I usually don't order any kind if pasta dishes from restaurants, preferring home made but taking a chance on a new to me place was totally worth it. I had the Diavolo Pasta,with added grilled steak. Nice portion size,fresh ingredients, and the Diavolo sauce (spicey tomatoe cream sauce with crushed red pepper) was a treat.Nice heat that added flavor not overwhelming the dish. I also had the calamari and hot peppers. Lightly breaded calamari ,and peppers probably pan fried.Very fresh,tender,and again flavorful heat with the peppers. Looking forward to coming back and trying more. The only downside in my experience was waiting for my order that was made online. I waited quite a long time past the time it was supposed to be ready.I watched our bag get packed and placed on a shelf,it was quite a bit before the staff thought to ask what order I was waiting on. Chaotic behind the counter but the food was great.

This is an add on from the last time I visited: First thing I noticed was the front food station was filthy, looked as if it hadn’t been wiped down all day. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was a fail for me. My husband still wanted to order so we did. We ordered pasta bowls. The pasta was very dry and undercooked. I gave them another try and it was a fail for me two bad experiences.

I'm thoroughly disappointed, I got a pick up order today. I was enjoying my pasta it was pretty good until I started spinning my pasta and there was a bug stuck to my pancetta. It could have come from the spinach. But either way I'm grossed out and I couldn't finish it. I was eating indoors. I hadn't opened the container until I got inside. It was a good meal until that.

I’m not one to leave a bad review usually. I wanted to com here, since I love the Dublin location! But this place was absolutely HORRIBLE! It took my fiancé and I 30 minutes to order. With only 3 people in front of us. Once I started to order, THE GIRL WALKED AWAY. Someone else then helped us. This employee had a very nasty attitude and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. The whole place was an absolute mess…we both were tempted to walk out but decided to stay since it already took a while. We never got a receipt after asking multiple times. The food was Luke warm. Also the Italian soda and tea machine were not working. Never going back to this location ever again!

I usually love eating here as I am a former employee. The last few times we have gone we have been shorted garlic doughs and other sides we ordered. Today we picked up through the window and when we got home found out that neither of our pastas had the proteins on them. I’m quite irritated as we made over an hour drive to get these, and it costs $2+ In order to add the proteins. Not to mention my cucumbers are half bad. Do better.

Food was AMAZING...you guys would've received 5 stars had it not been for the lack of decent customer service... considering it was my 1st time- didn't really know the routine... no one explained anything to me nor did they acknowledge me when I said I had an online order ready for pick up. They made me wait in the line while they cooked the appetizer piadas for the woman in front of me... so I was 3rd in line upon walking in and waited over 20min in said line for an order that was sitting on the counter PAID FOR the entire time. Not sure why they couldn't just have handed it to me. Especially after 2 different workers heard me say that I had an online order.... I would really love to give it another go; like I said- food was great- hopefully with a different set of employees though!

The dining experience at this establishment is top notch! I’ve been trying to branch out and look for new places to eat, and after my first initial experience I keep finding myself back here. From the quality staff/management to the amazing food choices, this place deserves more than 5 stars. Cheers!

I love Italian food and Piada is a great, quick way to satisfy that craving at a reasonable price. I have been to this location several times and always have a great experience. Great service and food quality is delicious. Highly recommend.

So I never got my food that was ordered. The driver must’ve taken it. The Chef there she was amazing. Wasn’t Piada fault at all. She still credited my account back. And offered a gift card. And we didn’t get a chance to order again but we definitely will in the future. I absolutely love the empathy and concern. Mistakes happen.

We went there last week early afternoon. The service was amazing!!! There was a young girl, seemed to be new. She forgot to add my chicken to my bowl, I came back in and another woman corrected it, she was super nice and considerate, even gave us a brownie. You don’t hear enough about good service and this was great service. We will of course be back. That crew was very good.

