Don’t go here if you are truly sick. This is more of a workplace physical kind of establishment. The waiting room is about 10x10 with 8 chairs and a water cooler. They missed two the the panels I needed for my urine screen and two failed blood draws (I’m not even a hard draw). You should plan to wait 3+ hours or if you are lucky enough they will tell you a time to come back. It was an all day affair for me annnnnd I have to go back for the missed panels so I can start a new job next week🥴. The people were friendly though.

Staff is so friendly. Doctor is great; knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was the wait time to see the doctor. Though there was one day out of my 3rd appointment in which I did walk in and right out. I guess it all depends on how busy they are. Overall.. I appreciate this location!

I had a problem with a physician? On YOUR staff. Because of his ineptness I am forced to Revisit (3 )three different Doctors,two of whom are specialists, to do paper work that is already on file. This physician? Stated he didn't see anything ine files relating to his questions. This is untrue, and is causing my family an undue financial burden.

I had a great experience with the tech and the physician. The tech was knowledgeable and I felt not even a pinch when she drew blood. That was the first time that ever happened. Usually I’ll feel a pinch or something. I had to commend her while I was there. The physician took his time getting to know my past medical history and was competent in his assessment. The office is crowded and busy but they are efficient.

My experience at Concentra was nothing more then amazing. I never ever knew they were there. The receptionist staff, the Nurses, and the DR was nothing more then AMAZING.. depending on the time of day you get in you may have to wait a lil but I didn’t mind.. I recommend people to go here they are by far the best.

Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. Megan the med tech was very clear in her instructions on what would happen and PA John offered a good piece of afvice on some issues I was having . Thank you all. A very pleasant experience

I’m only giving a 2 because staff was very nice but I would give this a 0. Two hour wait time with appointment, still taken on a first come first serve. Waited 45 min before they even started the check in process and I had to do the questions twice because of problem with the on phone process, had to stop and start all over with site iPad. If my company didn’t make me use Concentra I would not, as this seems to be the normal in the last 4-5 different Concentras I have been in.

The Concentra lab was very proficient in their work. I had difficulty getting the info into the app that they needed. The woman at the reception desk was very helpful and it was completed in a timely manner. As for the visit itself that also was very proficient. They were very nice and friendly along with being very professional. Would recommend them highly.

Been coming here for many years for yearly work physicals and DOTs. Staff has always been kind, professional and wonderful. But one person in particular I wanted to give a shout out to is Deborah. She is the most amazing person I’ve dealt with there. Looking forward to having her always take me in. Every single time a great experience and she gives it 100%. Come first thing in the morning before opening and I’m in/out before you know it. Only place I highly recommend.

The ladies at the front desk were very busy but extremely nice and helped answer all my questions. Every person I met in the office (I saw 6 that day) and interacted with was so nice. It’s not often you find a kind staff especially when they are busy.

I thought I would be there for an hour for an examination and I was there 5 hours! The individual technicians were very nice. I never saw a doctor. I saw a PA. It was never clear that anyone had received or read my paperwork submitted before the appointment.

I want to start this off by saying the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and explained everything I needed to know flawlessly. The low rating goes to the physician’s assistant that saw me for my DOT physical. Put the instrument in my ear and didn’t even get close enough to look in and see, then proceeded to tell me that my medication (Hydroxyzine which is a mild sedative and my psych doctor told me is comparable to Benadryl) was too much of a sedative to drive for a company. I mentioned that I didn’t really need it anymore and that I would get a note from my doctor. There was a box to check that the physical was pending and he just disqualified me and was extremely dismissive and not clear in the slightest with next steps. I applied for a DOT cert in the past and they had no problems with this medication. I also have a really hard time with someone so overweight telling me that my health comes first when clearly he doesn’t take care of his own. That disqualification denied me a really good job opportunity. Couldn’t even work with me to give me a fighting chance. Who cares though right? As long as his job is safe. Despicable.

Told Dr I can't drive shoulder can't take the pain ... I been in pain going on 3 weeks nothing eased up. Going to dr office today waited hour to not be seen so had to leave the pain was that bad I went to hospital. The Dr wasn't listen to me on how much the pain is ... he sucks thanks for Terrance Bergstrom

I’m shocked that this urgent care asked me to leave a review after my visit! This place is completely mismanaged. I had to go for a mandatory pre-employment physical and waited for THREE hours. Ridiculous. Apparently this is standard and it’s like that everyday. Staff was pleasant but whoever is running this place needs to fix it.

I was sent there from the company I work for for a random drug test. My company completely messed up all the paper work. The women at your front desk handled the problem very fast and efficiently. The woman thay gave the test Maggy, was also very professional and fast. Got me in and out of there quickly despite my company messing everything up. Very good staff
