Went here to try their new Plant-Based Wrap. You order at the counter and then a waiter brings you your food when it's ready. The tables and seats were very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food didn't take long. The wrap was very nice, I just wish they put a bit more tomato in it as mine barely had any in, but it was still very flavorful and it's a nice option to have as a vegan. They use the 'On The Greenside' vegan chicken in the wrap.

Tables was dirty waited long to have it clean eventually it got clean after we complain again the chicken had feathers chips was burned ask for the manager no manager came to apologize really the service stinks 😩 I was disgusted my plate and my brother plate chips burned do you serve food like that disgusted....

Writing this as I am sitting here Sunday, 16 October 2022. 14h53 - 15h45. Terrible service, staff clearly had no interests in cleaning the tables as we waited for our order. Food arrived burnt (see image) 3x prego sandwiches, then coldrinks weren't brought to table, staff told me the cashier forgot to ring it up, then stood in the line to re-order the items and mentioned that the service was terrible - still.... No care or interest from staff or management.

One of the better Nando's places. They have clean toilets, comfy seating, though sometimes they prioritise the takeout orders before the sit down orders. Also, ask them for extra serviettes (yes, you'll need it) and make sure they sauce the chicken properly. Drinks are expensive

Nando's is my favorite place and I'm rarely disappointed. This site was on point with my order and I was delighted Chips was fresh and hot Chicken smothered in sauce All was well in the world 😄

Very disappointed with the food that I received after ordering online, the food was burnt and the burnt access mixed together in the food and presented like that, we did not even finish the food as we had to select the burnt crust from the food. You guys need to do better!

Didn't get my full order I paid for,I reported it when I got home to customer service,they said the branch will phone me and I got no call....food was below standard,the rice was hard and not cooked properly.I eat Nandos quite often when I travel and this was below standard compared to the rest.

Food took a long time. Shakes prepared in restaurant area which was strange. Could be cleaner. Not awful but won't rush back.

Their food was fantastic but unfortunately the Drinks i ordered were watery and it wasn't worth it for the price I paid. The environment was great.. would definitely go there again.

Staff was so miserable. One staff member sat at a table after having lunch, and even though they were busy, she did not move to offer her seat . Was not good for Nandos

Received our order quite quickly. Portions were really generous. The rolls were fresh. That's why it's 5 star

Would like to know we're the rest of my order went, don't understand for R100 am getting 1 potato and a sauce packet in a box. I want my money back but of course no can't get it back even after showing this mess
