😠 Can someone please tell me what the point of having a PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN is??? Everytime I try to make a sick appointment they ALWAYS say oh we can't get u in for weeks, meanwhile due to my chronic bronchitis it turns into pneumonia, then they say well u can try Urgent Care, uhh no they don't ac...     If you have an appointment here make sure you give your self 2 plus hours. They book way to many people. It is awful. The staff is less then friendly. All this small practices have been bought by a larger practices who focus on seeing a lot of patients, so the quality of care goes down the drain. I would not recommend this office.

    Saw Kathleen Palmer a few years back and she was wonderful. Tried to walk in today, because the website CLEARLY SAYS "WALK-INS WELCOME". I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment, with 2 whole patients in the waiting room. UNPROFESSIONAL. I work for an internist and I'm actually speechless. Staff at the desk is RUDE. I was told they asked the NP if I could be seen, and was told she said no. "She's the boss, she's the Doctor" was exactly what was said to me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

    Can not get staff to have doctor call me back ! They are rude not understanding to my daughters medical conditions’ made 7 phone calls to the office she still needs her diabetic meds and doesn’t have them ! Can’t even get a follow up appointment for five weeks! At least have the common courtesy to call me back! I don’t wanna hear from the nurse I wanna speak to the doctor or see her or at least have her get the message !! Non caring non-professional!!

    First, I tried calling when they opened to make an appointment. Apparently, they never turned their phones on so I just went over hoping to be seen for my flu-like symptoms. Never have I seen a office turn away a sick patient when they say they are too busy - when there wasn’t one patient in the waiting room. Three people behind the desk would even acknowledge us when we walked in. Unprofessional and rude. Looking for a new primary immediately.

    This place takes forever to make urgent appointments. I see urgent care more then I see my own doctor. I once had to book an appointment for a family member and it was a urgent doctor visit(I called in July) the next appointment was in October. But all of a sudden when I had to cancel my August appointment they had a place to re-book me for the beginning of September. You know when they said they were fully booked?!?. This place takes forever for anything, the waiting process here if so bad. You wait for everything, from being checked in to seeing the doctor, then being checked out.

    I had an appointment today with Jamie Larson. I didn't wait for more than 5 minutes. I never have and I've been going there for 30 years or more. Everyone has always been professional and friendly. Jamie never makes me feel rushed, and she always talks with me and answers all of my questions. She always reviews my test results with me. I like all of the referrals she has made. Sam gave me my flu shot and I didn't feel a thing. Every minute there was a pleasant experience. I love going to their office. I have emailed questions to Jamie, and she always gets back to me the same day. I have called the nurses desk and they have also gotten right back to me. I have no complaints.

    Sandy is a gem but the reception desk is absolutely horrible. I missed a call while at work and have been trying to get someone on the phone for an hour. Completely unacceptable, especially when you're waiting on important results. I've left messages prior to this incident and never received a call back. The office is a mess.

    Love my doctor there! Sometimes the wait can be long, but that is because EACH DOCTOR takes their time and LISTENS to their patients.

    If there is any type of billing issue from Hackensack university medical group, you are out of luck. Called 3 times and was promised it was handled, nothing done. I called the practice directly for an itemized bill and I am still waiting for a call back.

    I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Jamie Larsen. She is kind, compassionate, and has such a strong passion for helping people. I feel lucky to have a doctor like her, and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
