Clean, well located, friendly and helpful owner. Good price/quality ratio.

Really nice, they give you fresh fruit and alot of snacks available. Breakfast good but a bit too much sugar for my taste but I suppose it's how they want it here.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! Lorenzo Thank you. Tivoli has been our favorite Italian city during our Italian holiday. We loved our stay so much we canceled 2 nights in Rome to come back through after Amalfi. Room was excellent, clean beds were very comfortable. And the location!!! Thanks again, see you in 4 days!

Very central location close to bus stops to Tivoli. Lorenzo was a helpful and friendly host. Room is very comfortable, nice touch with some snacks and kettle in the room. There is a small common kitchen cum dining room, with filtered water dispenser. The room has small steps from the door and bathroom, watch your steps. The water from the tap tends to make the basin area wet. Breakfast was a voucher redeemed from a café nearby, croissants and coffee were ok, not very memorable. The B&B is quite a distance from the train station though.

Truly excellent. Bright, clean, spacious room with view of castle. Comfortable bed, good shower, located close to interesting areas. Great croissants and coffee for breakfast at cafe nearby. Lorenzo (speaks good English) was a perfect host - super friendly and spent a lot of time sorting our Italian TIM SIM cards - for which we are hugely appreciative.

Small hotel with nice rooms in a good location at the top of town. Some of the rooms have balconies with views of the small castle opposite. The lady looking after us was very friendly and helpful. The entrance is a little obscure, it's opposite the castle but not well signed. Have added a photo of the entrance, look for the name of the hotel by the door and buzz them.

Great place to stay in Tivoli. Very nice room, responsive and friendly host. Excellent location to visit Tivoli. The place where you get breakfast isn't that nice though, so I'd just recommend getting takeaway.
