Superb food and an amazing waitress who sensed my need for a coffee refill before I even asked!

This is such great place to have a good cup of coffee and enjoy a meal. Their service is good and they are really amazing at accommodating your needs. The reason for the 4 stars technically is not due to a fault of their own, but due to the pandemic a lot of their amazing offerings have been cut from their menu. I had been there with a few people and all their favourites are no longer offered (including my own, which was one of the bowls they used to offer). They have added one or two items which are really good though. I would highly recommend the Big Ben, it's a filler.

Service was excellent, food was good.....but my only gripe is the constant changing menu items. I miss the early years of this Century when you could go to M&B and order your regular delicious item.

Mugg and Bean is known for its cake and coffee (not sure if you remember the adverts) but they have a great menu as well. For someone that's not big on breakfast, I like that they serve breakfast all day. They have a standard menu of sandwiches, burgers, cakes, eggs, salads, etc. I opted for the classic breakfast with wholeweat toast (they have a variety of bread/carb options), which included hash brown, tomato, bacon, 2 sunny side up eggs and fries. The breakfast was okay, although the tomato was soggy and the toast was really crunchy. The gourmet burger with avo, back bacon and feta was nice. Overall, it was an okay time. It was a bit overpriced because the food was okay. Would have given 3 stars but our helper Abby was amazing 👌

I had great service from Natasha. She was prompt and was happy to recommend (and she was not wrong). I tried the Alabama Stack and it's much bigger than I expected.

Blessing is an absolutely amazing waiter. He goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed. He greets you with the biggest smile and ensures that your experience at the Blue Route Mugg & Bean is a memorable and enjoyable one. I'll definitely be back. He deserves a promotion. Other waiters can take a page out of his book when it comes to customer service. To the owner, you have an absolute gem of an asset. Thank you Blessing

I just love a good coffee and savoury,they were out of scones and the waitress then suggested the date and nut muffin;it did not disappoint

We have been eating here for about 10 years. This is one of the best Mugg & Bean restaurants for service and quality food. Friendly staff are always going out of their way to make our meal memorable. Well done team. Keep on shining for us in Southern Suburbs

I am a regular M&B fan and eat at this branch often. Very greasy,oily,cold Madame Croquet. Bread not toasted, felt nauseous after a few bites so took it for the parking guy. My waiter had disappeared so I didn't have anyone to really complain to.

I will always be a life long fan of Mugg & Bean. Their food is always great. I've never had an issue with their service and their staff os always friendly. Could the atmosphere be better?Probably... But you get what you get when dining in a mall

It was a good breakfast. Jane our friendly waitron went the way extra mile to make sure we were happy and helped us to download the app. 5 stars to Jane.

Mugg & Bean as a brand is great value for money, but the Blue Route store is made special by the friendly staff & incredible mountain view.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. Myself and my partner go there every single week and they never cease to amaze us. Perfect service, well priced and amazing food. We especially love Priscilla, always makes us feel at home.

We all had salmon bagels. 2 had generous helpings of salmon and other toppings, one was pitiful. Shows that they are not weighing ingredients in the kitchen... which with something expensive like salmon, they should be. Otherwise good.

Always a great place to take a break. Had their newest warm dish sesamed beef-avo bowl- wow wow wow! Service was excellent, prefer having the cutlery before the food tho. Ambiance very pleasant.

We've always had the best service here. One of the waitresses in fact remembers exactly how we like our breakfasts and what breakfast it is. Staff are always smiling which I love. Thank you!

Food was amazing. Waiter advised they out of Jalapeño sauce since Covid started.If you a loyal customer, you should know that this specific sauce really brings any meal to life. I've been to many Mugg and Bean branches and this is a first. This is a poor excuse..

Coffee was delicious and strong. Their toast on avo was burned like hard(brown bread). Bagel was tasty.

Today i was served by Patricia she was kind, friendly and well mannered. I loved her energy and the food was amazing

Experience was quite nice, Carmel done an excellent job as our waitress and service, food was absolutely delicious, will definitely come again for The Big Daddy Gourmet Burger and Bottomless Hot Chocolate, that Habanero sauce really brought the meal together.

Had a great breakfast at this location. We were served by Eunice. She received us very warmly, really made my day. Will probably visit here more often. The food was awesome and they even had no problem adding extra items that weren't in the dish I ordered!
