    Worst! They kept saying they will deposit policy payment today, today, today! 100 days of today's have been passed. Still they kept saying silly reasons like Manager is on leave, grandma died, mother in law died blah blah... Worst service ever!!!!!!

    Went to this office for getting my claim settlement. The claim section manager was really awesome and he helped me to get my claims on time. I am not sure about other department staffs...
