I can’t even write words to express the amount of love and happiness that was felt with the care of our Roatan family. Steve Bush, his family, other employees were so fun to work with and made our experience one in a lifetime. We were taken care of like family and became super close to this crew. We will always have family in Roatan! We did so much! Ziplining, sloth/monkey holding, horseback riding, explored the different keys, danced with the East End people, pretty much lived in West End during the week. The Bush family and crew made the trip for us. Memories and friends for a lifetime. I will recommend them 1000000/10. They will not disappoint and you will not want to come home. :) thank you Steve!

We booked a horseback riding tour, our guide Joel meet us at the port and took us there, on our way he gave a detailed history of the area. Then we met Walter at the horse riding place, where he took us through the jungle and then to the water. We had a fantastic experience with the horses. They are well behaved and cared for. Walter took so many great pictures for our family. After that Joel picked us up and suggested we go to a zoo like place to meet monkeys, birds and a sloth(my favorite). Also at the same place was an outside eatery, I had fried snapper the best I've ever eaten, husband had the iguana that too was delish and my daughter had the crab. We sat outside as people zip lined over us. But the best part if the trip was going to the local fire station, my husband is s firefighter for Miami Dade, there Joel translated and my husband was able to bond, there they traded t-shirts, hats and patches. Truly unexpected experience for my husband. If we ever go back. I'll definitely look up Joel again, truly the best day of our cruise/trip.

We planned a private custom tour with Roatan Trips and Tours for our party of 10 when we were there for our cruise. We chose to do a cultural tour of the island, a visit to the monkey and sloth farm and snorkeling. This tour was definitely the highlight of our trip! From the beginning, Steve, the owner, gave us very clear directions on how to find him. Then we met Richard, who was our tour guide. He was the best! He worked so hard to keep us happy. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a tour guide work so hard and do so much for us. He was very informative and educated us on Roatan, its history, and current culture as we drove around the island. It was very entertaining for both adults and kids. Our first stop was at the highest point in Roatan for a beautiful view and some great local shopping. After that, we continued on our cultural tour as we drove around the island. Richard was sure he made special stops for us to get drinks and to use clean bathrooms along the way (very important for our group). Next we headed to the Monkey and sloth farm, which was amazing! I believe it was most of our groups’ favorite part of our trip. We were able to be in the monkey cage while they jumped around, and walked on some of us. They were so cute! Then holding the sloths at the end was such special moment! After the farm we stopped at a rum factory and got some great rum and cake tasters while overlooking an amazing view of the island and ocean. Then we stopped by the chocolate factory before we headed onto our boat to do some snorkeling. Snorkeling by the reef was beautiful! Our snorkeling guide was great in pointing out interesting fish, and taking us around the amazing reef. After snorkeling we hung out at the beach for cocktails while Richard delivered us a local food favorite, Baleadas, which were delicious! Then it was back to the ship after a photo stop at the Roatan sign. All in all our excursion could not have been better. From beginning to end we were having fun, were entertained and had some special experiences with the animals there.

The excursion was exceptional and we had a great time. We did the Roatan City Highlights and Chocolate and Rum factory, finalizing at The Buccaneer's restaurant, where the food was excellent. Luis and Andy made a great team. Both of them were above and beyond during our excursion. Thanks Luis and Andy for make this an unforgettable adventure.

We just returned from a cruise and one of our ports of call was Roatan and we booked a tour (Roatan by Land and Sea) through our travel advisor. Our tour guide Jonathan and driver took our group of 10 on a tour by van around the area pointing out the sights and providing stories, history and background of the area and after that we went to the West End where we were provided with a snack some rum punch and thento take a water tour and snorkeling trip. It was all a great experience.

My wife and I booked the Bus Tour and Snorkel with RTT through Costco for our recent cruise. The tour was interesting around the eastern side of the island with a few nice stops. The gem was at the end when we traveled to the West End. We stopped at the Buccaneer Bar and Restaurant which sits on their own private beach. The food, drink and views were all excellent. I recommend the tour and RTT.

We had an amazing tour with our guide Jennifer. She made us feel safe and like family. We really felt like we experienced Roatan like a local. Also a percentage of proceeds help local kids attend school through a soccer programs. The land and sea tour was outstanding!

Couldn't ask for a better experience! We explored a lot of the Island and they even stopped by the animal sanctuary at our groups request so we could interact with the sloth and monkeys. Josh Bush was an amazing guide that really knew the island and its history. He even went above and beyond when my girlfriend sprained her ankle after the snorkeling portion and helped us find medical supplies. If you are traveling to Roatan, I highly recommend this family business!

Durian was an amazing guide for our day in Roatan. We booked the beach and jungle horseback riding excursion so easily the night before and just showed up in morning and we were all set. It was too easy. We were celebrating our Honeymoon and we were only with one other couple who were engaged so it was a semi private adult excursion and it was really nice! We also road around town and visited an authentic gift market recommended by Durian and it did not disappoint. Booking with RTT easily made Roatan our favorite port on our trip! Will definitely be back and booking with RTT!

We did Roatan Land and Sea. Our guide - Helen was amazing, personable and knowledgeable. Our tour bus driver -Jonathan made us feel comfortable and safe. The bus tour made a couple stops- excellent! Took us to a beautiful view- superb! My husband went snorkeling while I roamed the shopping area. He said the snorkeling was superb! When, not if I come back, I will book again with this company and request both of these great people. I highly recommend this tour !

Thank you!!! My husband did Roatan by land and sea and we were throughly delighted. Our tour guide, Thalia, was phenomenal and then some!!! She even brought a pumpkin kind of cake she baked so we could taste what the people of Honduras like to snack on. And yes, I still hate pumpkin but Thalia's cake was delicious! We got to see so many things but what took it over the top was Thalia's helpfulness in locating a pharmacy so we could purchase medication my husband forgot. If you are going to Roatan and want a guided excursion, book with this company. You will not be disappointed. And if you can, ask for Thalia as the guide. You will love her!

I can not express my experience as I will continue with this company. While planning excursions for my cruise to Roatan, Honduras, I discovered a tour company, Roatan Trips and Tours . Yes, I found them from Viator and I wasn't disappointed!! The main reason I chose this tour company was because they asked for little things to help their small group of school kids . This was the best part of my trip to Roatan!

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful day we had with Sherna Pouchie. She’s the best guide we’ve had in 40 years of travel. More like a member of our family. She somehow even managed to arrange to get my hair cut today! Whatever, you’re paying her, she’s worth every penny. She’s a dedicated staff member who goes above and beyond. Sherna is that rare combination of professionalism and kindness and does your company proud.
