Terrible
Manager!!
The
only
reason
I'm
giving
a
2
is
because
the
counter
person
was
very
friendly.
My
daughter
ordered
a
snickerdoodle
blizzard.
When
she
got
it,
it
was
very
dark,
so
that
was
weird.
Then
she
said
it
tasted
like
coffee.
I
sent
her
back
in
to
let
them
know
they
had
made
a
mistake
and
put
mocha
in
it.
She
came
back
out
and
said
the
guy
said
it
was
supposed
to
taste
like
coffee,
and
that
he
would
not
make
her
another
one.
I
could
not
believe
that,
to
begin
with,
as
re-making
it
would
have
been
the
right
thing
to
do
for
customer
service.
Then,
I
went
in,
and
this
man
was
SO
RUDE!
He
told
me
that
it
was
made
correctly,
and
that
he
never
told
my
daughter
that
it
was
supposed
to
taste
like
coffee.
He
said
she
was
lying!!
I
could
not
believe
how
he
was
treating
us!
He
was
sighing
and
rolling
his
eyes
and
asked
me
to
consider
how
he
was
feeling!!??

you
kidding
me??
Then
I
asked
his
name.
He
said
"No,
you
don't
need
to
know
my
name."
I
asked
if
he
was
the
manager,
and
he
said
yes
but
still
refused
to
give
his
name.
He
was
in
a
wrinkled
old
t-shirt
and
shorts
with
no
name
tag,
so
that
was
shocking,
as
well,
that
a
manager
would
look
like
he
just
rolled
out
of
bed,
AND
refuse
to
re-make
a
little
bit
of
ice
cream
that
was
clearly
made
incorrectly,
AND
would
refuse
to
give
his
name.
He
was
arrogant
and
acted
like
a
petulant
child!
He
finally
made
her
another
one,--while
huffing
and
acting
like
a
spoiled
child--only
because
I
was
insistent.
Sooo
disappointed.
We
have
gone
there
for
YEARS
and
have
always
been
treated
well.
We
have
NEVER
before
asked
for
anything
to
be
re-made,
either.
TERRIBLE
customer
service
by
this
person.
If
upper
management
continues
to
allow
this
person
to
run
and
represent
the
store,
they
are
asking
to
lose
customers.
