Test drive experience was good. Haven't visited this place directly, but took a test drive at home from this store via booking in Renault website. I got a call on next working day and got test ride vehicle at home in just few hours. Sales representative Mr.Ajith was very helpful and this review is based on his feedback request. He arrived on time and answered responsively to all my queries. He explained well on the features offered in Renault Kiger. Good persuasion skills.

Have done nothing to my car when I was taken delivery.. no punctuality..only money minded Showroom in Tirupur ..if we complaining anything about our car on the time of delivery they are simply telling your car model like that.. Exceptional breakdown service by Renault. Brilliant Co-ordination by the recovery team and support at the dealership in Tiruppur. Their Service Manager, Mr.Leo Lester is a thoroughly competent professional who takes total ownership for all that happens at their repair facility. It’s nice to experience such excellence first hand.

I took a second hand car which I purchased in bangalore and checked the service history here and found that the person who sold the car to me has not made service for the current year 2022. Also got to know that there was a oil leak in suspension and also said the knuckle needs to be changed and told me that it would cost me around 50000. I told them I will give it to the dealer and ask him to check. The dealer verified and changed suspension knuckle and other few things and after that the issue was fixed. I was really satisfied then. Post that the Renault service person said once after the dealer completes the work he told me to let him know but when I try calling him he doesn’t respond. He also said before putting the new part he has to check the part with a different car. Further he said he will call me back once after he gets same model car. I was slight dissatisfied with the response and details which I got there was no identification of exact cause for the problem and simply they suggest which was not really impressive With the customer service. The service guy who looked into the problem is Easwar. Hoping to give my next service here hope they will look properly and suggest the right one.
