This is one the worst MacDonald in Italy. Lot of racism around black people. especially they will be more racist against asian and African people. they won't even respect you, they will treat you like a dog.. When they see white people, they will smile with 32 teeth, when they see black people they will not even talk.I am writing this review with my own experience. If you want respect, it's better to avoid this MacDonald, They are not at all polite. 80 percentage of people are racist. ...........😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. They will get good review, if they change the staff... hope the karma will be back .

Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff

The standard and service are good, however the space is too congested, due to which it seems like a 'fish market' especially during weekends.

The service was really slow, they missed my number and i had to point that out to the staff multiple times to get them to prepare my order. I had to wait 25 minutes for my 6 milkshakes.

very slow when is rush hours, waiting 40minutes before serving cold food. staff is kind.

The service was fast and there are many tables, so there's pretty much always a free table. The food was delicious but they messed up our order a bit, they put a different soda.

In the romaest there one McDonald's with entrees from carparking you can find it easily and the service are good

I am vegetarian, i want vegetarian burger there. Then i will pay more in mcdonalds. Other things good.