Ordered the carbonara bowl. Got not even a half a bowl full for $10 and the pancetta and bacon was missing. Very disappointed. Had like 5 leaves in it. Not worth $10

Pasta girl here! I've heard of Piada before, but haven't actually stepped out of my comfort zone to try something new. I stopped in for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. The penne was filling and despite some of the reviews, the place was decently cleaned. I definitely recommend.

We had a great experience at Piada. We placed a large group order and everything was ready to go on time and the order was accurate and complete. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating! The manager, Chef Kate, helped us carry the food and drinks out to our car and told us to just call back if anything was missing and she would bring it to us. Thankfully, we didn’t need to call back but we really appreciated her care and concern! Great food and great service. Thank you Piada staff! :)

I've always wanted to try Piada but I don't really live close. We happened to be in the area today and I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back. I ordered online and picked up my food at the window. There was trash on the ground that had clearly been there for a while. The pickup window looked dirty, from the inside. If I hadn't already paid, I think I would have just gone somewhere else. I brought my food home, and saw that they messed up my order. Instead of penne they gave me spaghetti. Not the end of the world, but something about the dish tastes odd. It has a weird chemical flavor that I can't explain. Obviously I didn't eat more than a couple bites. It's a cool concept to build your own pasta bowl with fresh veggies, at an affordable price with a pickup window, but Piada has missed the mark.

The staff there took great care with us! They joked with us, spoke with us and we had some good laughs. This location is out of our way but the only one we have around us so we try to stop when we are near it! Highly recommend you go in and try if you haven't yet! The staff was so sweet and light hearted!

Think Chipotle, but Italian street food, and WAY more options. Piada is a lunch FAVORITE. They’re mixing up custom wraps, pasta and salads, and I’ve yet to have a bad combo. Not to mention, they have chefs on hand adding that extra bit of magic to each meal. My favorite is a Avocado piada, adding crispy chicken and sweet potato. It’s filled with arugula, tomato, corn, and this amazing sauce. I’ve also had this with salmon and it’s PERFECT. That’s really the best part, you can add any protein or choice of fresh sides to ANYTHING. My husband leans toward the Diavolo pasta with sautéed zucchini and sweet potato. It was a weird combo but it actually worked. They also always have lobster bisque, and it’s delicious, but I’m not kidding you, even just a wrap fills you up! As a location note, this place is always spotless when I visit. The tables are clean, the kitchen and fresh veggies area is clean, it’s all just clean. And I love it.

The customer service at the Toledo Piada location was absolutely terrible. Everyone had an attitude when serving my friends and I. We felt very rushed and not wanted at the location while also feeling like we were being watched and judged. No one provided help when we asked questions. A girl with brown hair in a ponytail scoffed and rolled her eyes at us every time we asked for certain ingredients in our food and basically slopped our food around. The constant looks we received from the workers at the back of the store was very uncomfortable. The cashier was the worst person. A girl with braids rolled her eyes when I asked for some breadsticks and said I was “supposed to order it at the front of the line” when there was no sign indicating so. When I ordered it she raised her voice and said shouted if I wanted anything else. When I asked for a cup for a drink she reluctantly gave me the cup and was disrespectful. Some customers came in after us and didn’t even receive the same treatment we received. This was our first time at this restaurant and we were excited to try but this left us with the decision to never come back again. I recommend the managers and district managers for this location to train themselves and their staff better and teach them actual customer service. I hate to write a review this bad and I hate to be that person because service jobs are hard and frustrating but it had to be addressed. Please take better care of your customers next time. A smile is not needed but at least some civilized interaction is.

We use to love to come here. Great place to get a quick pasta dish and salad. However, the past few times I've found hair in my pasta, the tables are filthy, as well as the drink station. Makes you wonder how the back kitchen is kept. Not sure we will be back any time soon. I actually deleted the app on my phone that you can earn rewards through. Since C0vid this place has gone downhill.

