Recently
moved
to
the
area
and
needed
a
new
primary
for
my
80
year
old,
handicapped
mother.
Made
an
appointment
here.
What
a
mistake!!
Arrived
20
minutes
early
and
filled
out
all
the
paperwork
before
her
1:15
scheduled
time.
We
were
finally
called
in
at
2
(after
people
with
1:30
and
1:45
appointments
had
already
been
called).
Nurse
tells
me
that
she
will
push
my
mother's
wheelchair
and
take
her
in
to
see
the
doctor.
I
told
her
I
had
to
go
with
her
since
my
mom
speaks
very
little
English.
I
was
told
she
had
to
check
with
the
doctor.
Waited
another
15
minutes
for
her
to
come
out
and
say
"it's
fine
you
can
come
with
her".
When
we
get
into
an
exam
room
she
tells
me
I
have
to
wait
in
that
room
and
my
mom
will
go
to
another
room
to
see
the
doctor.
How
will
this
help
with
the
fact
that
my
mom
speaks
very
little
English???
The
nurse
tells
me
"well,
the
exam
rooms
are
very
small"
WHAT?
Unacceptable!
She
tells
me
to
wait
again
and
she'll
ask
the
doctor.
I
told
her
don't
bother
we're
leaving
and
I'll
find
another
office
that
will
be
more
understanding
and
compassionate.
As
I
pushing
my
mother's
wheelchair
out
the
front
door
out
comes
the
doctor
to
tell
me
that
the
NURSE
can
see
her
in
the
car
if
I
want.
Unbelievable!
While
we
were
there
a
gentleman
came
in
to
request
a
prescription
refill
his
daily
medication.
The
woman
at
the
desk
told
him
that
the
"law"
states
that
you
must
have
an
office
visit
with
the
doctor
every
3
months
to
get
refill
prescriptions.
The
gentleman
was
annoyed
because
he
never
heard
of
such
a
thing.
After
he
walked
out
the
woman
was
talking
about
him
to
the
other
women
behind
the
glass
so
loudly
that
the
couple
of
people
in
the
waiting
room
heard
everything.
I've
never
seen
such
unprofessionalism.
Find
a
doctor
that
will
value
you
as
a
patient
and
truly
care
about
your
well-being;
you
won't
find
that
at
this
office.
