hotels and was impressed by the value for money. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. A great choice for budget-conscious travelers who want a comfortable stay.

    I have checked in at Ginger Tiruppur on 26th April and Checked out at 28th April 2023. The room service and House keeping is really worse. People do not have even basic knowledge on Internet speeds and packages available. They don't have patience to explain this as well. In Room no 104, The Toilet always gets cloaked, we were really struggling hard to use the restroom. Even if Housekeeping is called, they do not respond. Really a pathetic experience, in Ginger for the first time.

    Worst snacks and service in bar, insulting customer behaviour by mr.poovarasan, he wants omlette for his own, so he can take it from customer table and keep for his own, silly minded staff makes the ginger bar a pathetic place for customers

    Great room service and friendly staff. Rooms were neat and well maintained. They had a variety of dishes including many traditional items for breakfast. There's also plenty of space for car parking.

    Location is good and easily accessible...A huge parking is available....Just went for a business meet...so couldn't comment on their rooms...Met a Managerial Staff(Madam)...She explained the details in a professional way..

    The rooms are very clean Such a pleasant stay maintained everything so neat and clean 1st time im coming to ginger tirupur and the food was very tasty flat breads (chapathi ) it was so yummy

    Rooms are old, inside lock broken, AC has heavy sound and bathrooms were unclean. Staff were rude. only thing the property is on the main road.

    There is no bucket and bathroom kit placed in room. When its required in the morning around 6.30am tried to reach room service through phone call but no one respond. I walked around 1.5km to get bath kits.

    This doesn't even worth a single star. It is a 3 star hotel or atleast in the imagination of the hotel owner, but in reality it is just a cheap lodge. The charges are exorbitantly high. Bathroom are in a pathetic condition. Plaster is pealing of from walls. Rooms are not at all maintained. Room service facility is extremely pathetic. The worst prat is it's resturant. Better use Swiggy or Zomato. Will never try Ginger again for sure.

    The AC was not on. The outdoor kitchen was not clean. It is not the 3 star kind of a place. No one to give directions for parking or entrance. Its like go figure out yourself. We were there for 30 mins walked out

    Very worst lodge, very poor service. If you order something from your room, they would not serve till go and tell them again & again. Rooms are not maintained well. Customers better to avoid this Lodge

    Cleanliness is a big issue here- the glasses, towels, especially the bathroom etc were not clean. There’s water leakage in many bathrooms so I’m not sure how much water is going to waste everyday. Hot water is also an issue- sometimes it’s there, most times it’s not there. Only saving grace is good service and decent comfortable rooms.

    Rooms are well maintained, clean and value for money. It has a small LCD TV with cable TV connection, Nothing but Tamil and Telugu channels. Clean corridors, vast parking area (shared with the Maruthi Suzuki service center). Bathrooms need more maintenance, if it can take care of broken or on the verge of falling flush valve controls, rusty drain plates, towel holders i think it will improve the quality.

    Rooms are ok. But conditions of toilet are very bad. Breakfast is bad. They don't know how to make sambar and coconut chutney. Location is good .they are misusing tata name to sell bad service

    Honestly sharing the ginger hotel Tirupur hve Pathetic service, rooms and bathrooms are filled with mosquitos, wifi is inactive whole night, there is no buffet breakfast served, one to order their breakfast and serving is completely lazy. Think twice before you book Hotel Ginger Tirupur. 1star for the brand name.

    Horrible service.. The owner of the franchise seems to be laid back. All the taps are leaking.. No proper arrangements of morning breakfast.. Bar is heavily under staffed - very poor service

    One of the worst ever stay which doesn't expected from Ginger hotels.. Cleanliness of toilet is at par with a public one.. No proper maintenance, all the bathroom fittings seems to have crossed several decades and can cause septic easily.. Only dinner we had there and was the worst one.. Only positive was the room size and clean bed.. Enough car parking space is available.. Not recommended if any other choice is there..

    Budget hotel, but need some immediate attention to property. Rooms are neat and clean, but very old and look ill maintained, broken and damaged interiors. Colours of exterior sign board too faded away years back. My experience with service is also ok ok kind of.

    I cant see zero rating while checkin itself..... worst front office, behaves rude... Be ready to wait for dinner for 50 min. after order for 2 chappathi... also food is not quality. Dhaal gray like Rasam.

    Bathroom is not maintained properly and water is come out from the bathroom to the room.. Staffs are not friendly and very rude.. Not worthy at all for the money... No Complimentary food...

    Honestly, I'm giving 3 stars only because of the brand and how it serves well in other cities. Ginger Tirupur was a bad experience. Hygiene wise, it is well kept. But since the hotel is probably decades old, the least they could do is upgrade the bathrooms and sanitary. There's not even a proper ventilation or exhaust in any of the bathrooms (I've used 4 of their rooms). The main thing I wanna review is that, we checked in for a night's stay on a package with complimentary breakfast. The next day we checked out but since my business in Tirupur wasn't done, I had to check in the next evening as well. When I checked out the next day, they changed me 940 Rs saying that I had a meal. On asking furthur about the meal they said it was the breakfast that we ate on our previous check in and it wasn't complimentary. The lady manager there kept arguing with us adamantly saying that it was complimentary and it was a miscommunication from their part and insisted us to pay for it. Not only the they didn't mention this on our pervious checkout, they didn't even mention it when we checked in later and are finding excuses to charge us. Initially when asked about the meal, they said it was dinner from last night thinking that we won't ask anything furthur about it. Horrible act from such a prestigious hotel chain brand!
