Sushi was better than expected. Salad was a little sad but beer selection is very good. Service (Rachel) was great. It's a big friendly space. Unfortunately, it still smells like a damp basement just like it did thirty years ago the last time I want to here 😳

The place was packed. Service was slow to get to the table, but improved once the drink order was taken. I suspect they had insufficient wait staff. There were 5 in our group and orders did vary, so we got to see a good sampling. The appetizers were good, but the entrees were just OK. It is possible that the kitchen staff were distracted by the NFL draft that most others were intently watching throughout the restaurant and bar areas. I may give them another chance at some point.

Was there again for sushi and it did not disappoint! I mean I love a good burger here but also the sushi is always great. Love the Spicy Mayo that comes with Shumai and then The Monkey Roll with crab meat on top, the Kamikaze roll and 3 brothers roll it’s all so good. Used to be our weekly Monday night spot for ladies night, they don’t have that now but still very reasonable price and delicious.

Just an honest review. Ordered a Ribeye steak looked great platted. Cut into it, rare and nearly raw. I ordered medium. Service was very good though. Will maybe try again down the road.

This was my first time going here. I was reluctant to order just by looking around the place and checking out other peoples food as I’m being seated.. my partner encouraged me to give it a try. Sushi was pretty good, drinks as well. Prime rib was ordered well but came out rare, it was sent back it returned not even two minutes later still red. I requested it removed from the bill. The manager came out and was very apologetic, I won’t waste my time again.

Friendly staff, but semi-slow service. I have eaten here many times. Prime Rib, Steaks, and Burgers are great. Salads are also colossal. I ordered outside my comfort zone and tried the scallops. They were tough, chewy, and tasteless. Stick to the beef dishes and salads

The one male bartender/manager is one of the rudest most dismissive people I have ever encountered in a customer service/managerial position. The environment at this bar is also not safe for single women. My purse was stolen and not one single person attempted to help me, including the manager. I was also continuously harassed another night by another male patron at the bar and it took another customer to stop it. Nothing was done by the bartenders or managers. Food is good and its a well-known local spot. But be cautious. Its all good until Sh**t happens to you!

This bar OVER SERVES DRUNKS. Knowingly continues to serve the same drunk customers, allows them to leave in that condition, and drive. This place should be CONDEMNED.

From the hostesses to the waitresses, waiters & bartenders you are attended to like family; accommodating, warm & friendly. Every dish is deliciously prepared to your liking and if not they'll make sure to get it right. The dining side is cozy & pleasant; the bar side usually is a buzzing din especially when there is entertainment.

The atmosphere and the staff seemed really off putting. Like they really didn't want us around. I was with my disabled cousin and my baby and the tables they kept seating us at where really inappropriate like the loft up the steps and in a very tight nook in a corner. We ended up just moving ourselves to a table that we felt suited our needs. Which was no problem because there was nearly Noone there. The food was very good though I was very happy with the salads and sandwiches.

We went there on a Tuesday night. There was a hockey game and it was crowded. You can sit anywhere in the bar side so we sat although it was not cleaned yet. We waited and waited and saw a few servers pass our table but no one cleaned/cleared it. 5 minutes or so has passed and a server asked us if we there to watch the game. I replied no but to have dinner. We waited again. After a few minutes we decided to just sit on the bar. I saw a couple of customers sit on the table and wiped the table themselves seeing no one is cleaning it. Food was good. Standard sushi, cheese burger was cooked medium as I requested, chicken tenders were huge and crispy, beef and barley soup was hearty and the drinks were excellent. The guests can be laud and rowdy as in any bar on a game night but they know when to stop serving when the guest starts to slur or become unruly.

The Office was once reliably good but the quality has declined. My party of 10 was warmly greeted and seated. Our waitress could not have been more friendly and helpful. So that is the good. The bad: The steak I ordered medium rare came out medium well. I returned it and the steak brought out was cooked to the right temperature but was tough and grisly. One of our group ordered lasagna it came out cold. It was returned and warmed. Another of our group ordered sushi; the tuna was mushy and tasted “off”. The manager comped the sushi that was subpar. Chief complaint is the food quality is down. The service helped to alleviate an otherwise unpleasant culinary experience.

I honestly had great expectations and they were crushed. There were many things that contributed to this being a 2 star review but the #1 thing was the food. I ordered chicken parmigiana with linguine. A classic dish, I thought was impossible to mess up, until now. The breaded chicken was not fresh, definitely came from a frozen bag. It was dry and stiff. Because the pasta was so wet, the noodles were sitting in a pool of red water & the sauce would not stick to the noodles. The pasta also tasted like it was pre-made and just sitting around. I did not eat my food, I left hungry & disappointed.

After hours being spend at work, my coworkers and I wanted something to eat and The Office is always recommended by other staff, so we all agreed on getting sushi. We had ordered through door dash and when we received our meal I was extremely dissatisfied with what we had gotten. Although our order was put through incorrectly we received ONE piece of a shrimp tempura for 8 dollars!! The disappointment of it all was that not only did I pay for one piece but I could not eat it because of the fact that it was rubbery and so was the fish in the sushi!! I had talked to the general manager on the phone and he said the reason for it being 8 dollars was because of the “high quality shrimp” they supposedly use. I don’t mind paying for ONE good piece but for that, no. I HIGHLY do not recommend. the photo is from right when I pulled it out of the bag**

I heard good things about this place so we decided to give it a try. My boyfriend & I ordered prime rib. We both had a few bites and realized it was really chewy and had no flavor so we decided to give it to our dogs. The next day BOTH of our dogs had projectile vomiting and diarrhea. Literally wouldn’t even give this food to my dogs!!! Also not to mention the 5-6 teenage employees standing at the host stand that couldn’t bother to provide any customer service because they were too busy texting on their phones and talking to each other.

