Had hoped to be able to order at a self service machine for the English language option but this was not available. Lucky the staff helped out! Fast and quick service

I ordered double big mac and went there to save delivery fee, it turns out they just give me normal bic mac… I spend my time for nothing. Please make sure there is no kind of this mistake.

We went to this mcdonalds last night to try japanese maccas for the first time. We had the nicest lady at the counter. She explained to me all the sauces and what everything is and gave us the best recommendation. Mcdonalds here is 10 times better than Australia! The meat and chicken are so fresh and not processed!

Ordered Ubereats from here for breakfast. Impeccable packaging to ensure nothing spilled and the food was piping hot and arrived early. McDonald’s Japan is amazing! Def recommend the bacon potato pie

I had the White Chocolate Strawberry Frappe & Macaron Raspberry, and it was absolutely delicious. It took a bit longer to prepare due to the busy crowd of customers, but the staff were meticulous in their work. The cream, generously topped with white chocolate and strawberry sauce, was soft and a delightful blend of fragrances and sweetness. The frappe underneath had a pleasant, restrained sweetness with a pronounced icy chill. Unlike some other places where there might be issues like insufficient cream or sauce, or overly large ice chunks in the frappe, this establishment had everything just right. The Macaron Raspberry had a satisfyingly chewy texture, with a delightful raspberry sauce inside. Overall, I could savor the aroma of strawberries and raspberries throughout. It was a great experience. The seating inside was nearly full, so I opted for one of the available outdoor tables to capture the dishes from various angles. The photos I uploaded were promptly featured at the top of Google Maps. It's safe to say this is an outstanding restaurant with an understanding of food photography and a swift response.

A large, clean McDonald's with helpful staff. Ordering was easy as staff had a good level of English, and there was a menu on the counter to point at. The food was well cooked and quickly served. There were lots of seats available. The toilets were clean.

For a McDonald's place, it was rather fancy. After all it is a Roppongi McDonald's, so it has to look a bit more upscale. Dowstairs there is a Mc Cafè with plenty of seats and upstairs is the place to order burger and other food stuff.

Went here for remote working. So far, one of the coolest mcdonald I’ve been. 2 floors McDonald where ground floor is Mc cafe and the 2nd level is the mcdonald itself. Cashiers are polite - yeah, Japanese people are polite by natural. But I feel so welcomed working here.

Not 24 hours as the posting states. I went around 2:30am and was told they were closing so I had to order quick and take away. Otherwise, it’s a McDonald’s in Japan; what do you expect?

Open 24:7 upstairs. Nice, clean and safe even late at night. Some English capabilities with the staff and menus also have English. Cafe has more limited hours downstairs.

Very Big Area to Sit and Have good food.

Went there after partying and they kind of forced me to had brekkie after waiting until 5 am even though it says it’s 24 hours. The staff were rude and the food tasted bad.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