The food here is great. We love the convenience of the window to pick up online orders. My issue is their order accuracy. Twice now we've ordered marinara pasta with grilled chicken. Twice now they've forgotten the chicken. The first time I called and they were very apologetic but we were not in a position to return to the store. Tonight I didn't even bother calling. I didn't have time when we figured it out. If they got our orders right I'd say they are 5 stars.

Used to be one of our family's favorite place in town. But recently I visited again, the place is not cleaned almost everywhere. The work stuff here are not that professional.Very disappointed . There is even one hair in the food. Lol. Hope the store management team can make some improvements to keep this the best place as always .

Their food is very good! Recently, I had a minor problem that isn't worth repeating because they recognized the issue and took steps to address it immediately. It was clear by their actions that they value their customers and want to ensure a positive customer experience every time. That is a sign of a quality restaurant!

I called to discuss a mishap I had with a previous order from a couple days ago. I talked with Chef Ally, and I am very impressed at her professionalism and detail to addressing my concerns. She is the type of employee that I would love to have working for my business. Thank you for having such a great staff with wonderful customer service skills. Not to mention the great quality of food! note*: this is the only time i have ever had any mistake/concern out of every time I have ever visited this location. KUDOS to a wonderful restaurant!!

I had never heard of it, so I went in to give it a try and to my delight it was amazing. It has a chipotle, build as you go, kind of flow. Best of it's kind for the price. Everything was very fresh. The total number of options for your meal can be a little overwhelming so I suggest looking it over before you go in. I had a Piada and a pasta bowl and both far exceeded my expectations. The only thing is that there isn't one close to where I live or I would be there multiple times a week. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time at Piada and I was very impressed. My food was delicious and definitely something new and different then I was used to. I feel like their menu could be a little more clear. The staff seemed more busy with filling pickup orders then with orders from people in line but they did eventually get us through the line quickly.

I LOVE Piada in Columbus. I went there at least once a week for the five years I lived there! Now I work close to the one in Toledo and go maybe once every six months, and unfortunately it’s never the wonderful experience it is elsewhere. The menu is great, but it seems at this location the food isn’t ever all fresh at the same time (at least one veggie is always going bad). Last night the girl who greeted me and took my order was SO nice and helpful (I would give her 5+ stars)! But the guy who put together my food unfortunately I’d give 1! He seemed to want to make it intentional his mask was hardly covering his mouth and nose because in the 5 minutes I was there, he touched his face or mask at least 10 times. And with the same gloves that touched his snotty face grabbed my lettuce and scooped out my avocado. And of course he included an obviously brown and rotten part of the avocado in my salad 🤷🏼‍♀️. This place definitely has potential, and some of the staff is so great, but others definitely bring it down.

A chef friend recommend this place so we tried it! It SMACKS (which means it was SUPER DUPER GREAT!!) Ordering was kinda "chipotle style" which is easy. The Farmer's Market is the best salad I have ever tasted in my life!!!! When you look at the menu it kinda looks like its only a limited selection but trust me, whatever you get it is gonna be REALLY GOOD!!

We order from doordash and get the Carbonara Pasta and Calamari, the food is extremely good and filling ESPECIALLY the calamari. One of my favorites I must admit, the price is also very affordable for what they give you. My one complaint is the first time we ordered they gave me penne instead (which I actually like more than the spaghetti so thank you) and no meat but that's only happened once. I wish you could just get calamari without the peppers but that's a very minor thing. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome food for fair prices. Never heard of or ever had Piada before, so I ordered delivery. Piada did not disappoint. Had the lobster bisque and custom pastas, everything was rich and full of flavor. You can’t beat the amount of food you get for the prices. Also I would suggest ordering the small sizes as the regular sizes are fairly large portions.

This experience was better than my first. I had a Piada Bowl with chicken. It was decent, I will try it again. I feel I just have to find the right combination for me. I got my daughter a hand wrapped Piada with the "Hot Fried Chicken " Whoa too hot for me, but my daughter enjoyed it. Her quote. "It was Good, tasted as it should "
