I've never been so grossed out as I was when pulling the covers back and seeing nasty sheets that obviously hadn't been washed! Tried another room and even though the AC was running, it was not working so the room was like a sauna and it smelled bad. It was late and we were exhausted, but I just couldn't stay in that hotel. We went across the street to the Holiday Inn, where the room smelled nice, had clean sheets and an AC that worked great. My husband is a choice hotel platinum member, so he tries to always book one of them, but we'll never stay at this Quality Inn.

Avoid it. Save your money and choose another hotel. This place is not well maintained and not well cleaned. There is mold in the bathtub, the air exhaust was completely covered with dust, the floor was grease, the furniture was torn out, and the microwave was rusty. Thank God no bedbugs and the sheets and towels were decent. However cover duvet was dirty and had some blood stains. The place needs a complete renovation. The breakfast was just okay with not many options. I am not going back.

I highly recommend nobody rent a room from this place. Last night my mother was giving a dirty room with roaches, spiders, broken window, dirty carpet, poor housekeeping. I called customer service. They tried telling me they’re upgrading her rooms. Everything was new however it smelled like mold, my son woke up gasping for breath, the room was still dirty, soap was left in the bathroom from customer before. I was not satisfied with their service. My deposit was taken because I requested my money back. They tried telling me I had a DOG there thank goodness I always take pictures because of these reasons. I spoke with Mattie. I was bit from the bugs please please don’t stay here it’s not worth your money.

My aunt booked our hotel as we were traveling all day and we were excited to relax and then take a dip in the pool. It was disappointing that it was not opened but Thomas at the front desk was great! He was very understanding. We were trying to decide if we wanted to change our plans or just stay and he was very patient with us. The room was clean for the most part. The only thing was that the wall in the bathtub had a big crack in it but we were still able to shower with no issues. The next morning we woke up and before heading out for the day decided we may stay another night. We spoke to Dominique the manager at the front desk and she heard of what happened the night prior and gave us another night at a great price. All and all the experience was great. We are grateful for all of the help from Thomas & Dominique. Have a blessed day!

Wonderful front desk staff. Very basic breakfast. Their pool is closed. Some type of jumping bugs in the first room I was in. Thankfully they moved me right away. Second room was nice and clean, up to standard with what I paid for. Jumping bugs was a dealbreaker though, won’t be staying here again.

The rooms smell, the people at the front desk have no clue as to what they are doing. Spent 1/2 hour just to check in bc she couldn’t find our reservation, the manager walked over and said it’s right there. 🙄 They checked in 4 other guests while we waited. The blow dryer did not work…..great we are going out and only stayed here for convenience to the port!! No extra blow dryers, but she told me I could go buy one. Unbelievable!!!!

This place is humid and musty. The ac doesn't doesn't cool efficiently. We booked the "upgraded" suite yet it is poorly stocked. The bathtub is busted and held together with caulk. Customer service is poor, and seems to depend on your age. The front receptionist talked down to a younger guest(20s) yet was more professional to my mother in law(50s). The pool does not have water in it and will not be ready "for a good while". Had it not been so late we checked in, we would have found another hotel. We canceled our other 2 nights. Don't stay here. Find another hotel.

My first room the toilet broke. The 2nd room I was moved to had large black bugs when I walked in door and roach in bathroom. 3rd room was not very cleanly with used wash cloth hanging in bathroom and visible stains on top of the bedspread. Website didn't note the pool was undergoing construction. I only received a $10 credit for having to switch rooms twice. There were people sitting outside their room doing drugs. Breakfast looked low quality so we didn't even try it. I have stayed at several Quality Inns over the years and this was the most disgusting Quality Inn I have ever stayed at. If I wasn't exhausted from my day, I would have found another place to stay.

Clean sheets and bathroom, working appliances, adequate stock of towels/toiletries/coffee in room, continental breakfast was good, staff was very friendly & polite. We stayed a night as in town late for business, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and rate. My only complaints are there was some splatter on the wall behind the trash can under the sink and a small label under the bedside table. I’ve had much worse rooms/service at a much higher price before!

