I’m usually not one to complain about the service of a chain like this. I personally love Taco Bell and usually this place is on point with service, taste etc. but today they gave the worst crunch wrap abomination I have ever laid eyes on. I ended throwing it away because it looked disgusting and soggy. What kind of manager lets this fly? I won’t be coming back. This place was not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon I was the only car in the drive thru they provided this type of “quality.” Disgusting soggy sorry excuse for food.

The service is a ok not great. Had placed mobile order and had mentioned for sauce they missed it. The place is situated close to Walmart so ideally shop and eat there makes sense. The food was also ok.That is why less ranking on food. The place can make an effort to improve the food quality and service. The parking on site is next to Walmart so if the place is crowded folks can park and walk across. Had placed order on the app so the pick up was fast. Suggest to have the app order to get things done faster. But the flip side is they might miss some thing.

We waited while the people in front of us finished placing their order. Then the employee just walked away like we weren’t there. After 4 minutes, she came over to tell us to use kiosk, and if we had to pay cash it would tell us to go to counter. After receiving food, we had to go ask for our cup, and the sauce on enchiritos. At that point, the employee walked off talking about us while getting them. The homeless man who lives in his car in parking lot came in, and the same girl who ignored us yelled “Hi Bob” and gave him a free drink. There are 2 people living in cars, one in parking lot that has been there for at least a month, and the other in adjacent lot. A different homeless man was inside going through dining room trash repeatedly and smoking in front of door. We were there during dinner hours. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but third time is a charm- I’m over this one. Definitely posting on google reviews, social media, and telling everyone we know

None of our group could remember hearing anything about whether Taco Bell's breakfast is good or not. It made sense to find out ourselves. Taco Bell breakfast is good. This location did a great job preparing the order quickly and accurately - the food was fresh and hot! :)

Kiosk ordering was only option and it sucked had to wait 55 minutes and watch bigger orders go in front of me after they ordered after me. Don't like using kiosks because they sick. Big deal lunch time but one lady can't in said she didn't know how to use them and they took her order anyway. I said I don't like them and they told me that's the only way they'll take an order.

Give you 5 stars when you start selling the chili cheese burritos again. Yes you Tomball Taco Bell in front of Walmart! Let's Go!!

I showed up and ordered food then 2 more orders were placed behind me. I watch as 7 cars went through the drive through in the 15 minutes I waited to get food after ordering. I was told they were waiting for fresh fries, after they cleared the drive thru, and the guy 2 orders behind mine got food. I have just arrived home to find my food in less than appetizing conditioned. I will say they gave me some free cinnamon things, that I do not like, for my wait. Although they never apologized for any of it. Also maybe consider asking if someone would like whatever you offer for free. I have ordered from here before and the service was fine but I believe this is unacceptable, especially since they weren't that busy.

The guy taking the order was rude. Asked him to repeat what he said and he refused. Took 10min and still no food. Had to go back through the drive through to get my food. It was cold . Everything was cold. How is that even possible. Worst service ever.
