An
extremely
dissapointing
experience
at
this
place.
The
scenery
is
great
and
the
place
has
a
lot
to
offer
but
the
management
was
just
horrendous.
We
were
treated
with
utter
disrespect
on
arrival.
There
is
a
cash
bar
on
site
and
when
we
asked
if
we
could
open
a
tab
so
that
we
didn't
have
to
keep
swiping
every
time
we
bought
drinks
they
strictly
refused.
We
were
told
that
we
had
to
make
prior
arrangements
to
get
credit
added
to
our
room
number,
meanwhile
this
was
never
mentioned
when
we
booked.
We
then
asked
if
we
could
add
credit
right
there
and
then
and
she
just
said
no.
No
willingness
to
compromise
at
all.
On
our
last
day
we
saw
other
clients
that
had
open
tabs
which
obviously
soured
the
experience
even
more.
Besides
that
the
food
was
very
average
and
they
basically
just
repeat
their
menu
every
day.
The
pool
was
dirty,
understandable
because
of
the
rain,
but
no
one
made
an
effort
to
clean
the
leaves
on
the
surface.
The
shaded
area
by
the
pool
was
flooded
and
when
we
asked
the
manager
for
umbrellas
she
was
very
condescending.
It's
a
shame
because
this
was
my
second
time
visiting
stonehenge;
the
first
time
was
great.
But
I
certainly
won't
be
going
back
there.
