It is the worst 5* hotel i have ever seen in my life. The restaurent staff are the worst. They treat people with no respect. Their attitudes are impolite and uncivilized. They dont deserve to be part of the Mariot brand. When we complained about the poor service they told us : this hotel is owned by the government (te3 dawla). We paid with our money to receive a very low service. Shame on this hotel and on the Mariot group to let such people represent it! You are a shame to 5* hotels! The hotel deserves better staff and leaders!

Tastefully decorated hotel with a friendly and helpful team. The location is ideal for a relaxing weekend away from the daily life havoc. Overlooking the city of Tlemcen the hotel with its large grounds is perched on a hill at 900 m altitude next to natural reserve. Highly recommended for a break!

Based in a quiet area, this hotel is a great location to stay with surrounding natural landscapes: super friendly staff, especially the room service. It's a 7-minute walk to the Tlmecan cable car, which will take 5 minutes to the city center. Amazing.

Amazing architecture Bad service because of the reduced staff and rare customers. Nice buffet . Room service to avoid.. better have dinner at the buffet! It's not worth it eating in the room. TVs need an upgrade.. looks like they are still stuck in 2005! Air conditioning wasn't working! It was preset for all rooms at a fixed rate of heating even if the room is hot still you'll receive hot air!! I was forced to open the windows for some fresh air Very bad maintenance of the hotel.. from the elevators to the tiles in the bathroom what a waste I liked the traditional theme ♥️ very authentic Bravo to the designers

Very nice place, in nice location in the city, I recommend it to everyone came to Tlimcan, the stuff very cool all the time smile to everyone, all the service as what I expected and the location make you easily accessible to downtown with access directly to the Teleferik put you in downtown and came back to hotel in short time. All this points make this place the best one in Telmcan. The hotel inside you can find all the services you need in your residence period, SPA and sport spaces including to the pool area

Rooms are excellent, breakfast superb, reception is helpfull and very porfessional, very good shopping facilites where you can by local arts/crafts from Berberi tribes. Highly reccomended..

Wow For me it's the best hotel in algeria, the hospitality is excellent, the rooms are amazing, the decoration is fabulous, the place location is outstanding, for someone who is looking to chillout there is no better place, it's highly highly recommended.
