Bad service.... wait ages for food and drinks. Even a glass of water took 30min. Order came wrong to us..... they will not see me again. Ps they were not busy. Therefore no reason for bad service.... I ask for cream soda float, waiter bring it, spilled over the edges, messing on table without a saucer or spoon. Just leave the messy glass.

What a great spur! Food was great, service was great. The quality was great. Our food arrived in 15 minutes. I would recommend their Rib burgers. Seems like a very well run and maintained place. What an ideal place to have a lovely meal at Blue route. I'll definitely be going back.

Took my niece for supper last night. Had a wonderful experience last night even though we rocked up at 8pm. I was feeling a bit skeptical about the outcome of the food. But to my surprise it was Amazing crispy onions 😋 yes! Yes!! everything just perfect. Thank you to the chef and our waiter Lovell, you were amazing! You knew how to keep us entertained. I like a waiter who knows their menu by heart. Lovell was just that person. The rest of the staff was just as nice. Definitely ✔️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always a pleasure to visit my favorite place with my family. We always have a wonderful welcome and great service. And we are definitely treated like family. I am not sure what the young lady's surname is who usually looks after the little one's but her name is Alvina and she is super awesome with the way she handles and cares for them while they safely play. Thank you for the amazing memories we yet to create there!

Warm and welcoming staff. The food is always good! I’ve become a regularly Monday burger special customer because of the amazing customer experience given by Cecelia, Leah, and Jayde. Their peppermint tart is my go to dessert which always compliments my meal so well. Highly recommend!

Sally is a super waiter and Damian a super manager. We've been coming to this spur for years and years. The service has sways been topnotch. We travel past 2 other spurs to come to silver mountain spur. Thankyou for great service and atmosphere . Friendliness make people come back.

Had a unreal breakfast, chips looked burnt, slap and unappealing, like it's been standing in the hot pass for a hour. When the manager came to the table he asked me what's wrong with the chips, is it kak or what. To be addressed in this manner is unprofessional and unreasonable.

We popped in yesterday for a quick lunch while shopping. The food was great but the service was even better. Priscilla was the best server ever! I’d give her 50 stars if I could. Thanks for the great time Priscilla and Spur!

I truly had a disgusting experience @silvermountainspur 1. the waitress who had just started was so nervous she was trembling, trying to be as supportive as I can, and familiar I helped her take me order. She still got it wrong. 2. My replacement meal took 40 minutes, and it was Nachos. 3. While waiting I witnessed a waiter collect his order, and both hands were full and onion rings were waterfalling the side of the plate. Instead of handing it back he gestured toward a fellow waiter, and he lifted those onion rings into the plate with his bare hands. 4. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who apologized to me and not to the table it happened at, also with his mouth but the eyes rolled in a mind your own business manner. 5. By this time I was disgusted wanted to go home and my bill included my complete wrong order, meaning the waitress would probably have to absorb that cost, and she was not nearly ready to be on that floor...that was an error on the side of management.
