I still remember one senpai saying to me that this place was every students' addiction here and well, that's true. The taste of the food is great and the staff is very nice. It is bad that there are days when there's only one person and because of it the workload goes up, but they still do their best to serve you some great food.

Disappointed. That one word represents this experience for me, I ate alot of kebab and shawarma back at my home country and when I learned about this place I was so excited that I kept thinking about my order for a full week. First off, the delivery speed was excellent, the packaging was nice but after opening the packaging the problems started, the chicken wrap is expensive and kind of bland, It was OK but that's all, it needed some sauce some seasoning, anything to give it a kick. Next I tried the french fries, and they were the worst french fries I have ever had, they were the most soggy, cold and bland with zero seasoning fries I have ever seen, it was horrible, and to close my meal I had a chicken pita which was surprisingly good, nothing excellent but after everything that came before "good" is really good. Overall, I was very disappointed with the taste and quality of the food and the price is way too much, it was my cheat day and I totally regret my decision to order from here and I know for sure that I will never order again.

I have eaten there on 3 different occasions recently. Prices are ok, but not cheap. The kebab was ok, but I felt it was small and the pita bread was kind of dry. The curry was delicious and spicy, but, again, the naan was dry. The kebab wrap was the overall best experience because the wrap tasted great. However, for 1100 for the kebab wrap, can’t says it’s the best price for service. However, it’s quick and good enough.

Close to campus and cheap as they have a discount every month. The service workers are friendly and English-accommodating. The place is so small though, and it’s easy to feel cramped during the Summer.

Place's proximity to university and relative price range compared to other options (konbini, izakaya and coffeeshops nearby) make it a prime option for students and everyone in a budget. Food is freshly prepared. Monthly sales of food under ¥300 is also very handy.

Pros: cheap, tasty, lots of protein, they speak English. Cons: it takes a while to get your food if you order at lunchtime.

Tasty food and close to campus! Feels like home away from home. Staff is super kind here and the music is great. Come eat here!

So Mega Kebab now has chicken biryani within reasonable price(1500 set/1200 single). Great offer for students needing halal food near NU campus. Made with basmati rice, quite good! I thought the rice could be enough for two meals! Maybe they could have a half portion option with half the price.

Regrettably, my recent visit to Mega Kebab was marked by disappointment. The chicken pita wrap I ordered left much to be desired, as the abundance of salads, coupled with an excessive amount of sour sauce, overpowered the intended flavor profile. Subsequently, I experienced gastrointestinal discomfort, necessitating multiple visits to the restroom the following day. I expected a more refined culinary experience, and unfortunately, this fell short of my expectations.

this place is very clean and complete according to the rules of the covid 19 prokes. its strategic location close to the university of nagoya. this place There is an outdoor terrace if you don't want to be inside this restaurant to enjoy amazingly delicious kebabs. The waitress was very friendly and pleasant. The most important thing in this section is that it is safe and lawful for those of you who are Muslim.

Better to be not very first customer for kebab, the outer part of meat seemed more salty. Butter chicken curry was good, but Nan was too flour and not crispy, better with rice. Mango juice tasted good.

I could not decide Is it chicken kebab or veg. Kebab. In compared to Tokyo kebabs, it was dry and tasteless. Additionally, the owner is non friendly person. If they learn Japanese manners (いらっしゃいませ), the customer like to visit again. Furthermore, I read a line which is written In the restaurant (real health comes with halal food). Generally, I don’t eat halal food and I am healthy too!! 😀

I love this place. I'm coming every week to get the pita big set. It is delicious and filling. The staff is also very nice and also speaks English. I recommend this place to everyone, especially to people who eat halal and people who want to try foreign food and test different things. Since it's near/on the Higashiyama Campus, it's also a good alternative to the university cafeteria.

I ordered the "Special Kebab Set" that comes with 1 drink of your choice (tea, coke/diet coke, coffee, or orange juice), and a cup of fries. It was delicious but the portion is slightly small for me. The cashier also spoke some English.
