Had an amazing experience at the LEGENDARY Tony Pacos. Helpful staff, delish food, and a historic atmosphere bring patrins back time and time again.

I've been a fan of M*A*S*H since I was a kid. I just had to go to a Tony Packo's while I was in town. The staff was quite friendly, when I entered. The chicken paprikash was pretty darn good, even for being in a "fast food" type of setting. And of course I got one of those famous hotdogs. I'd like to go to the original someday, but I didn't have time. I'm sure I'll be back.

5-star experience all the way. Staff and Manager went out of there way to explain the menu and offer samples of their signature dishes. Food was amazing. Where else on Earth can you find Eastern European food options such as Stuffed Cabbage and Perogies in a Fast Food setting with a drive-thru? The Manager took the time to speak to us before leaving about our travels and to tell us more about Packo's and their famous pickles. Wish there was one here in Pittsburgh!! Thank you Packo's on Secor Road!!!!

Uniquely delicious! The staff and management are awesome! Very friendly and welcoming. The food was so flavorful and tasty. The bun was soft and fresh, the chili was fragrant and smoky spicy without being hot. The sausage was cut in half but you still got a little snap when you bit into the dog. I got the standard with mustard and onions and chili. I should've got the cheese, next time! Pickles on the side and epic complimentary pickles bar. Three varieties and pickled jalapenos. Also a variety of mustards and paprikas. The menu is Hungarian comfort food and that's not lost on the atmosphere, even for a quick serve. Best chairs I've sat in. Also plates and the hanging lamps are a nice cozy touch. Wish I had one closer. Like Klinger said, “If you are ever in Toledo, Ohio, Tony Packo’s got the greatest Hungarian hot dogs.”

Fantastic Eastern European soul food. Packos is a "must do" in Toledo, and it's worth it.

Comfort food and convenience! It was quite possibly the best polish sausage I've had.

I go here a lot. Our favorite is the stuffed cabbage and paprika dumplings. Tuesday my wife wanted the stuffed cabbage again. I thought I would try something different. I got the chicken paprickas. Sounded good and got some German potato salad and a hotdogs. All was great except the chicken. There was maybe 3 ounces at the most and probably over a pound of paprika dumplings. Not a good value at all for what the prices are. Very disappointing. I always expect to pay $35-$40 carryout here for 2 people. I don't mind that but please make my dinner worth that .

I was craving a Coney dog and luckily packos isn't too far from my house. Very nice staff and the food was delish!

Disappointing visit, the server tried to pass half a bowl of the dried scrapings off the bottom of the pot as vegetarian chili. Mac and cheese was tasteless. Chicken paprikas was flavorful , but barely warm. Next time we will visit the original downtown.

$2 Dog Tuesdays always a great idea. Usually the service is great but my most recent experience was a little under par... 3 stars because the issue was corrected in a very professional manner. Great Job Packo's!!

Have been a frequent visitor to the Front St location over the years. This was my first time visiting the Secor location and seeing the new concept. The restaurant is beautiful and the food and service is great. I brought my friend who uses a wheelchair, and the building is easily accessible.

Plain awful. Not what it used to be. You can’t even get the vegetable soup until November. It used to be the best veggie soup ANYWHERE! Way way too much salt in the chicken soup I got instead. Let people salt their food to their own taste. The chili USED to be spicy and make my nose run. It NEVER had beans in it before! Flavorless! SO BLAND, boring- could have come from a can at Aldi’s. And Finally, THE PRICE!! $15.99 for a quart. What?! This slop cost me $32–oh, before a tip, to have someone ladle it into a flimsy container. I don’t see this place surviving. Packos has lost its way

I'm a Toledo native, but moved away 7 years ago. I came here for work with a coworker from Virginia. I told him he had to try Packos it was a Toledo staple. We were greeting by a young man at the counter who explained a couple of menu items to my coworker and helped him decide on the M.O.A.D. I got the Packos feast. We got our meals quickly and was asked if there was anything else they could get for us. While enjoying our meals we were watching the staff who were all smiling and looking to be enjoying themselves. Honestly if I was in my home town I would of tried to recruit them all to work for me. There was a gentleman who was cleaning tables in the lobby who asked how everything was and was very friendly. After we were done eating he quickly offered to take our tray. We really enjoyed our dining experience. Whatever you're doing for your staff keep it up it really shows. They seemed genuinely happy to be there which is refreshing compared to some of our other experiences during our trip to Toledo.

Food was amazing. Service great and staff friendly. What a great deal on sauce to go 12 cans for the price of 10.

My family's from Toledo but moved away a long time ago. We make the trek back every year or two and hit Packo's as often as we can. This location has great employees and even better food. When they learned I was from out of town they offered me a free jar of pickles. Generosity at its best.

The food was great. The service was very "Dry" The young lady didn't even look up to make eye contact. There wasn't any kind of greeting. I asked her where was the silverware...she. just pointed. When she brought out my order she just sat the tray down turned and walked away. Clearly someone is in need of retaining. THIS Was NOT YOUR BEST OUTING PACKOS

Great food! A little pricey for what you get at times. $2 dogs on Tuesdays are a good deal though!

Drove up fully expecting their delicious German Potato Salad and it's no longer on the menu! Oh, what shall I do to get my GPS fix? I shall be wandering now, unable to navigate without my GPS. Otherwise, the food was great.

Packos dogs were delicious as always. This is not my favorite location as the front of house staff is mostly grumpy. No thank you, welcome or even a here you go. Nothing except a grumpy face.

Update at bottom: We recently moved up to Tecumseh Michigan and decided to make the drive to Toledo because they’ve always had exceptional food and service at this location. We are a military and police family and have always been given a discount. We showed the cashier our ID and the cashier told us “we don’t have a military discount “ I informed her that we’ve always been given one. And she informed me that they’ve “never” given one,( we were given one before we moved about 6 months ago). I asked her to ask the manager if they’ve recently gotten rid of the discount, and she told me “no”. “I’ve asked him before and he said no before.” She refused to ask. That’s all she would have had to do is ask and I would have accepted the answer but she refused to even try. She was rude and could probably use some customer service training. 3/7/22 we came back to give it another try since their food has always been spectacular. We were treated very kind by the staff and management. This is exactly how customers deserve to and should be treated. We will be back. Thank you to the staff yesterday afternoon. The food was amazing as usual, served fast, hot and fresh.

This is my first time visiting this location of Tony packo's. Customer service was very straightforward and my order was exactly what I asked for. I will gripe slightly about the way the busers were hanging out in the food area unwillingly. I would definitely suggest an area for them to stand in lieu until the customers are finished eating. Other than that I enjoyed my whole experience. Will return when I am in the area.

Had a delivery order of their 7 piece perch dinner. My side were french fries & cole slaw. I must say everything was very good. The fish & fries weren't greasy at all. I was very pleased.

This place sucks! Overpriced, small portions, poor staff. Go to Chic fa LA. Waste of money. Not what they used to be. $4 for a small bowl of soup/liquid? Really? No bread on the roast beef? Really? A tiny piece of chicken in the paprika and barely any gravey? Really? Never again! Spread the word, Jamie Farr would be? This business has gone downhill.
