The people were great, grade A teamwork. They were bussin' pizza like it was in their instincts, every 45sec a pizza came put the oven. Only downside mine had sauce above an below toppings, no biggie

Gave me an overcooked pizza hard enough to break teeth I call within 24hrs for an exchange said it had to be the same night I would not recommend

This is the 2nd time I’ve order and both times orders was wrong….. this time they forgot my pop…. Said they would bring it… never did…. I called back and they said the drive left for the night… so now I’m waiting for another driver too get here … he’ll my pizza is cold now… cause who eats pizza without some kind of pop….. they could of least offered a credit on my next order ….

They were very nice The food was Amazing They had smiles on there faces and they were very happy and nice.. I would eat here again

For many years, Marco's Pizza has been my choice for "quick pick up pizza night".

It's sad to say that it was my 1st time going to thiz Marcos an I ACTUALLY "LOVE"ME SOME MARCO'S PIZZA🍕 I ORDER ATLEAST 2TIMES A WEEK but thiz day i ORDERD A LARGE PEPPERONI N BACON LIGHT SAUCE ADD GARLU BUTTER N PARMESAN CHEESE on it an it was the MOST NASTIEST PIZZA 🍕 I EVER had I ACTUALLY GOT SICK 🤮 I THREW UP MY STOMACH WAS CRAMPING IT was a Terrible Experience 💯💯

I’m disgusted 🤮 We went to pick up our pizza. When I walked in I seen this girl prepping a pizza with out wearing gloves. I asked the young lady at the front counter if both my pizzas was already in. With a attitude she said “yeah one of em is!!” So I told her I was cool she can cancel my order because my food was getting made with out them wearing gloves. again with a attitude she told me “we ain’t gotta wear gloves when we put the pizza in the oven 🙄 I told her I see the girl prepping the pizza with out gloves! She’s not by the oven at all. I’m good thanks. While walking out she was mumbling some inappropriate words. It’s so sad how customer service is these days smh. I will never go back to this location again

First I’m a huge fan of Marcos but today you really dropped the ball. My dad ordered a pizza for me and told me that it would delivered in 40-45 minutes. I reached out to my dad and apparently the driver tried to get access to my apartment but couldn’t cause the door is locked for our safety. Neither my dad or myself got a call that the pizza was here. My downstairs neighbor said NO ONE tried to enter or was out there when she had a smoke. When I spoke with the manager she said they never call unless told to. The restaurant also never called to inform the customer that they couldn’t get entry. It’s now been two hours and the manager stated it would be there soon as possible but the pizza is STILL NOT HERE. Really Marcos, I grew up eating you since I was a kid but this may end up loosing me as a customer. I’m really not holding my breath on it being hot.

The new app and website is very glitchy. I couldn’t track my order on the app because it said my phone number was being used by another customer. So, evidently I couldn’t set up a new customer like they said and had to do everything as a guest.

I got a mushroom onion pineapple on cauliflower crust. That was fast and it was delicious!!

The food was good. My pizza was done quickly, it look good. No problems. the 2 star on the atmosphere it's because it's just a counter, walk-in, place you order and walk out.

I'm a long time Marcos pizza consumer and last nights visit really concerns me. Marcos pizza has always been delicious to me in the past but my most recent pick up order didn't have any of the characteristics of a good pizza. The sauce was different than usual, the crust wasn't delicious anymore, the toppings were slopped on like never before and when I called to ask if there were major changes going on, the MGR at the time simply said that some of the ingredients may have changed because of certain suppliers. I am very disgusted that I paid over $20.00 for the worst pizza I have ever gotten from Marcos. The owner that I remember there would never stand for this, so I'm wondering why they have let the standards drop so low. That may be my last visit to a pizza place I really thought was great. I'm pretty sure I'm done after that terrible pizza last night. Please remember why your customers loved Marcos pizza before its too late.

Just your average pizza place but it's very good with good variety!

Marco's pizza would be fine if they actually made the pizza the way ordered it instead of the way they want you to have it, three times in a row now I have ordered my pizza the same way I always order it and haven't gotten it that way so I'll go back to Gino's where a medium is a large and a extra large is just a large but at least they get my order right

The store on Central and Douglas has been getting worse over time. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a good pie.

I ordered what I thought was boneless wings and I ordered them plain with ranch dipping sauce and I got them and they had a bone so I called and said I thought they where boneless wings and they said I'm sorry we can bring new ones or we can give u a 3 dollars credit off your next order so I called today and the manager said sorry there's no 3 dollar credit on your account so I said look at my last order she said sorry nothing I can do for you I will never again order from you guys again u chose to lose buissness rather then honor what was told to me like I'm trying to lie and get a 3 dollar credit next ill be calling corporate I will never again eat at marcos !!! What a joke of a manager!!!

After confirming my order over the phone correctly, they entered it into the register wrong (and made it wrong). Worker was then rude to me about it. Parking lot is crazy small so you might end up parked on the street.

I have called 2 times before covid (no excuse) to place an order and once tonight. Every time they're extremely rude and unprofessional! I work in customer service so I understand normally but the workers at the central Rd Marcos do NOT have customer service skills at all! I get there busy and short staffed we all are. But that's ridiculous! I ended up not placing an order cause I'm sure they would've done something to my food. Smh super disrespectful and rude!

Although the pizza is good, you can't but it by the slice which is no good for single people. NY has them beat hands down as you can go and get 2 slices and a drink for $5.

Whenever you want a good pizza for a good price you can always go to marco's and on top of that they also give dollar off coupons coupons so try Marcos I really enjoyed my pizza

Great pizza!! Last I call at 1115pm I ask why are you still delivering the man told me that we are closing in 8 min I said I live 3min away I'll pick he OK!! Great service.

Just called and a male answered yelling, "Marcos pizza we're closed. " And hung up. Uhmmm...ok? Google says open til 1230 and even if they were closing early he could've at least been polite or not answered if he was gonna be rude.

Fast delivery from phone call to my front door. The food was hot and delicious. The delivery person was very pleasant which made the choice worth it. I'll be back.
