I love this Dunkin Donuts as it's the only one in the greater Newport area that will complete your order in less than 10 minutes. The one in Portsmouth was may go to place until I found this one. The drive thru is surprisingly quick.

So sick of this dunkin, apparently this is a large cappuccino, i get the milk foam disappears but literally, if i took the ice out of this right now, i have less coffee than i would've gotten if i bought a small, but you still pay that price for a large. I order a bacon egg and cheese, now mind you i order online to avoid any issues with hitting wrong buttons, but i still get a sausage egg and cheese. Thanks for the good work

I got really sick after eating a Bacon Egg & Cheese Wake-Up Wrap. The bacon was cold and look almost raw. I was up all night throwing up. Thank you Dunkin

Visited this RI Dunkin while visiting family. Never seen a dunkin close at 7 pm before but staff was very friendly and they made my iced coffee very well and gave us a few free donuts too which was kind. Would recommend this location.

Hadn't been in some time and surprised at the cost of a medium iced coffee. Clerk told me that the prices there have gone up twice since January 😒.

Needed to use restroom but the toilet was clogged. The manager refused to plunge the toilet and had guest plunge for them. As a manager, the store is your responsibility. Very unprofessional.

They employees are super nice/friendly. I don't know if they're short staffed or what but their service is very very very slow. There could be only 3 cars at the drive through but still have to wait FOREEEEEEEEEVER. Too slow!

They keep messing up my orders. I only order coffee with cream. But 3/5 times they can't even get that right. I'm not going to this place anymore...
