This restaurant offers a very pleasant and shaded outdoor space with great views. The food is excellent, and the wine list offers a great choice of wines from the most important Italian wine regions. The service is very courteous. The prices are adequate to the quality and the location. Strongly recommended!

In short: best meal we had during our 3 weeks in Italy. The setting is absolutely stunning, just google it and you'll see. Whats more surprising is how amazing the food was - normally, good location means bad food, but here it was not the case. We had 9 different dishes, each was amazing. I can't recommend this place enough.

Breathtaking place - the exterior was beutiful, the staff was super nice, the food was delicious, also received “welcome” antipasti and “goodbye” sweet, which was super cute. The person, who served me with wine was kind and professional as well. The prices - definitely cheaper than I thought, which was pleasant. Overall really positive experience and I recommend u to go!

Ristorante Sibilla has incredible views paired with amazing food. When possible, sit out on the patio where you'll hear the waterfalls. It's easy to see why the Emperors dined in this location long ago.

Amazing location for fine dining. The service was ok. The food also. Good selection of wines. Nothing outstanding. But overall I would highly recommend this place in Tivoli.

Yes, the view is wonderful! The starters were good but the pastas were incredible and the wine was out of this world. The Lambrusco was the best we’ve had all week between here and Rome. Ice cream and sorbet was also fantastic. Gluten free pasta is available but insane up charge, more than 10 Euro. There are other GF dishes available though if that’s what you need!

Restaurant Sibilla I would highly recommend Sibilla Restaurant at Tivoli (4,5/5). The restaurant is perfectly located. When dining on the terrace you have a beautiful view on the ancient Roman temples and the rough hills. In the background you hear crickets and the waterfalls. The food is excellent. I ordered a fettuccine with asparagus and bacon (guanciale). Both were abundant and delicious. For dessert, I ordered the tiramisu, which are two small tiramisus, one of which is normal and the other with pistachio: excellent. (4,5/5) The two glasses of wine that I ordered were good (3/5). The service is excellent: friendly, warm, and adequate. Especially Giacomo does a very good job. (4/5) 4,5/5

Maybe it was the tiredness after exploring the Villa Gregoriana speaking, but the food was amazing. The view with the temple of the Sybil was also great. Recommended.

First of all, being there early means you can choose the best table, which is nice if you want te deem yourself all by yourself. Secondly de wine list is rather extensive and you will find ample great choices and the price are evenso (love that the regional wines are as good as the foreign, but the price are almost ridiculously low). Lastly, all dishes are nice and rather refined, but when in Rome...take the pasta. Their pasta is wonderful. Enjoy (we most certainly did!)

Great meal and service. Lovely atmosphere despite the rain that prevented us from enjoying the outdoors. We were served some items compliments of the chef, always a nice touch.

A classic and refined dining experience with seamless and friendly service in a traditional atmosphere. Ingredients are of the highest quality and locally sourced. I enjoyed the house made spaghetti al limone first, followed by seared sesame encrusted chunks of tuna on a skewer with a spicy yogurt sauce. The Ala carte vegetable was a young chicory sprout salad in a very flavorful anchovy based dressing. Evidently young and tender uncooked chicory is only available 4 months of the year. Refreshing and unique.

Superb food, incredible location. Recommended by our lovely B&B host Simone, at the Al Palazzetto, Sibilla was really beautiful. Very impressive throughout with a bonus of a garden with amazing views of the Sibilla Temple and waterfalls. The food was genuinely fantastic - the Salt Baked Sea Bass was the best ever, plus don't miss the Tiramisu duo dessert! Combined with excellent wines at good value, make this a place to visit for a treat if you're ever in Tivoli

It is Michelin for sure ...service and quality but price is not very affordable Reservations a must and out side would be preferred as it over looks the falls and is next to the temple I was very impressed in how the staff handled some inexperienced demanding american tourists They remained kind and patient despite being treated poorly and even discreetly apologised to our table for their actions top notch one if the classiest venues I have experienced Thank you

Amazing view. Good food. Good wine. Friendly service. Eating in the shadow of the ruins really is awesome. The outdoor space was really nice to sit in.

The most italian restaurant I've ever been at. This place was magical. The view was amazing to say the least - looking over waterfalls and farming greenery. Also on the property are ancient ruin temples from 100 B.C! The food was excellent. Anything you get is delicious - you can't go wrong here. And of course the wine, olive oil, and balsamic are to die for. Overall this place left a very good impression and it's a place I will not forget. Oh and this restaurant is older than the U.S.A.

The outside patio has some of the most beautiful views you'll ever see anywhere. It's absolutely exquisite. Surrounded by beautiful flowers, plants, and ancient ruins, you will not be interested in eating - the view is ridiculously breathtaking! Food & service were excellent as well. They even have a cell phone charger box for use w/keys to your part of the box.

I never write reviews, but this restaurant really worth it, the best ever.

This place was phenomenal! I don’t understand how Italians can eat so much food! I was stuffed to the rafters. While you are in Tivoli, make sure to go see the Villa d’Este. It is the mother of all water gardens. Tivoli is far enough from Rome that tourists rarely find their way there so definitely make time during your trip to check this place out.

Beautifully located restaurant with delicious food. I especially enjoyed the grilled octopus with asparagus. Service is good and the view is fabulous with the some old temple ruins nearby and all the green background.

Best dinner I had in Tivoli. The atmosphere is beyond words. You have to see for yourselves. The waiter was really really nice. He recommended us several dishes and I followed. I’m so glad that I asked for his suggestions. We didn’t order too much because we weren’t so hungry that night. Then we got so surprised for what we had in that dinner. Zucchini flowers, must have.

We’ve been here a couple of times and were sadly disappointed with our last experience. The good: the atmosphere is wonderful. The setting is unrivaled and beautiful. Our server was very good but busy. Overall service was good with one exception. The amuse bouche was delicious and generous. My vongole pasta was very tasty. The bad: the sommelier was curt and rude, the antipasto tray which was really pushed by the server was flashy but scant for €25. My husband described his pasta sauce as bland and in no way enhanced the flavor of the asparagus. This was really sad, because we had previously tried an asparagus pasta there and it was excellent!

Best lunch we had on our trip. Lovely views from the terrace. Try the tiramisu.
