We waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes for our drinks. It all came to our table about 10 minutes apart. The Pizza arrived about an hours later. The waiters are friendly, but the service is very slow. Our table has no survettes and the knives and forks are dirty. Not satisfied.

This place used to be 5 stars. Very inconsistent quality. I had the Ceasar wrap a few months ago and it was excelent. Today it was terrible. It was very bland and the bacon seemed undercooked. Waited very long for our food. Not impressed.

Really friendly staff, best pizza i had in potch and decent prices. Cocktails were also really good.

When busy, you do wait quite awhile for your food and it can get quite loud. Amazing service, all over caring staff, doesn't matter whose table it is, they are quick to assist.

I enjoy the wide variety of cocktails that Oukraal has to offer. The food is always delicious. It does get busy easily, and then the service is a bit slower.

Great location, excellent atmosphere, only problem is service, understand this is not a Michelin star restaurant but the service is slow when it's busy. Other than the service, great place to have a nice meal with friends.

Service is absolutely horrible. Staff ignore you and forget a simple thing like a takeaway box for 40 mins. The nacho pizza is super dry. It took 3 times of us asking just to get a coke. Not impressed. We go there a lot and every time it is the same thing.

Service is absolutely atrocious. We waited 2 hours before deciding to just go pay for our drinks and leave. Waiter didn’t even know where we were sitting when we went to pay. We were shoved in a corner when we arrived and never had a waiter come by again. I will NEVER come back, which is quite a shame considering I live close by.

Happy hour 5:30 - 6:30 and you can have the best cocktails you have ever had, just don't try the wiskey Manhattan, it's very bitter, but the honey dew is the best for wiskey drinkers

Lovely place to have something to eat and drink, food is delicious and not to expensive. Service is good and friendly staff. Jonathan was our waiter, and could not complain at all. He always check up on us, and ask if we need something, and keep us up to date on our orders.

Took quite a while to get food, was not busy. Sunnyside side up egg cooked passed well done, asked for coffee, got orange juice. Wanted brown toast, never got asked, just got white. Disappointing... Used to be a very nice place to get something to eat, won't be going back very soon.

Wait for food is sometimes a bit long but definitely worth if you are getting the specials. Basket special was gooooood