Huge menu

The lobster rolls and spicy tuna is horrible Americanized tastes like food stores sushi with hard rice not to mention they gave me low salt soy sauce in my take out bag and the chili) I wanted a large sized comes in a very snall plastic container :/ no onions cheese or even a single cracker and no warning in the menu about how spicy this chili it’s incredibly spicy !

When you walk through the door you're hit in the face with this old dirty carpet smell. The restaurant and bathrooms were filthy!! We were at least hoping for a decent meal but that was an even bigger disappointment, the food wasn't even edible at all!! The server had an attitude when we complained about the temperature of all 3 steaks being wrong. It's not our fault your cooks don't know the difference between rare, medium and overly well done! It's sad because this place used to be good.

I'm a NJ native who's been living in Florida for 21 years. I'm visiting family and decided late in the evening that I was hungry. I headed out to The Office Lounge around 10.30pm and surprisingly, the place was busy. I ordered a cheeseburger from the bar maid, who offered no complaints regarding my late arrival. I felt as if this is the norm for the establishment. I took the opportunity to scan the crowd and nobody seemed to be in a rush. I was amongst good people. The crowd was diverse. Anyone from attorneys to laborers were treated the same here. It was a warm crowd open to conversation. My burger arrived as ordered. Rare with the proper fixings. The meat was fresh, properly seasoned and well presented. God I miss New Jersey at times. My glass never ran dry and I was well fed. Just in time to head back to the in-laws house and sleep on a mattress fit for colonial times.

I've been a loyal Office Lounge customer for years. The newly renovated restaurant and bar looks amazing! Their sushi is still as delicious as ever. I recommend the Yankee roll and Kelly roll- yum!

Fairly good service. Mediocre food. We had sushi and sandwiches- honestly decent but not great and they messed up our order which is why I gave 3 stars. They do have these cute kid friendly activities to keep them busy. It’s definitely worth another visit due to potential.

Would not recommend! The menu is way too big, instead of having 50 things you can do a mediocre job at, perhaps focus on doing 15 things really well. The best part of our meal was the appetizer (and the only thing we took more than a few bites of).

We came into the restaurant about a week and a half ago with no problems. BUT... on mothers day what a nightmare. We must have been seated in the invisible section because when we'd see the waitress (once every 5-10 minutes she would just pass by, sometimes to check on us. She told us she would never disappear on us, and here comes another waitress. She said it.was time for the first one to leave. So she brings out the nachos, which were good. Them she was gone for about 20 minutes. Then my salad can and she brought more drinks. Another 20-30 minutes went by and finally dinner came out, I told her I just wanted a to go container. I was done by then. My husband had class which were Ok at best and her ordered lobster Rosado and it came to the table ice cold and he said it tasted like cat food. I went to try my chicken Marcella and I think they made the sauce a month ago. It was so thick it was ridiculous. If I would have tried it there it would have gone right back. We got to the restaurant at 8:15 and with all the waiting we did we got out of there around 10:15. 2 hour and %100.00 I'll never get back. This was by far the worst food I have ever had.

Very nice experience. The menu was quite extensive something for everyone this particular night I sat at a high top near the bar area where there was football going on TV. Definitely a mixture of young to an older crowd. Had a younger male waiter I wish I could remember his name he was awesome

Don't understand the great ratings...grossly overpriced for this area; we're not in Manhattan. Beers are $9 and $10, are you kidding me? Why? Are we enjoying a beautiful water view? We looked at the drink menu,(no prices) and left. Are we supposed to guess the prices? Customers are still paying for the new facade they put on. People there have low expectations of good food. Save your hard earned money.

I have never been inside this place. We recently discovered that they sell cheesesteak sandwhiches. We have been ordering them online and picking them up curbside to go. They are really good, I wish there was not as much bread though on the sand which.

I had just been too see my dentist, so eating and drinking was a bit difficult, but quite humorous for me and my mother, we both went to the dentist. Food was great, from what I could taste of it. I've eaten at this place for decades. I HAVE NEVER had a bad meal at the Office Lounge, EVER. I had to drink my beer thru a straw, that was very comical.

Food is good, staff are very accommodating but they need more spacious place.

A local gem. Best place to meet with friends and grab a couple drinks.

Having Dan as a server made the meal that much more enjoyable, the food was great but the service was impeccable.

Food was awful, service was worse. The young female bartender "served" us until her co-worker friends sat at the bar, all 4 of them. She brought our drinks, 15 minutes later took our food order. Our food came out and we didn't see her again until we were done eating, which wasn't long because it was gross. She didn't come ask how everything was. Just completely ignored. 5 minutes after her co-worker friends got their food, she was there making sure everything was ok. She only came over to ask if we wanted another drink when our glasses were completely empty. We went 30 minutes at a time without being spoken to or looked at by our bartender. Absolutely awful excuse for service. And the place wasn't even very busy!

Usually the food and service is good but today was not one of those days. Apparently who ever is the kitchen today, doesn't know to make a grilled sandwich which my wife has ordered many times. The order was to go and we checked it before leaving and it wasn't grilled. This has happened twice for to go order's. I still tipped 20 percent but the kitchen help needs more training obviously. Also seems the outdoor bar was short handed. All summer they had two people working out there. It was 73° out and beautiful so you would think they would of had more help. We have been to this establishment over the decades many times. Today it was not good
