Service need perfection, pharmaciest is very poor in response.

Lotus eye hospital is one of the best hospitals for eye care in tirupur. Before the checkup with the doctor the preliminary tests being done is good. Doctors here are patient friendly. Soft spoken and with no hurry. All the operations done here is of great success. The optical shop here is a bit costly.

Done cataract surgery for my mom here. The operation went well, the Doctor who did the operation Dr Shiva was very humble and kind and taken extreme care, the staffs and nurse sisters are very kind and so caring and attentive, the hospital is very clean and neat, special mention to the room given, it was really awesome room with all facilities

Comparing to other Eye care Hospitals, Claim process is filthy. Not satisfied. Also, patient not satisfied with surgery. Couple of peoples hospitality and service is good.

Worst hospital and worst service don't consider this as a hospital I order a Hoya lens for my specs it has so many problems and the vision is so blabers and I gave it to them and they didn't rectify it so don't go to this lotus hospital
