We stayed in this hotel last week. The view from the room over the city was breathtaking. The room itself was spotless. The restaurant is very elegant and dinner and breakfast were very good. To everyone who thinks about visiting beautiful Toledo stay in the Parador and take a Taxi into town for about 9 Euros one way. To get the view you need to book a superior room and believe me it's worth the extra money. We had a great time and will be back for sure.

The best view point in Toledo BUT, Somethings were not satisfied. I made a reservation for the only restaurant. When I had food, I realised that my order was ordered incorrectly and the food for my wife was also different but, the waiter didn’t apologise. Of course some waiters were kind but, the one person is not. And I don’t know what happened but, so many wasps were bothering to me and destroyed my dinner so I had to move inside as giving up the nice view point of dinner I booked. The old couple next to me also moved inside because of wasps. View was the best but, food and some staffs were not the best. Should check the food if it’s right food or not once having it.

To be honest, I visited with a feeling of half concern and half anticipation. First of all, I had a bad sore throat and was very worried that I might be cold. But it was all a useless worry. There will be no hotel more cozy and warm than this. I was able to heal during my one day stay. The beautiful scenery and comfort... I was really impressed. I highly recommend it. Make sure to stay there once.

Oh gosh, the food there is really incredible! The breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious with beautiful views to all Toledo. The quality of products were high. The service is good as well. Only one negative point, that the floor in the bathroom was extremely cold and no flip flops from the hotel was provided, neither a bath mat, so it was freezing in the bathroom.

Wonderful view of the city, but requires a taxi ride there and back, a long wait for a taxi to tefurn. Service is overall good, but the front desk could use some lessons in helpfulness. Great breakfast. Weak Wifi in rooms.

having stayed at many of spain's paradors i am happy to report that this is one of my favorites. i love the location, the views, the ambience, the service, the rooms and of course the food. we appreciated the distance from town which afforded us a much quieter and lovelier setting. we will definitely be back and recommend this location to all our friends. thank you from the bottom of our traveling hearts!

The rooms were spacious, very clean and updated to a good standard; and the location of the parador itself was great with a beautiful view on Toledo from the hotel's terrace. Unfortunately, the service was mediocre, with long waiting times, and a lack of attention to detail. As the hotel welcomes external guests to their terrace, it was often too crowded both for a calm evening ambiance and the two waiters tasked with catering for all tables. The breakfast was okay - nothing out of this world, but good variety.

The Parador de Toledo has the absolute best view of Toledo. And you can enjoy the view from the bar, from the pool, and if you're lucky from your air-conditioned room. Unbeatable position and and excellent hotel all-round. Highly recommend a gin and tonic on a hot afternoon while watching the evening light on Toledo.

A wonderful hotel to both stay and enjoy stunning views of the old town. Please get a room with a view to Toledo. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Hotel service a very good standard. Breakfast and evening meals good quality, need to pre book your table on arrival. Plenty of parking on site.

I admit that this hotel is the best location. The staff of the hotel are also experienced and professional. The dinner area was romantic and the guests also had a formal and good time.

This hotel is right on the top of the hill with its stunning views to Toledo city. Rooms are really big, clean and tidy. It has a big pool both for kids and adults. The best by far is the terrace, we could have stayed hours chilling there seeing the majestic city of Toledo. Totally recommendable.

A very nice hotel, with breathtaking views over the city. Easy parking. You need a taxi to get to the city, unless you're feeling very fit. Overall the hotel is very accessible (except for the swimming pool!), but level access to bar or restaurant is via the terrace (lift down to terrace), or via a small platform lift at the entrance. But overall, pretty good. Room 415, where we stayed, is very good for access - bathroom properly equipped. It has a balcony with great views.

The view from bar area is spectacular to see top view of the old town and sunset. The whole service is nothing but perfect, which make us feel home like relaxation and enjoyment during stay!

Excellent hotel 4 star except for the location described on booking.com as 900 meters from the centre of Toledo. This is only true if you are able to fly. The staff are super friendly and nothing was a problem. The food was good but not exceptional. Breakfast is continental in the main however some cooked food is available to order at no additional costs. Facilities were great as in the pool. Watch out on parking. Top tip: Be sure to arrive before your checkin time to get a parking space. Hope you enjoy as much as we did,

The room, the restaurant and the cafeteria has a fantastic view with a reasonable price. Especially the scenery from the terrace of the restaurant was gorgeous and the food was delicious. The iberianpprk and grilled beef was great! Compared to the facilities, the customer service was not impressive but acceptable. But the young lady in the restaurant on dinner time provided great customer service. It would be perfect if all the staff provide warm welcoming and friendly manner like her.

the rooms are nice. the location of the hotel is nice. the view is beautiful. but the service at dinner was not very fast. We waited to order. food came late. Fish with almond sauce in main courses is not good. Mushroom steak was good.

One of the best hotels in Toledo. The view is outstanding and the service is excellent. I highly recommend to book a table for the terrace before you go out of your room because there's always a waiting list.

The best hotel in Toledo. Wonderful big pool, very kind and helpful staff and large rooms. Wish they had cable with an English station.

Difficult to decide if this or el Parador de los Reyes in Compostela is the top Parador. Absolutely beautiful.

unique Parador, overlooking Toledo. A MUST SEE when you are in the region. Just have a coffee or drink on the terrace, a meal in the restaurant or book a room if you have the time to stay for a few days

Perched on top of a rocky bluff overlooking Toledo, this was a great place to enjoy spectacular views from the bar/restaurant balcony - a perfect evening hangout. The food was generally very good, although as with all the Paradores we visited around Madrid, the menu does not really cater for vegetarians - at all! having said that, the meat dishes were really delicious.

Superb location overlooking Toledo. Great pool and comfortable rooms. And the food is sublime. Standard wonderful Parador breakfasts but evening meals of exquisite execution.

Nice Parador with an amazing and “priceless” view on Toledo… We stayed here 2 nights during our trip in La Mancha in April 2022. The accommodation is definitely very ok, except the bar/cafeteria is not very cozy inside (if the weather doesn’t allow you to sit outside of course). Very friendly and helpful staff ! Big, beautiful and clean rooms with a nice terrace and an awesome view on the pool… . The bed is very good to sleep in! Breakfast is very nice, with a lot of choice and a good service… here you will have definitely “breakfast with a view” as well! Easy to park outside, but you definitely need a car (or motorcycle…) to stay here. Toledo is only 10 minutes away… Highly recommended when you want to stay in the area …

The location with splendid view of Toledo! We were in love with the room with terrace, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful too. The staff has been most warm, helpful and good service. Stay no other places in Toledo.

Very nice hotel with a superb view of Toledo. Comfortable beds, nice personnel. Great sangria if you like it sweet. Restaurant food was low mediocre. I got the monkfish. Tough flesh, bizarre choice of snow peas in summer, flavorless saffron sauce. But the wine and bread were both good.