Wasn't the worst experience nor the best experience. The check in staff weren't very polite and definitely didn't look happy to be there. The check out staff were absolutely fantastic. The rooms were decent enough for one night. They weren't filthy, but they weren't very clean either. The hotel is outdated, but that really wasn't an issue. The location is decently close to a few beaches.

Spent one night here on the way to Kennedy space center. It’s a Quality Inn; so with that expectation set, I will say this property was the perfect overnight stop. Yes the rooms are not perfect. But they are clean and more than reasonably nice. Staff was excellent, especially our night clerk Steve. We had an issue with the hair dryer and he located a new unit and brought it to the room. (We had to call the hotel from our cell phone because the room phone was broken). Beds were comfortable and clean though and bathroom/shower were clean with steady supply of very hot water. Comp breakfast in the lobby was well stocked for this price bracket, bagels, waffles, instant oatmeal and cereal, coffee and juices and such. Would recommend staying here for families traveling to KSC. (Makes the morning trip much shorter compared to the haul from anywhere in Orlando)

Dirty all around. Roaches roaming free, got a couple of them in the bathtub (dead), but others were comfortably walking around. The Carpet "wet and smoochy", we weren't able to remove our shoes while inside the room. Cables hanging around waiting for an accident to happen. Internet didn't work, the door didn't close correctly. When we asked to be moved to another room, the CS lady being rude said "That is the only room available, take it or leave it". My family (3 kids and wife) decided to stay as it was too late to look for a better place. The whole night, there was a group of drunk people screaming and drinking outside. Really dirty place, I do not recommend to anyone with family. Really, really bad. Some pictures attached.

After having a horrible experience with a hotel next door, Quality Inn and James at the front desk were a happy sight. While the hotel is not new, they have taken care of it. The property is manicured and tidy. My room was clean and the beds were fantastic. The pool is wonderful. And the price was great. I would stay here again.

The night shift employee was excellent, she is very friendly, she should be promoted to manager or promoted to leader. In the order hand the morning shift, one of the ladies there ignore my husband while he was just waiting there to check out. Instead of helping him she help the guest that just walk in. Sad she needs to learn customer service or learn from the night shift employee. Also a picture on the wall had mold.Other than that we had great stay.

I'm surprised at the bad reviews for this hotel. A staff member told me some rooms are much worse than others, so definitely ask to switch if you get a bad one. I was allowed early check in (but not too early or there may be a fee) and I had great interactions with most of the staff. The small pool is gorgeous with it's rock structure and waterfall. It makes the hotel feel more upscale. Don't be freaked out by the windows- they have this cool one-way mirror film on them so you can see out, but no one can see in (see pic). I had good luck keeping my car here without problem for a 3 day cruise, but do at your own risk. Overall, I will definitely stay here if I'm in the area again.

I booked a room for my husband using Priceline. 9 nights, business trip, one person. He was working everyday, all day, and they did not clean the room one single time! The only thing they did was taking the trash out ONE time, that’s it. During the check-in process he was told the property does not book “this room” (whatever that means) for long stays, like he shouldn’t have done it. My husband was very uncomfortable with this comment. To the front desk staff: You do not make those comments to your guests, your job is to make the guests feel welcome, and thank them for their business. Do you have a problem with the reservation? Call Priceline. Poor service is never appreciated.

I had to change rooms 3 times because the A/C in my first room wasn't cooling the room. So I got to the second room and the A/C wouldn't stay on. Third room did the trick and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. They helped fix the problems I had. They were extremely professional about it and did what they could to fix the problem. They didn't seem burdened or bothered when I kept returning to explain the A/C problem. They even discount my final price of my stay for having to switch rooms 3 times without me asking them or even mentioning anything like that in the slightest. So although I'm not a big fan of the rooms, I do love the staff.

Rooms were extremely clean!! Service was terrific!! Location is convenient. AC in several rooms didn't work and they happily moved us. The AC in the room we landed in was very sub-par for FL and kept turning off but I didn't want to move again. Terrific and accommodating staff!!! Put money into AC please. It's FL. I'm a native and that's almost the most important thing.
