I am moving to these apartments in 2 weeks. I am coming from Illinois and so far my experience has been absolutely amazing. Ms. Lynn has helped so much. She emailed me everything I needed and I was able to scan and email/ fax things back. She always got back to me immediately. Always super friendly! I cannot wait to start my new life in Florida with my daughter!! Thank you so much Ms. Lynn! For everything! It means so much to us!

I’ve lived here for 8 years now and this place has went straight down hill. The new manager has done a great job of turning this place into a horrible place to live. Unlike Colleen she knows and does nothing about the horrible and disrespectful residents that live here. Every day I get home from work I got 10 kids smoking pot on the stairs as the vandalize the cars and building and trash the breezeway nothing get done. You call the front office and they tell you to call the police. My advice to you is to not move here. Thanks

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! DON’T MOVE TO TIMBER TRACE THEY ARE DISGUSTING!! They Don’t keep nothing clean and The staff office are rude especially lyin or whatever that desk lady’s name is. I would not recommend!! Look for something better to live in! Not in Timber trace!! Horrible office people and horrible living conditions. The only nice person there is manny!!

I loved it here. I was sad to move due to a new Job Opportunity. If you fit the income requirements, I highly recommend this place. The environment was always very relaxed. Most afternoons you can see the kids playing in the retention area. The office staff are amazing, and are always there to help you. VERY quick response time to anything being broken. No matter how small the issue, usually was resolved the same day I called it in. The only time an issue took longer was because our windows would not stay open in the living room (some problem with a defective spring). The part was on back order for like a week. But it was fixed within a week time frame, and they replaced all the springs in all our windows (not just the current broken ones). One little annoying thing, mostly because we have dogs is that they come out to your apartment at least once, sometimes twice a month for either pest control, to change the air filter, check your fire extinguisher, check your smoke detectors, fire alarms, etc. They send you a letter a few days out to let you know, but if I had appointments, or errands to run for the day, I had to lock up my dogs in the bedroom for the day. Not a huge issue given how amazing everything else, but just annoying enough to mention it. Parking was NEVER an issue, and gym/pool/park areas were never crowded. Overall I would have stayed there if I didn't have to move.

The Ladies where very nice and very helpful. They know what they are doing. They take they're time to explain everything to you and they listen to you and my sister in law and I felt welcome. Not like many other places we went searching for an apartment, they had a long face. Not them they explained everything to us the procedure to get an apartment. So I give them 5 🌟 Star for they're excellent service. The complex is very clean. The most spacious parking lot structure, 2 playground for the kiddos, swimming pool, and a lil play area at the office for possible future tenants kids to entertain them self while parents do what they have to do.

In a word, trashy. If there is any grounds crew, they are not doing their job. Just about every day, someone loses a trash bag on their way to the dumpster, and it sits there until someone runs over it and scatters trash all over the place, including into the street and the surrounding neighborhood. People also pitch trash over the fence onto the back trail, and no one ever cleans it up. Looks terrible. People have complained to management for over a year, and they haven't done anything.

This Publix is always absolutely spotless. Friendly kind hopeful staff. I have the best experience at Publix. All Publix hold a fabulous standard. Your customers appreciate this very much. Thank you to all the staff.

Office was very pleasant & friendly, not cold and automated like some are ! Made us feel wanted and welcomed ! ( wish I could remember the young ladies name 😃) very polite, lots of information on the area & things to see and do, Really appreciated that the grounds Really are secure and safe !, Complex was very clean, as were the grounds, nice landscaping too, children playing but well supervised by adults !, There is a tenant who works for the police department who also does security ! 😀 !! Big plus !! Wish they had a vacancy when we were looking but I can understand why they are full with this type of management ! Will absolutely tell others who are looking for an apartment to check with them !
