The advantages here which other gyms don't provide are: 1) Friendly trainer 2) An environment friendly open area near the gym to do outdoor exercises 3) Instant clearing of doubts by the trainer and provision of proper diet to maintain the body At last it can be concluded that alpha gym provides maximum training in minimum cost.

Alfa gym is very good and I reduced 5kg in 30days. Master is very nice person and those who wants to reduce weight this is correct place. When you talk to master while doing excercise you will release your stress. I really liked this gym.
