I have ordered from here 3 times. Every time, my order has been made incorrectly. I do not ask for a hard order. Buffalo grilled chicken burrito with shredded cheese and brown rice. It's always something else and never what I ask for. The food is great. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. But please try to listen to the customer a little more and pay attention to the order. The food is made quickly and it's always prepared well, but it seems to be lacking efficiency. I wouldn't mind waiting an extra few minutes for my food to be made correctly.

Came here with my husband today. Paid $11 for a bowl with a toddlers sized portion of food in it. We saw the person preparing the bowl portion everything you the milligram. Cheap and food was cold like it was sitting there waiting for someone to order since morning. No wonder there parking lot was empty. First time trying this restaurant and last time. Next time make sure your food is warm and your portions are adult sized.

Bad attitudes. Over charged me for what I ordered and I said something about it, but they charged me anyways. Will not be returning to this bubakoos.

I love this Bubbakoos it's decorated so well and a little nicer then the other ones, you could even bring a date here. The food is super fresh at this location it's like amazing and the service is always on point and quick! Me and my family enjoy eating here because of the high quality food and great prices, don't pass this one up!

UPDATE: NEW OWNERS, THANK GOD. So nice and friendly, food taste better too! My orders are always messed up . Deliver charge went from 2 dollars to 4 dollars . I've had bubbakoos at other locations that had much better food. I reccomend visiting another location considering the food is not as fresh here and you have a 90% chance of your order being messed up . Also so rude

This is the WORST bubbakoos, rude manager, pushy staff, I had to tell the dude three times I didn’t want any extras like wth, I’ll be going to the one on fisher blvd from now on

The staff were amazing, they went the extra mile after door dash never picked up my order to deliver to my family, the re made all our food and stayed pass closing to wait for me to get the food. These 2 guys that were there this evening should definitely get praise 🙌 my family and I are so amazed at their customer service skills and how they handled door dashes mess up. We will order there again because these 2 employees went above and beyond to fix door dashes error.

By far the freshest and best Bubbakoos around, specifically this one, the food is always fresh and delicious and the place is always spotless, very friendly staff I love this place I eat here 3x a week and always get consistent quality service every time

Too many extra fees that we were not aware of before choosing. Coupon we had wasnt clear, tiny tiny print said the double shrimp entree was not included in free entree deal. A little disappointed.

Up and down with this place... Seems you have to write a bad review or have manager involvement to get online orders correct. I will update my review after ordering a few more times and hope it stays consistent.

Food is consistently ice cold. Had placed an order for pickup….half my food was ready. The other half was complete 10 min later.

Been here a few times & I have to say the food got worse & worse. First time I was here the food was good but my steak tacos & curly fries tasted horrible. It wasn’t good at all besides the fried Oreos I had. Most likely I will not come back again. Never spending $29 on some bad quality food.

Dry quesadillas didn’t give sour cream like every single bubbakoos I’ve ever been to. I was told apparently “usually people ask for it.” No offer of an apology just a crude attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Brick I now understand why no one is ever at this bubbakoos. Hot garbage

I love bubbakoos, they’re food is a different vibe than surf taco and still good. But every time I’ve ordered from here and had delivery it’s been messed up and had half the box filled. Every single time, we always call and they have always been accommodating and fix it but it stinks when you want to have a nice night in and your food is messed up.

Love this Bubbakoos! They give a good amount for the price and after trying the Carnitas pork it is my new favorite. Love the Cilantro rice also!

I've got nothing but good things to say, great healthy food, clean establishment, and the whole transaction took 5 minutes. I'm a regular at the Point Pleasant location, but the whole chain exceeds expectations.

Great food and great vibes. Would easily be a 5 star if I didn’t have to wait an extra 10 minutes to pay with my gift card. This made me very upset but in the end it wasn’t too bad cause my bowl hit very different. Thank you bubakoos for your good food and service.

My family has been coming here since opening day and usually the staff is very friendly and welcoming and today could not have been farther from that! Not one person greeted us. The first person took our order with such a nasty attitude, only to pass is along the second person who wasn't as bad, but certainly wasn't friendly. And then we were in front of the cashier who actually rolled her eyes when I asked for a receipt. With the exception of one male employee, the staff left my family of 6 feeling like we were a complete inconvenience. Very disappointed, Bubbakoos.
