Normally, I wouldn't give a star, but I couldn't. The employees here don't say hello. They don't even apologize if they make a mistake. They sigh when they say it was their fault, and they don't apologize and act like it's the customer's fault. They don't apologize and complain. It was a convenience store that made me feel really uncomfortable.

I bought two Nanakara (5 pieces), but it must have been a long time since they were so hard I couldn't eat them at all. Welcome and thank you are the basics of the customer service industry, right? What do you mean by not being able to do the basics?

I had my lunch box warmed up and when I ate it, the rice was still cold and even after I had it reheated it was still cold so I won't be going again.

It's not everyone, but it's really unfriendly here. Especially the middle-aged female clerk who works during the day. How would you feel if you were treated like this as a customer?

When I visited with my daughter the other day, she wanted to eat ice cream, so we went to the ice cream corner. However, there were about three employees, but none of them were at the cash register, occupying the ice cream corner and talking at a volume that could be heard throughout the store. There was no greeting when entering the store, and even when my daughter approached to see the ice cream, they were deep in conversation, which showed the poor level of education. I ended up going to a different store, but even though it was conveniently located as a convenience store on a main street, I couldn't help but feel that the store staff's attitude was ruining it. Please strengthen education as soon as possible.

The clerk's attitude was a little rude. I didn't really feel like going there.
