As a result of a cerebral hemorrhage, my left limb is paralyzed and I wear a leg brace. How to make leg braces using your disability certificate if you live in Nagoya City For some reason, it seems like we have to do a separate review here. (And only on Fridays) I discussed the situation over the phone, made an appointment, and came to the hospital. Maybe the response to the phone call was sudden. "Judging will only be held on Fridays. It's always full." At first, it felt like a business-like response. While I was explaining the situation, he said, ``I'll make a reservation anytime, because I need it.'' Perhaps he thought it was a serious question rather than a question or ridicule, and suddenly he became more polite. I wonder what that is. Won't the people who originally need to create it give up halfway through? I thought. Fortunately, I was able to speak without any problems in everyday conversation. There may be people who have difficulty speaking due to paralysis or higher-order dysfunction. There are no particular problems with the hospital itself. The examining doctor and his assistant Even though I met them for the first time, they seemed nice. I've been in and out of the rehabilitation hospital I'm already attending. The big guys from the orthotics company also came and stuffed it. I thought it was more of a government-like hospital. Good access to public transportation and easy to get to I also thought it was inconvenient that the examination for making braces was only done here.

It seems like this is the first point of contact, but the phone calls for reservations were not good. They even told me where to go for the first reception. He was kind enough to guide me to the doctor's office for the first time. The doctor taught me about the rehabilitation process. I received a diagnosis, underwent rehabilitation using a car simulator under the supervision of a rehabilitation doctor, underwent cognitive tests, etc., and then returned to my family doctor and was informed of the rehabilitation results. The rehabilitation teacher was also kind. After the initial diagnosis and test, I didn't know what to do at the reception desk, so I just sat on the bench. The person at the reception took a long time, but he spoke to me. When does the day end? I didn't know if today's diagnosis was the end. It was only at first, but I got used to it afterwards. It's easy to get lost in the examination room and rehabilitation room.

I went several times to apply for documents. The receptionist's response is not good. First of all, it is difficult to know which reception desk to apply to and what process to follow. For that reason, the receptionist is cold and sometimes speaks in a sarcastic manner. And, which is rare in this day and age, he called out his name without using a microphone. In order to protect personal information and ensure smooth guidance, I think it is better to use a number tag to call out the number. Also, the guidance and speaking style of the security guard at the entrance is high-pressure and sloppy. It is especially noticeable in older people. I think it's less likely to cause problems if you use honorific language at work, regardless of your age.

It's completely up to the staff. If a family member dies and you tend to take a day off, you may feel a sense of regret. I can't believe I can't say anything but say things that push me even further. I really wish he would die. The rehabilitation method is not the correct answer. That's a rehabilitation method, and it doesn't work for general companies.

(Translated by Google) It's the worst hospital situation in history. The doctor in charge says that he will not come to the rounds at all, and that he will be free, but he will not respond unless he pursues it from here, and some nurses do not listen or neglect to report. Because it is the worst hospital, I recommend you to stay in the hospital for rehabilitation.

(Translated by Google) This is the worst facility. I got divorced because I joined the Life Support Division on the 3rd floor. The staff of the Life Support Division are all incompetent people. If you are interested in entering the 3rd floor, please think carefully. Please decline even if the consultation support office recommends it. Becoming a disabled person and leaving the family will end your life. Thank you for your continued support here. (Patient's family) When I first started going to the hospital, I was so depressed that I would cry just talking about it, but after being taken care of by the Life Support Department, I was able to spend time away from the hospital for day-to-day training and in-home training, which gave me peace of mind. It's very reassuring because they think about your symptoms together. The teachers are also very kind and will try to explain things that are difficult for me to say, so I'm really glad that they took care of me. Honestly, I wish I could have been transferred from the acute hospital immediately. There were no beds available, so there was a long wait. (as of 2019)

Hospital visit due to higher function disorder Hospitals where you have to wait an hour even if you make an appointment. I get asked every time if I have any problems, but it's not like I don't have any problems, right? Speaking of the waiting time, I'm not good at waiting with a casual attitude and not apologizing. Unfortunately, this is the only hospital that treats me, so I have to be patient. It's painful to talk to a teacher, even though they should be more understanding than the general public. I don't want to give even 1 star. ``I'll be late today because it's crowded.'' There was a notice saying What is the reservation for? It's amazing how that licking system is allowed. Looks like it's easy to work

(Translated by Google) The ugly bald old brook of the rehabilitation department is the worst pest. Envy, jealousy, and jealousy drove the inpatient out of the hospital without completely curing him, and he abandoned the treatment in the middle and was thrown into hell. It's hell to use this place for hospitalization. Even if you say what you want to say, everyone won't understand. Also, the billing is tough. The eyeballs will pop out. Being billed monthly for an amount that is equal to or exceeds the upper limit given at the time of preliminary briefing before hospitalization becomes an obstacle to reintegration into society. In order to sleep and use this place, you will need to have sufficient financial strength or receive a huge amount of compensation from the person involved in the accident. If you pay for it yourself, you will be ruined.

Here are some things to keep in mind when entering welfare. “From the side that enters the facility” ① There are different responses to those who are monitored and those who are free. ②The TV is only available for eating. There is also a refrigerator, but it is shared. ``Next, let's talk about my family.'' ① When there is a matter to be confirmed by the welfare staff regarding hospital visits or hospitalization at another facility, the welfare staff will not check with other hospitals. The flow is for our relatives to be in the middle of the conversation, contact them, visit them, and give them a response. It's better to ask them what they want to check first. In fact, I repeated the back-and-forth exchange. We find ourselves in the middle of questions such as, "Is it okay to eat in the morning?" and "Is it okay to take oral medications on the same day? Also, are there any prescribed medications that I shouldn't take?" The number of times is small, but please try it. It was really tough. ②When hospitalization or surgery is decided, such as the next consultation at another hospital, the information will be shared with the staff in charge. It is difficult for residents who have a troublesome personality. Please be prepared lol. ③A simulation test was conducted once every six months. This was my second time this year, but the reservation specified by the hospital was revised, and since the reservation was not made at all, I confirmed it and received a reply, but the next month was squeezed (tests were done twice) and I was lied to. A report will be received at the end of the month. It's wrong to direct your anger at the doctor in charge, so I listened to the test results in a very confused state. (The story at the end of March, R5) I was scheduled to leave the facility this spring, but for some reason my time has been extended significantly until this summer. Mystery.

I was told to call the disability center, so when I called, the receptionist sternly refused. It was a way of saying that it doesn't matter if you die or live. I'm not sure how you can make such a statement. I know you are busy with work, but I think it would be a good idea to learn how to answer the phone again since it is basic. The image of this facility has become worst.

I'm currently in a facility, but I don't feel comfortable because there's a group of people who yell bad things at me.There are also complainers who suddenly start yelling at me about my usual behavior, so I feel like rehabilitation has some effect.
